Mist一直也在我的to-try list上,可惜還未有機會試便關門了。得知老闆東山再起開了Rasupermen,當然便事不宜遲,找天去了銅鑼灣嘗新。

點了牛肉湯啫喱冷麵,麵的賣相很好看,綠油油的蔬菜加上色如琥珀的牛肉湯啫喱,未吃已感到透心涼。可惜涼也是這麵的一點小敗筆。清涼的鮮蔬當然無問題,牛肉湯啫喱也香濃夠味,不過麵條也被冰得死實了,硬硬的吃下去感覺不太好...

或許下次再來試試口味較傳統的其他拉麵吧。

四個人點了蔥雞、年糕、泡菜煎餅
碟碟都十分大堆頭,最喜歡葱雞,炸得香脆而且醃得很夠味,即使是肉厚的雞胸也不會有吃擦膠的感覺,上面那一大堆葱絲有畫龍點晴的效果,不但令味道更惹味濃郁,亦減去了炸雞的油膩。
年糕也做得不錯,味道香甜帶辣,加上芝士和烏冬,是無得輸的組合。
最怕煎餅做得淡而無味,這裡的出品絕對無此問題,每口都有著泡菜濃濃的酸香,也是會翻桌之作。
老闆和侍應友善親切,人均消費不過每位一百多,絕對是一大班好友聚腳的好地方。

Ordered the meatball fettucine, burrata with tomato slices and the 3 dessert set. Was very excited about the burrata dish becoz I read from a magazine that flow of juice will come out once u poke a fresh burrata!! But then my first burrata experience was disappointedly plain. I guess they stored the burrata for too long so it became dry already... The tomato slices were surprisingly fresh and sweet tho! The meatball fettucine is so-so, might taste better if more salt was added.Highlight of the meal was the 3-dessert platter. We picked tiramistu, choc cake and cheese cake and all of them were super tasty. The tiramistu was intoxicating with a strong scent of coffee and alcohol which matched perfectly with the smooth mascarpone cheese. The choc cake was moist and the cheesecake was rich and I love that it carried a subtle salty note.Will defo return!! Mayb for the desserts!! smile

Elements向來都不是吃飯的好地方,但這「吊腳」卻是我跟媽媽看戲的首選之地,基本上每次到Elements,都是為了看電影

吃膩了常去的黃家沙,便試一試評價不錯的丼丼屋

本想試佐賀和牛丼,但索價二百多,在未知此店水準前,不欲冒險,於是便點了燒安格期牛扒丼和吉列蠔套餐

燒安格期牛扒丼甚有水準,牛味濃郁的牛扒配上煙韌的珍珠米,再澆以燒汁,就已經是簡單直接的一味。如果牛扒能燒得生一點,相信肉質會更佳。

吉列蠔一客四隻,四隻都可說是「巨蠔」,味道十分鮮甜,超級滿足!套餐任添的椰菜絲清新爽口,是吃完膽固醇超高的巨蠔後上佳的自我安慰良方。

下次會一試佐賀和牛丼!

有事跟朋友到灣仔,辦完事後順理成章吃點東西

不算太餓,於是兩個人點了香茅牛肉撈檬、香煎釀魷魚、清浣蒸粉包

清浣蒸粉包份量頗足,有四大件粉包和幾片扎肉。粉包有豬肉、蝦肉、沙葛、木耳等,配以魚露,鮮香味美。美中不足的是粉包裂開了少許,吃了一口就散開了,粉包有點過厚,不夠軟熟。

香煎釀魷魚是將免治豬肉釀進魷魚筒再切片煎的一道菜。朋友戲言此味有點土魷煎肉餅的感覺shocked,的確,魷魚煎後頗乾硬,不易咬開,往往一口吃下只吃到豬肉餅而魷魚圈仍完好無缺… 明白這是手工菜,但五十八元吃五小片土魷煎肉餅好像有點不值。

香茅牛肉撈檬是水準之作,難得的是牛肉沒有用梳打粉處理,肉質天然有嚼頭,而且帶點肉汁,十分討好。原來將牛肉點些煎釀魷魚的綠色酸辣汁同吃,味道更佳,此為是次的驚喜小發現smile

此處裝潢清雅,縱然頗為噪雜,仍不失為吃越菜的好地方smile
