9pm 前happy hour 紅、白、啤、cocktail 買一送一!

話說我對板前/板長集團, 原本係非常之欣賞,
事關好幾年前, 2005-06 咁上下(記錯莫怪), 板前/板長集團未紅之前,
得尖沙咀一間叫做板前的總店咁大把, 我已經去食了.

當時, 壽司師傅的態度非常認真,
佢地係好認真, 好俾心機去做每一件壽司.
當時最驚喜既係玉子燒,
因為香港當時大部份迥轉壽司店的玉子,
都是買現成回來的,
只有板前是少數自己煎製的.

時至今日, 板前/板長集團已比我快餐店既感覺.

坐BAR 枱, 細心留意下D 師傅點做野, 你就會知.

師傅包既時候,
你會見到你非常熟悉的紫菜包裝紙,
冇錯,就係便利店 OR SUPERMARKET 見到的那種...

擺得不太好樣的剌身...
幸好, 味道算是不差.

再看看師傅在做什麼.
有一個師傅在不斷包反卷.
裡面的食材有: 青瓜, 蟹柳, 蛋條ETC.
用極快的手法, 不斷包不斷包,
包了8-10條左右..
然後再用保鮮紙包著一條條的反卷.
放在一個大膠箱內.

我想, 那應該是員工的伙食吧?

只是師傅非凡的速度,
不假思索的神情,
我心想, 作為一個日本餐的師傅,
怎會有HEART 在這樣的 "製作"裡?


這邊廂, 客人ORDER 的單接踵而來,
在師傅面前的一部機中激射而出,
師傅們處變不驚,
馬上接單, 從未停過.

只是單據太多了,
我見到外賣盒上有單據,
與盒內的壽司一起睡..

單據像壽司的被子, 讓它們安睡在盒內...

好了, 還是不要再看師傅在做什麼了...
兔得誤會衛生情況就不好了...

好彩即刻話番比佢地聽!!

今晚剛食完, 回家馬上upload 相,

由於珍寶蠔太好味($45 元per one)的緣故, 我要影好幾個角度,
為隻肥蠔影寫真, 方能表達我對它的

我對飲湯特別喜愛, 所以網名叫soupking.
要特別讚個螺頭湯.
好足料,
佢加左大量龍眼肉,
令個湯好甜.
紀子, 冬菇都唔少.
成個湯的味係甜中帶鮮.
而且係清甜, 不是一味得個濃字.
飲完不會口乾, 無甚味精,
螺頭是真的螺頭,
不是用螺片,
煲完湯都好有咬口.
冬菇唔算好正既貨色, 都係吊下味. 不過冇乜冬菇味~
仲好, 我都唔喜歡冬菇~

SUSHI很大件..........
有我半個拳頭咁大.........
可惜, D 飯港式到唔港式.........
仲要有D 硬身tim..........><

d 炸蠔就ok 既, 熱的.
是即叫即整的....

drink 叫左芬達, bottle 上. 算係咁啦,

tea set + $6 可加章紅魚sushi 2件....
魚生真係完全唔得lor........

$28+6 = 34.
不收加一.
