真係好食, 樣樣都好味, 招呼又好, 一分錢一分貨.
放棄了 party set, 選擇頭 part 食 buffet salad bar, main course 自選牛扒類, 再 share 甜品.
salad bar 貴精不貴多,蔬菜以外, 有 smoked salmon, parma ham, foie gras.
main course 牛扒先分国籍再分部位, 最貴一客千三元的日本和牛, 精選美国USDA, 還有加拿大西冷.
dessert 選擇是大路貨, 味道及份量卻令人驚喜!
最喜爱蘋果金宝, 還有牛扒, 及沙律吧的鵝肝醬配無花果及多士.
必会再次光顧的扒房.

公司開年午飯一行7人從老籣行上Tivo. 正午飯時段坐位仍空空的, 應是中環很多寫字樓未啓市吧.

Set lunch menu
2 course (appetizer + main dish) $98,
3 course (appetizer + main dish + dessert) $126,
要 drinks 再加 $25

我選了 antipasti, 2小吃拼盤+沙律, 三角粟米餅最新奇, 春卷最後食都仲熱仲脆, good.
 
Main course 有魚或penne或煎雞胸, 健康一點, 吃雞胸. 出奇地, 好嫰, 無渣, 入味, 又不會因是雞胸而下大量油煎攪到油淋淋, 煮得非常出色. 薯菜都用上了上等貨色. good.
 
點了 iced tea 清清口腔, 那超高杯子很引人注意呢! Syrup 用 shooter 杯另上, 有創意!
 
Menu 明明寫 dessert 係 cream brulee, order 時卻告之改為 tiramisu. 一於照 order. 反正2 樣都鍾意. Tiramisu portion is good for 2 share. 咖啡酒加上滑滑軟芝士, 怎會不好吃

Service 不錯, 冷天會主動問要 warm or cold water. Take order 亦清楚無錯, 上菜亦快 (應是因為客人不多). 地方較暗但很有 style, 是他們的特色. Worth to recommend, good choice for a cozy lunch.

团購將貨就價的表表者!

用焗Soffle既細白瓷杯裝餐湯, 奉上茶匙, 一絕.

菜湯用生粉打厚獻, 加些還未煮淋的雜菜.

牛扒是0.3cm超薄裝, 仲有大大絛筋伴著牛扒, 完全食唔出牛味既千年冰鮮貨,

焗朱扒飯塊肉唔能夠稱之為扒, 應叫朱肉片. 仲有, 点解要灑椰絲上面而汁另上? 何謂之焗飯?

最最最差既未出場...

嗰杯特飲才最驚嚇, (凍朱古力都算特飲??) 已明白歺廳仔不會有Vero那樣, 用真朱古力溶成朱古力飲品, 但都不能馬虎到用一茶匙朱古力開500ml熱水再加冰同大量糖水黎沖杯特飲掛...

Okay, $38, 我在茶記可以有更好選擇.

環境非常好, 門口 decoration 就像 wedding dinner 場地. 枱椅像全新一樣, 枱布及椅套都高貴簇新, 顏色配搭順眼, 未食已令人感到賞心悅目.

不用動腦筋的一餐, 因menu已定, 只有二個 course 要二選一 lol

湯羹 - 太極鴛鴦素菜羹
外表吸引! 不會吃到成口草青味的素菜羹, 濃淡適中. 白色那邊味道似忌廉湯, okay!
(仲有嗰碟咸酸菜呀! 我最 like 架! lol)

潮拼 - 半隻鹵蛋 + 一片紅腸 + 一片鵝片 + 一片鹵肉 + 半件豆腐
大部份都不及格, 因為吃不出鹵水味.
 
焗蟹蓋
有點奇怪為何潮菜有焗蟹蓋... 令我想起是氹遊客的菜式. 焗釀料有蟹肉,蝦,帶子,豬肉碎,甘荀,馬蹄,薯蓉加點咖喱粉, 味道不過不失, 但未能吸引到我.
 
石榴球
很精緻的賣相, 蛋白皮不過厚, 包着豆腐, 肉丁及菇丁, 玻璃茨清清哋, 有樣有內涵的一道菜. 厨師還很有心思讓你吃到最底才看到一顆紅蘿蔔心心, cute! smile
 
 
二選一 - 菜遠沙茶牛肉 or 煎魚扒
沙茶汁正宗, 牛肉有點過度鬆肉, 變得似茶餐廳沙爹牛肉 feel. 菜遠非常好, 只用最嫩芥蘭度, 還把菜遠外皮刨走一點,確保入口無渣. 好有心機的.
煎魚扒我無試, 但得一片, 好像不夠喉.
 
二選一 - 潮洲煎麵 or 竽頭炒飯
好喜歡的潮洲煎麵, 好香麵味, 不会過重梘水味. 雖然是煎, 亦不會油膩膩. 除配以陳醋及白砂糖外. 碟內還藏了艽黃, 啱哂我呢d唔怕艽黃味但唔食艽黃的人. 厨師還巧手地將麵煎成心型, 切開4份, 細心又有心! 讚!
好飽啦, 試唔到炒飯
 
甜點 - 黑芝麻流沙包
好飽都要食甜點嘅... 包子細細個, 外皮有麵粉香, 不会鬆泡泡無飽味. 餡才是重點, 好食呀! 芝麻香香的, 甜度剛好, 飽滲了點點糖及芝麻油香, 好好食!

$218包加一, 算好抵食囉

Service 好週到, 入門時刷身而過的各 server 及 manager 都会跟客人打個招呼. 菜式上完一味再一味, 茶水跟足, 態度良好, 不會因我用 coupon 而將 service 打個半價. 亦無狂推介其他食品要人使多幾十元才心息. Very Good! smile

8pm, 大把空枱,完全不用等. Interior不錯. 棗紅色 + 沉色 colour tone 由枱到椅到地版都一致. 有悠和 background music. Server 待客人坐下不久即 fill water 上 menu. smile

cream mushroom 湯好足料, 不會滯死人的一味落 cream.

凱撒沙律不及雞絲沙律吸引, 但2者都用正宗沙律菜, 只是奇怪地加入火箭菜, 味苦, 不搭檔.

想食牛扒的一天, 選擇有 Sirloin / rib eye, 來源 America / New Zealand.

点 NZ Sirloin, sorry, not available tonight. 咁 NZ rib eye la!
7成孰, 出來有点 over, 不難食, 有 pan fry 香, 肉沒有根, 有肉汁但牛味不算濃. 只能在脂肪旁的肉才吃到牛香. 份量大概8oz. 白飯是用個碗cup出來, 個outlook 有d似噴咗定型水咁硬.

carbonara扁意粉比期望中出色, 汁濃但不過咸, 意粉硬度適中不是粉淋或發漲, 蘑菇是白色肉那種新鮮貨, 煙肉肥瘦適中, 啱我呢個怕脂肪的人. 洋葱 fine chopped, 好!

Ice lemon tea no good. 茶苦亦澀, 叫另上的 sugar syrup淡味得很...

不得不提, 我問有無 credit card 做 discount. 個男服務生很快答"無". Okay fine. 你哋門口個 window display 大大個牌放着: XXX 信用咭免加一, ZZZ 信用咭点晚餐送紅酒一杯.

無人話過比呢位男服務生知? shocked 知道都扮唔知? huffy 定 promote 有變更卻忘了收翻放於門口的 flyer? sad
