最近發現銅鑼灣去開修甲嗰楝大廈開咗間新嘢,見門口張相好似幾似樣咪搵晚上去試下,上下兩層都係吧枱,一層主理壽司剌身,裝飾頗寧靜淸雅,下層則主打日式燒海鮮,氣氛截然不同,黑色佈置特出咗吧枱前放滿的海鮮及蔬菜;侍應姐姐帶我們參觀完畢後,老公選擇坐下層,因為可以手指指點菜喎!shocked

求其問下師傅有咩好食,師傅話今日有聖子,龍蝦最新鮮,於是都點了,再加少許剌身壽司同燒蔬菜。

正擔心唔夠食,點知經理話新開張送多個湯同前菜三點,哈!剛剛好!lol

說真沒有太大期望,因坐位都是空空的,不過郤出奇的好!前菜賣相吸引有特色,燒龍蝦好正,師傅話將蝦頭的膏加上牛油煮成醬汁放回龍蝦肉上,野味又爽甜。

聖子剛剛熟,沒太多調味,鮮甜!(掛住食唔嘅記得影相..失策!!)sad

壽司最有驚喜(失策AGAIN!!)mad,雖然我忘記了食咗乜,淨係記得好特別,好似冇喺其他地方食過,好味同有啲細件,不過當晚也太飽了,所以又啱啱好。

前天跟家人相約晚膳bowl,算是2009年首次聚餐,為慶祝一家人平平安安過度金融風瀑,踏入新一年,打算大破慳與爸媽大吃一餐,爸爸一向嗜好香口炸物,媽媽則鍾情魚生,特地帶他們試試岩浪的OMAKASE。

我自名是日本食家,試盡大大少少的日本料理,OMAKASE是最考師傅功力同時又最易反應餐廳質數的,因為傳統OMAKASE會由師傅按當日的時令食材,及根據客人個別的口味即席配搭創作菜式,即一些MENU上沒有列明的新奇配搭,令整餐晚宴充滿驚喜及期待。
而我之所以帶爸媽到岩浪食OMAKASE的原因是,它的食物種類十分廣,而且RICKY師傅的創作壽司賣相實美輪美奐,再加上以天婦羅掛帥的日本料理,天婦羅水準甚有保証,而最喜出望外的是煮物燒物及漬物都有頗多選擇,所以即使每位$700都覺得值回票價,皆因吃到心頭好之餘每次都飽到爆,如果你跟我家人一樣是大食”積” 或像我 一樣超喜歡BUFFET的包羅萬有,岩浪絕對值得你一試。

這次聚餐最大的發現shocked,原來一月份食OMAKASE是四人同行 一人免費,仲有SAKE 送!!!!!!!!! 可惜我一行只得3人,眼白白地錯過這次優惠… 激氣!!!!!!! mad ……即晚BOOK定下星期再來,同時強迫大肚經理姐姐送了2個新年”福袋”給我… 算保番數啦! 哈哈! tongue

After reading other's critics.. I found that I'm not as rude as i thought.. thanks god!

wanna try this restaurant for long as it's been highly recommended by Sue C Wong..called a few times and it's always fully booked at dinner time.. Finally I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and went there hoping for a nice and cozzy dinner.

as stated in captioned..it's so bad that I cannot stay till I finish my dinner there. Was badly greeted by the waiter at the entrance.. it was 35 C outside and I've made reservation already.. but the waiter shut me out of the door saying she will get someone responsible for my booking to come..what?

ok.. I sat down.. ordered and waited patiently.. after 20 minutes the soup came.. extremely horrible.. it's chowder fish soup but it's like boiled milk with fish.. >_<... the baked snail and tomatoes in cream sauce.. I couldnt' tell it's ever been BAKED.. it's like snail and tomates freshly Mixed in cream sauce..

Shit!.. I couldn't stand longer and my gf was yelling to leave. we cancelled all orders and left immediately.. That's the worst dinner I ever had... but I spent >1 hour there waiting for those crappy food to come..What a nite!

Reading the previous critics, I'm kinda upset.. as it is really a very nice SH restaurants in HK.

It was called 陸鷺previously but it's actually the real 鷺鷺originated from SH. If you ever tasted their food in SH.. u had no doubt it's really great and local. Comparing to other expensive SH rest in HK, they serve better food at more reasonable price. I always been there for dinner.. it usually cost $50 - 80 / dish at very big portions.. I've ordered 4 dishes + 1 dessert another nite for 3 of us and it just cost us HK$110 each. Fantastic!!

Besides, they offered 時魚which is very rarely served nowadays.. it's very fresh and tasty.. with some other 蟹粉dishes we ordered and crab.. that dinner cost us HK$1200 in total but luckily the manager gave us HK$450 cash coupons which can be used unconditionally altogether on weekdays dinner.. Woow! what a great deal!

Believe it or not.. worth trying!!!!

Heard from colleague that there was a new jap restaurant opened at the building next to our office. Driven by Curiosity, I visited with my clients for Dinner.

We sat at the sushi/ tempura counter, the chef greet us friendily and recommend us some food. As I read from HK Magazine that this restaurant offered quality food at steep price, to pay safe, I gave the chef our preference and a budget, he will then be our boss to pick some sushi/ sashimi and cooked food for us.

It didn't disappoint us, I especialy love the 秋刀& 北寄貝sashimi.. and the crab leg soups is also nice. with a Udon & 鰻魚rice bowl.. we were all full. I like the 鰻魚as it's quite crisy and still fatty... the sauce doesn't make the fish skin turns chewy. Seems apart from Tempura as it is famous about, their sashimi and cooked food are also at top quality which deserve the price they charged. But I suggest to mix those pricey items with cooked food which let u taste both of their strength at a cost under control.

We paid approx $900 total for the dinner. Not too bad.
