一直想試Jam Bakery好耐, 可惜每次過海都錯過 ~~
早前出席朋友的服務式音樂室的 grand opening, 竟然給我遇上!!!
朋友的公司名稱是 ONE serviced music rooms, 室內設計和logo的顏色是 shocking pink,
那天在 grand opening 中所遇到的 cup cakes, 不論在顏色和設計上都是襯到絕的! shocked
應該是特別訂造的!! (看下圖便可知道Jam Bakery配合得很好!)

雖然那天我已吃了午餐, 但看到盒子上有 Jam Bakery 的 logo,
所以也忍不住要吃!
嘩!! 好好味呀!! 朱古力味好香濃, 甜度適中, 蛋糕仔小小實, 口感恰到好處!
上面的 cream 好滑好滑!! 最後忍唔住多吃一件!!
最正是那襯到絕的 design, 既可愛又貼題!! 同朋友公司的 logo 襯到不得了!!
之後見到公司 leaflet 上的 logo, 可以肯定那些 cup cakes 是特別訂造的了!! 下次我有慶祝活動也會仿傚朋友訂造 cup cakes!
估唔到可以在o甘開心的場合下吃到 Jam Bakery 的 cup cakes, 好驚喜!! 絕對是"期間限定"

之前來過幾次, 但都是 lunch,
今次, "番桌" dinner ~

看中了 a la carte menu 上的 escargot,
故捨 set 而取 a la carte 也 ~

1) amuse bouche ~
2) feuillete of escargots ~
3) sauteed jumbo scallop with lobster bisque
4) trio de chef

escargots 一般, 反而 feuillete 做得不錯,
層次足、質感鬆脆、不油膩 ~

scallop 是名副其實的 jumbo,
且煎得夠香, 外脆肉嫩 ~
以 lobster bisque 伴之, 味道很 match ~
伴碟的 mashed potato 加了一點點 black truffle 與 risotto,
份外加添了菌香與嚼勁!

吃過這裡的lunch, 不錯 ~
今次專程來"番桌"dinner ~

這裡是喝酒的地方, 所以有不少佐酒菜式 ~
我與eatmate都沒喝酒, 但吃的就點了不少 ~

當中, 苦瓜和炸蠔較出色 ~
苦瓜: 切得夠薄, 味甘 ~
炸蠔: 炸皮鬆脆、不厚, 蠔也夠鮮, 但略多油 ~

是晚, 與eatmate在尖嘴覓食 ~
想吃得簡簡單單, 於是去吃pizza了 ~

環境舒適, 但table較細, 放下兩碟後, 已沒甚空間 ~
ham略帶鹹香, ok ~
sun dried tomato過酸 ~
pizza焗得夠香, 但味道一般 ~
整體是ok的, 但不會專程"番桌" ~
