好耐冇寫過食評,今次出手實在因為氣難平。我唔明白點解會有人覺得抵食囉~作為一家五星級既酒店,收得六百幾蚊,點解可以俾啲咁既貨色人食囉。單係見到佢碟Wasabi 就知出事喇,竟然係用開粉既Wasabi,難晒大譜,同元氣有乜分別先!
刺身主要係得4款大路野,三文魚, 吞拿魚, 劍魚腩, 甜蝦;另外,仲有一隻碟先得一片既小海膽,同埋蟹腳,真係火都泥埋!最離譜係話說有三款軍艦壽司係任點任食既,竟然三款元氣壽司,芥末魷魚,辣吞拿魚...,又有三款即叫即製手卷,當中一味係帶子手卷,估唔到佢地cheap 到用尾指頭size既柱貝做哩個手卷,同樣貨色既向元氣賣緊20蚊一件!
最後係主菜三款,其中一味係拉麵,我地就點左喜之次,仲衰!人間珍味俾佢地整到又鞋又軔,想點呀!?埋單七百數一位架大佬!回水!!!回水!!!

餐廳超曹,服務未達五星級酒店水平,完全冇日本高級餐廳既優雅。穿和服的侍應小姐們,撻拖鞋式既步履,更十分礙事。

哩餐都要算係我平生暫時食過最貴既一餐晏仔,連加一位位$570,半自助式頭盤甜品餐酒果汁無限任食,Parma ham任食,配多片燒菠蘿,絕對係我既賣飛佛啦!食完頭盤,再泥一客龍蝦湯,真係未飲過喧 好味既龍蝦湯囉!啖啖龍蝦肉,爽口彈牙,又係正!主菜當然係燒烤靚扒啦!是日我叫左一客Sirloin Steak 8oz medium,入口軟綿,又嫩又juicy,勁好味!甜品仲有心太軟既buffet 版,真係襯到絕!食完哩餐真係飽足一日,晚餐都慳埋!諗諗下都係泥食午餐好,足足有成日俾你慢慢消化,咁就唔怕肥啦!

最近la Brasseire 推出左個任點任食的promotion,個人認為無論質量同賣相,跟本同平時食buffet冇分別,價錢又係平時buffet價,反而食品既種類仲要左好多添,所以好唔掂,牛柳係全熟既肉質好鞋,羊扒每個order得一塊,亦唔係乜野好貨色。好搵笨!我建議佢地不如main course唔好玩任食啦,正正經經俾番平日既貨色出泥,起碼大家都可以試到佢地既手勢,以家做埋d任點任食,但係出品同隔離coffee mill既就無分別,仲學人收咁貴,離晒大譜!仲要cut埋hsbc卡優惠添!mad

早幾日同朋友幫襯,一時貪方便,就叫左個套餐左加散叫幾味。個4人套餐都唔平折實$799,有鹹豬手,炸蝦意粉,羊柳,同魚柳飯,又有湯又有沙律,仲有甜唔添,不過除左碟豬手係招牌菜之外,其餘都係交行貨,流過茶餐廳,碟青衣魚柳飯賣相同味道跟本就係大家樂貨色,連跟餐甜品都差過人,認真唔掂檔!計落條數唔單止冇平,咁既貨色其實仲貴左!反觀其餘散叫食物,碟碟都有版有眼,好好味喎!點解會咁呢?唔想俾優惠咪唔好俾囉,做乜做到咁cheap 0者,唔使趕走班citi客囉!唯一可除既優惠,係飲品買一送一,$48有兩杯特飲都ok既!

平時食西餐都不外乎法國、意大利、美國,墨西哥餐真係好少食,哩間新開既墨西哥餐廳仲要係走高檔fine dining路線就更少,一心只諗住泥試下新野,預佢唔方好食,點知又出奇不意到0岩口味喎!哩到既午餐$128+10%,distill water要收$8,醒目如我叫左杯熱水點知今次竟然要收成$10仲蝕!不過好在佢地有前菜送,就係3色Nachos,好味!
不過講番個set lunch一共3個 course再包餐飲,沙律或湯 + 主菜 + 甜品,全部自己向餐牌各任點一款,擺明就係當做tasting menu,搏你食過好野夜晚再泥,我當然叫D貴菜試下啦,今就點左sirloin steak in 7 chili oil $225,朋友叫左份King Prawn,甜品就點左chocolate roll 同埋Banana Tacos。先係泥份大蝦,嘩兩大隻老虎真係唔講得笑,碟邊盛滿一遍黃色既油,起初仲以為好辣,食落又係算喎仲好惹味添,當然對一眾OL泥講個碟油都幾嚇人架,我份牛扒須然叫左medium,但係由於太薄所以都係全熟,不過一D都唔軔,應該係用左d辣油去煎,非常惹味,個人認為係西餐中少有既味道,感覺有D似避風塘既辣炒風味,但又絕對唔係鼓油西餐喎!加上餐廳裝修高雅值得一試!不過甜品就麻麻地喇,太甜之餘卷皮又太軔,下次千祈咪試哩兩款喇!
