上次係三家姐有不好的經歷, 今次試下伍仔記.

炸香辣豬手 – 1客有10多件, 豬手膠質重, 少少辣, 唔錯唔錯., 送啤酒一流 ~~
金銀蛋莧菜 – 都係咁上下, 冇乜特別.
冰鎮併盤 – 有鮑片 , 苦瓜, 鱔 , 生腸, 鮑片 甜甜地有少許鮑魚味 , 我平時都唔食苦瓜的, 勉強食左3-4條就算, 鱔-有魚味爽爽地好味道 , 生腸夠爽, 可惜冇醃過的, 一定要點豉油至得.

星期日7點左右黎到,都唔知好彩定唔好彩,仲有一張2人枱,順理成章坐低左...



炸大腸 - 賣相差唔在講 (D腸東一舊,西一舊)本人臭覺較靈敏,碟野一上枱已聞到陣陣臭味,一係大腸極不新鮮,一係大腸仍未洗乾淨...huffy
 
啫啫魚雲煲 - 好大煲,份量足,味道都算ok,只可惜真正膏狀“魚雲”不多.
 
芝士焗大蝦伊麵底 - 等左好耐,諗住因為要焗所以先咁耐啦, 點知黎到見到好似冇焗過咁,只係一大pat 冇味既茶餐廳白汁,更加唔好講芝士味!!
大蝦雖不夠爽口但尚算正正常常,不過伊麵底差到不得了,d麵烚過龍,勁淋,仲要係淋到冇牙都食到果隻...sad
 


三小姐呀三小姐,人地伍仔記平又平過你,好食又好食過你,請問你係咪要改進下呢?

係openrice 買左團購$178 意大利半自助晚餐, 見到一眾食家既食評真係好擔心!!不過唔買都買左, 點都要食嫁啦, 唯有係閒日去希望人少d食物都好d啦.

7pm 去到, 不到10枱客. 坐底後開始出去攞野食喇:

即開生蠔 – 好細隻 (size 同 kumamoto差唔多…) 唔算好新鮮, 只有淡淡的蠔味,不過還可以啦.
 
Parma ham – 由其中一個開蠔師傅負責埋切火腿, 一次只會切3片…. 火腿唔夠甘香, 不過勝在切得夠薄 ! 另外佢地本來冇預備蜜瓜, 好在8pm 左右出甜品生果, 我至有蜜瓜送parma ham….
 
湯 – 試左羅宋湯, 有好多料, 都幾好味
沙律 bar – 有什椒沙律, 煙三文魚沙律, 燒什菇, 仲有d cold cut 等等
 
多士 – 有3款, 鵝肝醫(應該係鴨肝醫黎), 蛋沙律, 三文魚他他?? 講真蛋沙律&三文魚他他多士賣相真係麻麻, 只食左鴨肝醫多士, 包唔夠脆.
主菜 – 朋友的牛柳, feel到加左大量的鬆肉粉醃, 肉質淋而冇牛味.
我的羊架, 有3件, 味道一般般, 不過起碼比牛柳好
 
甜品 – 唔太吸引, 我只食左cream burlee, 蛋味好香, 如果再滑d 就更好

另外, 侍應間中會拎住d pizza呀, 意粉呀4圍派, 朋友食左pizza, 我見佢好快食哂,應該都唔差掛.

講真開蠔/切火腿師傅既手腳真係好慢, 好在當日食客少, 問題不大, 如果唔係就肯定出現排隊攞蠔排到出街的情況.

總結, 以 $200黎講, 還可以既... 不過就唔會再食lu

生蠔: 唯一好處就係唔駛排隊. 落order 侍應會攞俾你. 不過又“聲”又苦勁難食, 我直頭吐番出黎.huffy
 
海鮮bar 有蝦,青口等等, 我冇食蝦, 不過青口就食完一隻又一隻,鮮味拍得住mussel !
 
呢度有好多不同的cold cut ,其中有隻辣椒味salami好好味, 好有辣椒香, 只有少少辣, 好香口!

泰式沙律都幾好,雖然料唔多,不過味道唔差,夠多芹菜 (我至愛芹菜~~) 

湯:有中湯西湯, 西湯係龍蝦湯,呢個龍蝦湯真係幾得! 以buffet 黎講交足功課

粥檔:永遠大排長龍, 有不同的配料可加,(有高檔配料如海參,蟹黃,蟹肉,燕窩等等)再俾師傅製作生滾粥, 粥底都幾綿,唔錯!
 
熟食款式都有10款8款, 食過其中一,兩款味道ok的. 另外仲有燒味,粉麵檔,不過唔太受歡迎.

甜品方面,疏乎里好多人食, 師傅密密手焗都供不應求, 仲有cream burlee , cheese cake 等等,

我只試左cream burlee, 一般啦,唔夠蛋香,不過都算滑.

今日係公眾假期冇優惠, 要 $280, 不過食物種類又多又好味, 價錢都算合理啦smile

其實原本想食佢對面的韓國野,不過只得2個人,擔心韓國太大碟,見到魚八水產又有$79隻松葉蟹, 結果就入左去.

一入到去有d驚, 話哂星期日晚市喎,點解得果兩枱客??


都唔理得咁多, 照食啦, 叫左


松葉蟹一隻 -已經開哂殼,淡淡肉,唔算太鮮甜,不過$79已超值

魚八風什錦海鮮壽司 - 放面的蟹肉,吞拿魚碎,三文魚子,海膽,三文魚都唔錯, 其中三文魚子非常新鮮, 好有口感. 另有青瓜小卷墊底,個人就喜歡同海膽一齊食.

串燒併 -有7串, 我覺得質素平平啦..

珍珠貝串燒-店方話係全香港獨家的,不過真係熟食冇生食, 肉質彈牙,都幾得意,仲重要係真係有粒珍珠俾你拎走.

魷魚豉油漬 - 呢樣唔係間間有得食呢,有肝的, 味道非常強烈, 真係要飲多兩杯呀

(見到樓下食評都好大碟喎, 不過我果次好似得6件?? 希望係我記錯啦....)

李白濁酒 - 最令我印象深的,竟然係佢既sake 杯 !! 好鬼靚... 係sogo 要過百蚊隻.. (食飯前我就係去sogo搵sake 杯呀,因為太貴所以冇買到...所以係呢度見到隻杯我真係好開心)



**本身想叫活雞魚刺身, 可惜是日冇貨,一於下次再食過 !!
