2013年3月25日,星期一,又係時候出動搵食。

好耐有去過QRE,又去28樓食柊亭。上到去點知轉左名叫楠料理!唔知只係轉

左名定轉埋手,不過都上到黎,就試下啦。

眼見,D擺位同人都唔同左。同埋而家晏晝只係出SET,叫左個粒切魚生飯試試。

唔錯唔錯,起碼幾靚仔。唔食得都睇得下。唔似出面咁得少少。。。

飯味唔錯,係壽司飯。酸度適中。

今次去左想食好耐既川菜館。在香港,好難搵間好食既,因為不正宗,找不到大陸的味道。

而這裡的內地師傅,正正給我找到了這味道。

不多說,只說水煮魚。

香港吃過的,不是魚肉鬆散,就是只辣無味。這店做的,辣而有麻勁,魚肉有趙口而入味。單是這兩點,足以令我番啅。

這店有點自家私房形式在做,請不要求個華麗裝潢。我一向只要個乾乾淨淨就好了。

如果不是謝記魚蛋要歇業,為了嚐到這在香港買少見少的味道,很難想像我們一行四人會從九龍跑到香港仔。本來懷著興奮心情準備一嚐馳名魚蛋粉,誰知未到謝記門口,已見到那條令我們氣餒的長龍。一路舟車勞累,我們早已飢腸轆轆。幸好往前走幾步,看到街尾有間餐廳。南洋餐廳,想到南洋菜,辣辣酸酸,大家食慾大開,決定入去嚐嚐。shockedshocked

開門才發現,幾乎滿座了,空氣裡有陣陣咖喱的香氣。剛巧一桌埋單,我們四人可以坐卡座。座位寬敞,四人坐低,仲有位擺手袋。餐廳面積不大,裝修得簡單古樸,牆上的層板擺設著幾樣舊式玩具與老電器,很有南洋風情。 卡座右側,就是開放式水吧,看到印度師傅在表演拉茶,我們就點了兩杯來試試。師傅把茶來回「拉」後,倒進杯內,面層的泡沬就像 cappuccino。拉茶味道不錯﹐茶質很滑。 smile

在經理推介下,我們試了一種馬來的健康食品 — 臭豆。據說臭豆聞起來臭,食起來甘香。 臭豆參巴煎蛋餅一路來時,果然有“預警“shocked,一早聞到臭豆的味道。說不上臭,但實在不算香。都算是個挑戰,對於一個吃臭豆腐都有心理障礙的人。幸好賣相不錯,搭配煎蛋,入口有一種豆的香味,也算是一次奇特的味覺體驗。bowl

再來肉骨茶,招牌菜。 肉骨茶雖然並非我的最愛,但想起它祛濕去熱,藥膳滋補的功效,我也願意嚐多次。之前去星馬旅行,先知道肉骨茶都分藥膳和胡椒湯兩種。不記得邊一個是星加坡,邊一個是馬來的。但好彩這裡的肉骨茶是藥膳的。湯夠熱,香氣濃,很過癮!smile

再叫上新加坡胡椒辣蟹,這道菜完全是聽到個名就流晒口水了。雖然要$218/斤,都要嚐一下。蟹很新鮮,胡椒也入味,不過愈食愈覺得辣,奉勸不能吃辣的朋友一定要說明要小辣。mad

瞥到鄰桌有一碟菜式樣子很像麵包超人,原來是咖喱麵包雞,我們被它的賣相吸引,決定點一個來試。 咖喱雞藏於一個大麵包內,咖喱汁滲入麵包當中,配搭及味道都很好,不過食哂整個包,真的很飽。mad

這一餐吃得很滿足,總算可填補吃到香港仔魚蛋的失落。總結﹐此店不大不顯眼,但充滿驚喜,不俗。

出面的拉麵多數都係 sell 豬骨湯, 呢間好特別, 係雞湯!!!!!shockedshockedshockedshocked

雖然係雞湯, 但係你唔好睇少佢, 個湯底一樣好濃, 仲食凡出好多骨膠原添!!!!

最岩唔食豬, 唔食牛既人添!

一個字正!!!!

值得去食!!!

As my gf come to this place with friends before and commented good. So we came here!!!!

We ordered an onion rings, two lobster soup, spaghetti carbonara and scallops with pumpkin risotto.

Onion Rings, the tar tar sauce is great, $28, the portion is little bit small

Lobster soup, with $20 more for meal, i think it tastes good. but again. small portion

spaghetti carbonara and scallops with pumpkin risotto, nice, portion is enough, but sauce too thin

maybe this shop is so hot for this period make the food quality drop, it always happens in HK. coz everybody is talking and go to the same shop!!!! It is full house at that time, i think they should put more concern on food QQQQ.

THE MOST LOVELY POINT of this shop is they SERVICE!!! VERY VERY VERY GOOD!!!!!!lollollollollollollollol

THIS IS SO NICE THAT HAVING SUCH A SERVICE IN MONGKOK!!!!
