第一次去這些高檔日本食店補祝情人節,我們六點半到達,一個客人也沒有(包場了半個鐘才有人),店內暗暗的都幾浪漫,幾適合用來慶祝特別日子。
 
前菜(燒雞皮、蘿蔔根和牛肉) - 每個人也有的前菜,上菜後店員也講解一次是什麼(雖然是這樣,但名字也不太記得清楚了…)和提醒我們要從左至右吃,薄薄的雞皮最好吃,不算太脆也不靭,還有啲醬汁係裡面;蘿蔔根沒什麼特別,應該是味付蘿蔔絲;牛肉好淋,吃進口內咬兩下已經吞左了!味道又淡到濃的吃,幸好有店員提點smile
 
雜錦壽司拼盤(三文魚、劍魚腩、真鯛、鮮帶子、象拔蚌、海膽、燒三文魚、燒海鰻和本日新鮮運到的[魚彷]鮄(真是有趣的名字)和池魚 - 是可以從他們提供的三十一款當中挑選十六件,每件最多可叫2個,咁多款中印象中最深是帶子,新鮮大舊且啖啖肉;其次是燒海鰻,真的是入口即溶;海膽也是不錯,我一啖便吃了一整個,十分鮮味沒有一點腥;還有不得不提象拔蚌,因為十分爽口,至於[魚彷]鮄和池魚,前者淡味後者濃味,但味道就好像一般左一點了,都是三文魚好味啲!
 
 
 
一品料理
chopstick豆腐陶板燒 - 用個火鍋燒住上,但記得要手腳快,傾多兩句一定會燒焦!不知道他們用的是什麼醬,令到那原本平凡的豆腐變得那麼好吃,又軟又滑的豆腐,不消一個字便全部吃掉了!!
chopstick雜錦天婦羅 - 有冬菇、矮瓜、蕃薯和蝦等,炸分不算太厚,味道也不會太差吧~這個比較上是沒什麼特色的,總之選第二個啦…
chopstick銀鱈魚西京燒 - 銀鱈魚燒得剛剛好,不會燒得太焦,由於不算太大件的關係,我和女朋友也很珍惜吃每一啖,最後專登吃淨我最喜歡的魚皮,當然毫不猶豫便把它吃掉啦mad
 
雪糕有柚子、紅豆、芝麻和綠茶(四選二) - 我們選了柚子和綠茶,柚子有好fresh的感覺,做飯後甜品一流,而且入面又有果肉,真是沒有揀錯!綠茶是穩陣之選,唯一驚喜是有點起沙的感覺,好像吃紅豆沙一樣起沙呢!
吃完後雖然不是太飽(份量太少吧),但大家都好滿足呢!

雖然地址寫灣仔,但其實應該是在銅鑼灣的,距離時代廣場也不算太遠,而這條街大部分店舖都是賣水喉、浴室用室等,和tony wong完全格格不入呢!估不到竟開了分店在這裡!
 
Cherry Napolean - 最初都不知從那裡落手,因為實在太美麗了,最後決定都係逐個部分吃,先吃上面的吉士,跟住吃中間的車厘子,拿破侖的部分好脆,未吃過咁脆的拿破侖呀!下次一定要試埋mixed berry果個先~
Mr Caramel - 形狀和Chocolate truffle一都是半圓形,不過相比下Chocolate truffle無論外形味道都正好多,而Mr Caramel最正係個餅底,有朱古力的呀!
這間tony wong如果太夜去的話可能得番好少款揀,所以大家食完飯去食左先行街啦~

大坑有好多好野食,今次試下呢間幾多好評的龍也。那天是星期日,都知道會好多人等,所以我們早點去吃,大約五點九去到,都不是太多人但只有高凳,我們都不想坐,不過等了一會便有位了!

兩個也跟一小碟枝豆同一碟芝麻、紅薑絲和辛子高菜(分別是吃到兩成、四成同六成時落,我也是之後才知道),白龍可以說是原味,濃濃而沒有味精的豚肉骨湯底也沒有蓋過叉燒同拉麵的味道,而黑龍不同之處便是湯底加了黑芝麻蒜油,原來有著淡淡的蒜香味都不錯~
已經不是太多人,可惜也落漏了秘制豬肚,不過算了,吃完都已經好飽,唔嚟仲好!但埋單竟然計埋…扣晒分啦

那天在海港城看朱古力展, 經過這間吉列派的日本餐廳, 門面裝潢也不俗, 便決定入去試試! 在門外等了一會店員便安排我們坐望到海景的卡位, 看似都不錯啊!
 
免治豚肉鵝肝飯 - 賣相幾好, 但是免治豚肉完全沒有豚肉的味道, 加上仲有小小辣, 配上鵝肝, 原來是十分不配合的! 唯一值得稱讚的, 便是那個麵豉湯吧...
 
吉列豚肉扒定食 - 同樣地賣相也很好,但吉列豚肉和普通豬扒好像沒什麼分別,而且還有很多肥膏,同埋啲椰菜絲都幾硬..
如果唔係個環境,可能都要劣評呀!

之前睇食評都知道要排隊,但無諗過咁誇張,因為果日係閒日下午,都有成十幾個要排,還要排到對面街!不過都是排了十五分鐘左右,而且排果陣店員已經拿order紙比我們填寫,可以接受啦!
 
我們點了豚王和翠王,大家也是普通硬的麵!豚王是豚肉骨湯底,啲湯不算太熱,飲得出是真材實料,因為吃完也不覺得口渴,叉燒不算太厚又沒有太多肥膏,但美中不足之處是竟然有細骨!最後飲晒啲湯睇下有無多謝先!tongue
 
至於翠王,是加了芝士粉在拉麵裡,我個人覺得不太配合,幸好不是我吃的呢!
我們在那裡都是吃了十五至二十分鐘左右,個個都是來去沖沖,不過如果吃飯時間吃的話,隨時排隊耐過吃的,真的要預鬆啲時間了
Supplementary Information:
order紙蔥那裡應該也有份量的選擇,我覺得他們落得都頗多,不吃蔥的千萬不要選擇
