It is the 3rd time visiting 泰豊廔. The quality is as good as usual.

Having dinner with my family, total 8 people. We ordered:

4-6 people set, includes:
北京填鴨 (the must order item, as good as usual)
蔥爆牛肉 (鐵板 a bit better)
賽旁蟹 (normal)
水餃 (good)
粉皮 (都唔錯)

separately ordered
鐵板蔥爆牛肉 (unintended outcome. I didn't aware the set include蔥爆牛肉 already. hm... the taste is similar, but it's much hotter than without 鐵板)
京燒羊肉 (the first time order this dish. It's the best dish of the dinner, very good)
拔絲香蕉 (the sugar 外層好脆, 甜度適中. but my parents feel too sweet)
上湯豆苗 (size big comparing with most of the chinese restaurants, taste normal)

It's a small but good restaurant.

排骨擔擔面: good
炒年糕: Good. I feel it has been improved since this month. I suspect the chief has been changed.
小籠飽: not that impressive, so far so good
獅子頭: quite good
紅油抄手: my most favorite dish in this restaurant

Only few people there and can get table immediately. Probably because the new open of TheONE. We're managed to have seats which allow enjoying the good night view.

Goose liver and salmon fried rice: (so-so)
Grilled Ox Tongue (taste well)
Pork hot pot (Normal)

The speed of delivering dishes is a bit slow, yet the waiters have good manner.

It’s my first visit. Generally, the food is okay, but I think not that worth the money.

The dish I like the most: 當紅脆皮雞. The skin’s oil has been fried out and it’s not that fatty. Taste good.
The dish I dislike the most: 炒年糕. The 年糕 is terribly soft. The quality is worse than a normal Shanghai restaurant.

Higher the price, higher the expectation. I feel no surprise on the food quality.

凱撒沙律: The disk that I like the most. Fresh vegetables is the main reason.
燒菠蘿肉眼扒 (5成熟)：HK restaurants generally overcook, so we ordered medium to play safe. Duo okay, it's really medium. And can still taste the raw beef taste.
明太子意粉: so-so la, not that impressive
蜜糖雞翼: so-so la, not worth the price
Brownie: I hv high expectation as there's so many good comment in openrice. Yet, it brings me no surprise. It meet the standard, but not exceed standard lor. And not chocolate taste is not as rich as I imagine.

Generally, I think the food meet the standard, given the price.
