General Impression
If you get Free 10+1 ticket from MTR. Tung CHung is a good choice for you to spend your day.
You can enjoy shopping in Outlet, watch movie in the cinema or go 360 or so.
There is free shuttle bus from Exit A to the restaurant but waiting time is pretty uncertain, you better leave a call to restaurant before reaching the restaurant. Dont expect the one who pick the call delivering clear message but it is better to have some reassurance.....

Environment
Typical those island old style restaurant.... dont be surpise if you noticed some small insects....

Fair
 
Signature Roasted belly. The skin is crispy meat is okay but really no that special and I cant taste any charcoal taste,
 
Deep Fried Peep Mega Shrimp
Tasty and We can see the shrimp is fresh enough but 340 for 2 , not that valuable
 
Vegi in fish soup
Refreshing!

Anyway, there is countryside feeling.... worth a try if you have free MTR ticket.

I am not Christian but you can feel the real heart of Christian in this small shop near the piggy shop.
The store owner and his wife is demonstrating the enthusiatism in running this small shop.
I do think we should support this small shop rather than those chain shoip.... at least you can find the passion in those Thai People Han Nam Chicken.

I discovered this while I was waiting piggy preparation, Ordered vegetables
 
and Thai style Fried Noodle.
These 2 food are reasonable and satisfactory.

Defintely I will try out more dishes and report to all of you later.

First, you will get there through Cheung Sha Wan MTR station rather than SSP.
 
The logo is cute and fit the theme of this restaurant.

Although there are BBQ food and recently they introduced 10% service charge as stated in previous comments, order and take away is a better option as BBQ food is not good and the inside environment is not comfortable at all.

The selling point is still the crispy piggy, they cooked the piggy to minimum layer of fat, you wont be stucked unti you finished the 6-8 pieces. For 2 people, order a normal set is good enough.
 
Suprise this time I had is their roasted chicken!
Very tender meat and crispy skin. You will get very puffy meat in roasted chicken outside esp those from Jusco/ Park N or Welcome or so.... price here is not much expensive and please try this out !

I am big fans of 滷水 Food.
I tried many goose in this style before including 生記,尚興 and those in Kowloon City.

This small shop is the one I highly recommend!

The sauce is not salty and not spicy. Just simple delicious and savoury.
Goose are cooked to an extent of very juicy meat and half gooose are well enough for 2 adults!

I will try other food later and update in Open Rice later...

First I have to say please dont assume you are having 川 style soup base but just the noodle.
For soup, they are having meat based soup indeed more inclined to chicken booth sty;e.

You can choose both 湯或撈 style.
We tried soup based.
The noodle is quite nice indded. cystal clear and quite tender.
The ingredients cou stomach, pork belly seaweed are fresh.

The price is reasonable.

Only drawback the soup is not spicy eough... but I understand it is different style from Tams series...
