This is sunflowerting living in Mong Kok.I work in Kowloon Tong. I like to hang out in Wan Chai, Kowloon City, Jordan. Korean, Thai, Italian, 法國菜 are my favorite cuisines. I also love Japanese Cafe, Chinese Restaurant, Coffee & Tea Shop, 休閒小店, 台式風味餐館 and Buffet, Curry, Dessert, 素菜, 餃子.

呢個價錢當然唔可能有太大期望 :
~ 6:35入座, 旁邊未有太多食客, 行入D會看到唔少用板間嘅擋房 (想當年都出席過舊同事擺滿月酒就係類似格局shocked )
~ 我們嘅超大卡位竟然
 
有細電視 smile有趣; 而朋友看到鮑魚咁平都忍不住叫咗4 隻, 同一份正價嘅本來係
 
馬拉盞改為蒜蓉通菜炒嘅牛肉,
飲料 Shandy $2 ?!

夠瘦, 唔係好"鞋"亦唔係好脆而且無味, 粉皮彈牙一人一籠, 滿足tongue

新鮮但苦惱是要工具時, 竟然人手不足到
 
叫極都搵唔到刀叉~ 在5 分鐘後好勉強得一份刀叉sad
 
最奇怪係相差半小時至有菜食:
 
勁滑勁大碟但亦重口味 (濃郁豬油味) 配滑牛, 蒜蓉影都唔見lol , 8:00就走入 , 都仲好多人排隊!

~ 又送填鴨同雞優惠券, 不過係月底到期 ;
~鮑魚是四大海味:鮑、參、翅、肚之首。種類甚多,有少部份鮑魚新鮮急凍,亦有製成罐頭,或曬製成乾貨。當中乾鮑按一斤重量有多少個分為「十頭」、「八頭」等,十頭即指一斤內有十個。頭數越少,鮑魚越大,亦越昂貴。另外,台灣與大陸之「斤」定義有別。在台灣一台斤為600公克。在大陸,一市斤為500公克。同稱「十頭」之鮑魚於大陸會較細小,不少台灣人因此誤會大陸商店欺騙顧客。
上等鮑魚常製成乾鮑,當中一種被稱為「溏心鮑魚」。「‎‎溏心」是指乾鮑中心部份呈不凝結的半液體狀態,將乾鮑煮至中心部份黏黏軟軟,入口時質感柔軟及有韌度,要製作溏心鮑魚需要經過多次曬乾的程序。鮮鮑魚並沒有溏心。新鮮鮑魚則多以清蒸方式處理。

What a late evening when almost 10:00pm for a late dinner: sunflowerting always want a peaceful place & comfortable seat
 
especially this areas are too busy for the hot-topic of thail. foods & dessert at the momentshocked
Knowing the last order is by 10:00pm, steak
 
should be a safety choice especially ribeye: 70% is better than medium raw at the mood~
chopsticknot more than 10 mins, soup come first with the bread & butter:
 
soup is hot but cannot say tasty, creamy but too much flour stick together in the bottom, while the herb is too strong rather than a tomato base sad bread is soft but also cold!)
chopstick ribeye is big enough to attract everyone, but the taste is normal, with a little bit meat tenderizer,
 
the meat is too raw at all though sunflowerting can accept medium rawshocked sauce is a little bit strange: thick texture with worcestershire sauce shadow!
combination of the side-dish: performance is yellow (smash potato with butter) & green (Broccoli & green sprout), if there is mini-tomato with it, it should be a much more better look!

sour & smell without coffee frangrant equal to a fullstop by 10:40pm, what a quick ending by holiday!mad

~ construction-site opposite to that restuarant, flies cannot avoided at the moment ;
~ everyone can see this restaurant start those comment since summer 2012, but the suspicious fact is : extreme comment from both like & dislike, then the like x 3 comment all written by green-bloggers !
~ Ribeye (肉眼) ——
It is one of the more flavorful cuts of beef, due to the fact it comes from the upper rib cage area, which does not support much of the cow's weight, nor does it have to work hard or exercise. Its marbling of fat makes this very good for slow roasting and it also goes well on a grill cooked to any degree !
肉眼取自肋脊部貼近胸部的位置,此部位較少運動,所以大理石紋脂肪(即「油花」或「雪花」)分布較多。其中間往往有一塊大油花,就像眼睛一樣,因此有「肉眼」之稱。烹調時肉裏的油花給化掉,並與周圍的瘦肉(即肉身)融合起來,是以除了有牛肉的嫩度,亦有油脂化開的甜味,毋怪乎最為大眾接受。要注意的是,其吃來香口,但論肉味,則始終遜於西冷。

Dessert probably is the best way to replace a bad mood : after a worst chinese-meal this evening, sunflowerting return to that place
 
when it's also the first time sunflowerting visit this cafe after it's open for more than a year !
 
chopstick apple crumble ($42)
 
probably one of the best ever in sunflowerting's checklist
 
after various dessert house or hotel, crispy surface with juicy apple pieces after around 20 mins baking process during sunflowerting's reading time,
 
smell & look good with a scoop of strong favour green-tea icecream, balance between sweet & sour of the apple ingredient, which is the best combination especially under the tv-series theme-song "heaven & earth" tongue
 
 
chopstick steam milk with ginger-juice ($30)
 
is prepared not a good look when waiter remind sunflowerting before the order,
 
texture is not thick eough, while the taste is sfsg but the ginger juice should be stronger & rise a little bit shocked
 
boys & girls (mainly) inside that small shop , I think boss & workers really welcome customers to come in for a chat even in a late eveniing!
 
Supplementary Information:
~ as next to the drainage zone , it cannot avoide flies in the air !

want to taste new japanese-buffet last week, come at last after visit certain friends & place in purpose
 
various booking-group wait for their tidy up process when customer finished before 9:45pm
the last session: 9:45 to 12:00 (last order is 11:30, but actually is 11:15)
 
customer are welcome by various young waitress & waiter dress in black, while the chefs & helpers in the kitchen or bar are busy for the paper-orders
 
chopsticksashmi are really freshtongue: raw shrimp & fish like salmon taste rich in fat & both are the best, smilemini-scallop is normal
tomato salad, cucumber salad
 
really fresh, can keep the balance between sauce & veg.'s size; while the most impressive hot-items are : chopstickFreshwater clam
 
in spicy & tomato soup, freshness with strong favour of the soup bring out the great taste as a starter, then the great amount of mix mushrooms in milk-soup

chopstick mini sushi like beef or roll is sfsg,
chopstick butthe deep-fried veg.of tempura are too oily even it's on the raw-cabbage when sunflowerting finished it too ! its no more crispy when it on sunflowerting's table not more than 10 mins! the mix veg. is taste good but chopstick lamb-chop really disppointed to the next table who are total 9 youth guys there! As sunflowerting also agree with their comment after my first bit : tasteless with un-tender texture, it is hard to finished especially to a lamb-lover toosad

taiwan-style sausage is normal, pork is cold & didn't look golden at all, asparagus is too old, giant mushroom is unappropriate cut into dice size that cannot roast in even status for the good result, roast chicken disappear, while the worst is chicken-kidney is raw & didn't finished the cooking process huffy

also mix with too much meat-tenderizer, then it's raw inside toomad
corn with butter is shining on the bowl, while the last dish is roast-fish 鲭魚is the only juicy hot-item in conclusion!

is Nestle-mini-cup icecream = vanila, chocolate, mango & sesame, what do u think?
 
Supplementary Information:
~ polite & energetic service during that 1.5 hours under cantonese or mandarin (not putonghua) songs in the air;
~ 10% service charge
~ toilet is outside this area, customer need to wayback to this shopping-mall's internal toilet or go to the public toilet which is opposite to this shop after certain business hour of that mall !
~ others:
In Japan, a buffet or smorgasbord is known as a viking (バイキング - baikingu). It is said that this originated from the restaurant "Imperial Viking" in the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo, which was the first restaurant in Japan to serve buffet-style meals. Dessert Vikings are very popular in Japan, where one can eat from a buffet full of desserts!

朋友要飛回美國, 一眾老友唔少得同佢fairwell, 貪方便回到這家朋友住响樓上嘅連鎖酒樓,
 
點知就中伏shocked
因唔想受限制而且價格偏高, 一眾老友決定"散叫"家常菜色 :chopstick 冬瓜盅
 
大而無當, 湯底同配料無味似開水, 而且瓜肉
 
已太淋身啦mad

只有拍黃瓜同海浙頭味道不過不失咁, 但係細到呢;

算好入味smile
chopstick京蔥牛肉
 
教另一位點菜嘅老友失望非常, 唔熱嘅菜似做定好耐, 梳打粉充斥嘅牛肉而給肥膩嘅京蔥疊住, 睇到佢無晒心機mad
chopstick 佢太太叫咗嘅肉末四季豆太乾亦無鑊氣
chopstick 古嚕肉
 
厚粉而味道太假;
chopstick連同出一徹嘅香檳橙花骨
 
都係硬度可做石仔玩拋擲sad

蒸嘢較為正常但無技術可言, 百福豆腐上放嘅係無味嘅蝦膠(正確係粉!)

毫無美感可言嘅西瓜同菠蘿出場shocked以後者較清甜味美
chopstick 正值各人食得唔多高興之際, 阿姐解圍咁講: "D玄米茶好好飲㗎!" 或許可以打破僵局~!
