訂左位~ 一行4人, 唔洗等就有靚位坐, oversee Victoria Harbour, 一開始就好開心~

lunch menu 好好, provides a wide range of choice, 有salad OR soup + lamb with mashed potato / beef with pasta / lobster with fries etc~ We each ordered a different main course~ +$75 又有 oysters x 3~ 即開嘅, 蠔仔雖小, 但食得出好fresh, with a hint of minerals / salty sea water~ dessert of the day 係拿破崙 (+$38@)~ We had been eating very contentedly and felt so relaxed UNTIL...

我地見有位 waiter 喺我地附近, 就好有禮貌咁問佢可唔可以幫我地影一張相~ 點知, 真係好unexpectedly + sadly, 佢接過部Canon機之後, 就發咗狂咁狂按快門~ 快到係連個flash都recharge唔切而幾乎要報銷~! 我地當時全部人呆咗幾秒~ 太odd嘞! 咁rude嘅人都係第一次見~~ (呢位waiter真係非常"打份工, 當日全無笑容, 對住D客更經常黑面~!)

俾$嘅時候, 我問另一位waiter攞佢地個group嘅admin / office嘅電話, 可惜佢話冇, 咁我都冇計…… 如果講食物, 我會俾9分, 係服務方面差少少~ ^^

Food was ok, as usual. No good or bad surprise. We ordered a ramen, a duck breast roll and a club sandwich. Everything was fine except...

The MANAGER of the shop, a middle-aged woman, was very rude and she was simply not willing to come to work.... It was shown on her face very clearly... She didn't greet us upon any customers' arrival or say goodbye when we leave. She wore a BLACK FACE all the time during our meal and when she asked us to fill in an application form for membership, she simply dropped a pen onto our table and stormed off!!!! We were stunned...

and honestly, this is NOT the first time we got this kinda POOR serivce at this POKKA. All the other POKKAs I have been to r very ok. I dun have a clue as to why they hire such a team of waitresses who all wear a VERY BLACK FACE to work with their tone and gesture teling you that they dun want their job.

In short, we got:

1. very bad service;
2. fair food; (a udon set dinner and some other a la carte...
3. crowded to very crowded dining environment; (not much room between tables)
4. some miso soup with obvious taste of BLEACH!!! @____@"
5. no call back from the management after our official complain lodged;
6. a bad experience...

No wonder they are always not full and have been getting lots of negative feedbacks.

this restaurant sucks. won't go there again any more.

we (8 ppl) went there last nite. At first, everything seemed fine. But then, when we placed our second order, some food was simply MISSING!!! (even after we urged them 2-3 times...) Moreover, the waitresses' working attitude was not so good. They all wore a 'black face' and looked kinda annoyed when we asked them about the missing food.

Besides, some sashimi simply went bad (in our 2nd order)... My fds couldn't help but spit it all out!! @________@ I can't believe it as it's not summer yet, for God's sake.... no wonder this restaurant has been having lots of negative feedbacks.... *_______*"

一個人食左個韓式泡菜鍋貼餐 (10隻韓式泡菜鍋貼 + 一碗自選湯) -- HK$28~~ 好平, 又好好食!!!! 我試過幾隻唔同味的鍋貼, 韓式泡菜最香口, 有dd spicy, 仲試過有次煎得唔係話好香口 (即係個底唔脆~~), 佢地都好樂意換 / 睇下點可以改善, 咁service都算好好啦~~~

跟餐唔想飲湯 (有幾粒丸) 可以叫drinks, $10以下free (即個餐都係 $28), 如果唔係就補返差價就ok, 我覺得好有彈性, 欣賞佢地咁flexible! (但勸大家唔好叫果個咩 酸辣湯.... *___________*)

會再去!!!
