這次去到又比老板娘哦我們沒有先打電話訂定菜單,
哈哈,因為每次也忘記帶這裹的電話,但咁啱行完timesquare時又想食清啲。
因為佢只得一個廚師做晒所有野,去到先叫餸就要等好耐。
 
今晚叫了薑茸金針雲耳蒸鮮腐竹和蘿蔔炆生根,加羅宋湯。
 
薑茸金針雲耳蒸鮮腐竹是我的最愛,清淡的鮮腐竹吸收晒薑茸的調味,左右有幾條菜心,
金針雲耳紅棗就其實無什麼味,只作裝飾之用。
 
蘿蔔炆生根裹有雲耳,紅蘿蔔片,入味的生根和清甜的白蘿蔔。

羅宋湯有少少辣,內有薯仔,雜菜蕃茄等,味幾濃幾好味。

走時又攞了菜單和電話,老板娘不忘說下次記得打電話來先,OK!

因為怕排隊,一直也沒有去幫襯一風堂。今天六時多剛好行經新港,
不知是不是銅鑼灣開了分店,見門口不是有太多人在排隊,就走去拿了張票,
十張枱後就到,就走開半個鐘行行街先,回來剛好有位。
 
 
我和朋友各叫了白丸元味和赤丸新味;
我的白丸元味拉麵先到,豬骨湯底內有兩塊鬆軟的叉燒,黑木耳絲芽菜蔥花加幼麵,
湯有很濃的豬骨味,叉燒略瘦,雖然我較喜歡粗麵,但這幼麵可接受。加了枱上的白芝麻,幾喜歡個紅膠樽。
 
 
朋友的赤丸新味我試了啖湯,對我來說太濃鹹了
 
麵不多,很快就吃完,水準不差,吃完也不是太口渴,但要排隊的話就免了。

和朋友吃晚飯前先在initial cafe坐坐,這裹集時裝與cafe於一身,最啱我哋呢啲女人仔。
 
朋友叫了南瓜胡蘿蔔湯配南瓜醬多士,我試了一啖,雖不是很濃,但也有不錯的南瓜味。朋友OK.
 
我叫了waffle, waffle有兩塊,有香蕉片,一球朱古力雪糕與cream,雪糕過甜不好吃,waffle雖是新鮮造但沒有蛋香,
雖有脆邊,但整体偏硬,有些失望。
 
其實以前幫襯過這裹,對這裹的意粉與飲品也有不錯的印象,環境也有型,所以還是會給個OK的。

炸紫蕃薯好好味 Just OK Nov 04, 2011

見這裹的食評不錯,就和幾個朋友嚐嚐這裹的沖繩料理。
這裹的裝修充滿日本小物和清酒,很有日本居酒屋的氣氛,
開首的印象很不錯,埋枱巳放下四碗枝豆。
 
先點了一杯熱的沖繩茶,看其他食評說是苦瓜茶,但我卻覺得像中式淡苦茶,我就麻麻哋。
食物點了:

花生豆腐
 
這個樣子有趣,吃落質感古怪煙韌略帶花生味,不能說好味道,但又幾得意囉。

炆豬軟骨烏冬,這個烏冬是扁身的,但不彈牙,好像吃著上海麵,豬軟骨就好好味。但好細碗。

燒牛脷,燒雞翼,燒豬軟骨
 
燒牛脷燒得麻麻哋,牛脷不厚,不夠熱辣和微燶, 
燒雞翼只有兩隻,燒得過乾,內裹肉質也乾,
反而燒豬軟骨就對辦,熱辣辣微燶上桌,肥瘦間著,很好味。

炸紫蕃薯
 
這個最好味,炸得乾身,紫蕃薯夠粉,顏色漂亮,伴上粗鹽,正。

沖繩豬餃子
 
是我們今天運氣不太好嗎?見之前的食家的餃子都煎得香脆微燶,但請看相片,
我們的餃子是煎成這樣子的,味道普通。

海帶雜菇豬肉炒飯
 
這個除了略油外,大家都讚好好味,有一種很香的菇油味,飯粒分明,伴海帶,雜菇,豬肉粒。

鰻魚煮蛋
 
這個我只試了少少鰻魚,沒吃蛋,鰻魚味濃,但見半碟剩下,朋友也沒擧筷,看來味道麻麻不太受歡迎。 

竟然忘了叫最出名的苦瓜和海葡萄等,留待下次吧。

在Openrice的最新餐廳找到這間鳥華,專程在下午茶時段去試試。
下午大約四時,內裹只有兩枱人客。新開張,還有些裝修在進行中。
 
 
 
 
我和朋友叫了雞湯雞肉义燒溏心蛋拉麵,雞湯雞肉义燒拉麵,雞肉餃子和芝麻雞翼。

先上的是兩杯凍麥茶,潤潤喉嚨。
 
兩碗麵就端來了。
 
 
我和朋友那碗麵的差別只在於有無溏心蛋,湯看似油膩,飲落是極濃的雞湯,很鮮味。
麵是粗身的,我覺得可以煮得再硬身啲,雞肉义燒幾好味,但只得小小的兩片,試了朋友的溏心蛋煮得很嫩滑。
葱絲青瓜絲也爽口,看似不大碗,但飲埋這麼濃厚的雞湯,就有些頂胃了。
 
雞肉餃子扁扁的煎得微燶香脆,皮薄,幾好味。
 
芝麻雞翼皮炸得極香脆,味道也是很濃的,內裹的雞肉幾滑,好香口。

走的時候見飲食男女雜誌來做訪問,未來應該會比較多些客人吧。
