一個月前的食評...
朋友極力推介呢間鋪頭的草莓乳酪西米露, 一班人食完野就黎左試下. 入到去見到甜品選擇都有既多, 但大家都係揀左草莓乳酪西米露. tongue
賣相係粉紅色的, 配上草莓及椰果, 好靚! 個西米露雪到都幾凍, 其實味道唔算好特別, 就像一般草莓乳酪一樣, 但係我好鐘意呢個味道, 酸酸甜甜的, 好味!
有機會都會黎試下其他甜品 ~ smile

同男友係聖誕節正日黎到了呢間位置比較隱蔽的餐廳, 位於太古坊Oxford House地下, 環境有點像酒店大堂的Lobby. 出乎意料地聖誕夜竟然唔係太多人, 環境靜靜的, 幾舒服!
叫了以下菜式﹕
Marieniere
不愧係呢道既招牌菜! 嗌左pot size的, 鮮嫩肥美的青口, 配上香濃又creamy的白酒汁, 青口的肉係鮮甜的, 連本來唔太鐘意食青口的我都食完一隻又一隻! 好欣賞距配的烘麵包, 表面脆脆的入面十分軟熟, 點埋d白酒汁食實在太美味了!! (還可免費refill的呢! ) 同男友食左兩條! 薯條係粗身的, 炸得幾香口, 唔錯! 但還是較喜歡它的麵包, 雞肝醬亦很特別! smile

沒有太大的驚喜, 但個人黎講好鐘意, 醬汁很creamy, 有不少芝士 ~ 係我鐘意的味道! 配料有雞柳同車里茄! 意粉煮得剛好, 唔錯! tongue

食完上面兩樣仍對頭先的青口及麵包念念不忘, 決定再嗌bowl size的青口 ~ 今次揀左東南亞式, 其實應該似泰式, 個汁有好香既椰汁味同香茅味! 個汁就0甘食都幾好食, 但係同男友始終鍾情於白酒汁 ~因為配青口及麵包個味會夾d! 又多吃了一條法包 ._.
服務
serve我地的男侍應十分不錯, 甄勤有禮. 呢間餐廳亦好貼心, 主菜係上完一樣, 等你慢慢食完先上第二樣, d野唔會放涼晒!

和男友過了一個滿足的聖誕! 應該會再黎呢間餐廳, 下次要試埋蕃茄汁的青口! tongue

放工同男友相約銅鑼灣慶祝我地既8個月紀念.

之前男友已經黎過呢度食, 話呢度d野幾好, 環境唔錯!

叫左以下野食﹕

bowl炸蝦餅: 炸得香口, 蝦餅本身幾彈牙, 點埋泰式酸甜醬, 幾好 ~ 不過2個人食份量就多左d

chopstick釀雞翼: 我食唔出釀係入面既肉係咩黎, 不過啖啖肉, 岩我呢個懶人食. 味道就普通吧, 釀係入面既肉有d鞋, 不特別討好!

bowl皇帝蝦蛋網炒貴刁: 呢個好好味啊 ~ 酸酸甜甜又幼細的金邊粉, 記得要撈埋碟邊既糖同埋辣椒粉先夠惹味! 好開胃啊, 正 ~ 仲有專人幫我mit蝦食, 太幸福喇! tongue

呢度既食物賣相好靚, 環境都唔錯 ~ 度過了開心的一晚! (唯一遺憾係食唔落個個檯面都有一碟既金枕頭!)

同男友未夠6點半就去到. 真係誇張, 已經有約5, 6張檯排在我們前面了! 隔左一陣後面已經又有條好長既人龍喇... 如果想去既話都係訂位先會好d!

等左好耐先有位... 一坐低就即刻order:

bowl 黃金軟殼蟹: 好食! 炸得唔油膩, 咬落有軟殼蟹既肉汁滲出! 加埋咸蛋黃既香味, 好正好惹味! lol 好快就俾我地清碟了. 粟米也香甜, 唔錯唔錯!
chopstick 椒鹽魷魚鬚: 炸粉薄, 咬落香脆可口, 份量好多! 魷魚鬚又夠粗, 太好食了!! (不過真係好熱氣..)
bowl 芝士焗扇貝伊麵: 最差的一樣... 扇貝本身肉質鮮甜, 可惜配上的芝士汁淡而無味, 伊麵少得可憐... 早知聽男友講揀蒜蓉蒸扇貝算了sad

覺得呢度既椒鹽野真係整得好好食! 不過呢一餐, 實在太有罪疚感了........ mad

同男友再次黎幫襯了, 今次怕肥無嗌到雞腸...

炸醬雲吞麵($25): 炸醬偏甜有少少辣, 幾開胃. 雲吞大大粒, 入面d蝦好大隻好爽!!

冬菇黑柏葉麵($26): 黑柏葉十分爽口, 不錯! 冬菇比上次來吃的遜色了, 炆得不夠稔size也沒有上次般大隻... 有點失望! 還是覺得這裡的雞腸最出色!

麵質依然爽口無梘水味! 但總係覺得湯底無上次0甘鮮甜...

食完再次捧住個肚走!

(睇到牆上面貼住既雜誌報道譚校長一個人可食四碗冬菇麵... 實在太強勁了! )
