其實個場好細,所以如果full house應該幾嘈.好在我同honey閒日去就覺得氣氛幾浪漫呀.加上日落景色,直頭要唱首夕陽醉了......
 
奢侈地散叫.未上個湯,侍應就比咗d餐包我地.嘩熱辣辣,脆卜卜的皮,軟熟的包.好鍾意.mad仲可再添食,不過我怕食飽個肚就冇再要喇.
 
沙拉: 黑松露蟹籽吞拿魚他他沙拉, 小小的黑松露,香氣撲鼻,帶出吞拿魚他他及蟹籽鮮味.沙律菜十分新鮮,份量十足,very yummy!!!mad
 
唔知點解湯仲未到就黎咗白酒煮法國藍青口. 呢個over cooked, no good, 嘥咗個青口同d$$$$!huffy
 
終於黎個鮮蠔濃湯喇! 我地慳家,二人share一個湯,但餐廳好好,居然幫我地將湯分兩隻碟上. 份量ok. 個味道好鮮甜濃郁,仲有隻蠔添.like ten times!mad
 

主菜黎喇! 第一個係澳洲神戶和牛. 居然over cooked.同普通牛排冇分別.shocked
 
第二個主菜係羊架.呢個意外地十分嫩滑香口.好好味.lol
 
兩個主菜嘅配菜係完全一樣嘅.雖然好食,但冇創意sad

最後甜品係心太軟配雪糕,做到熱辣辣,中間流心外皮乾身.very goodsmile 第8張相片冇得upload,shocked大家睇其他人嘅食評應會見到嘅.

整體而言,環境同服務都好好,食物質素都好但主廚嘅技巧要磨練吓喇.因價錢唔平,食客當然要求高而穩定嘅水準啦!

閒日去食加上book咗位,所以一去到就有梳化位喇.不過張梳化太林,所以坐得有d唔舒服,但餐廳整體氣氛寧靜舒服(不過可能因為係閒日).
 
一開始我就飲湯食飽先.當日有2款湯: 1 雞絲斑cake清湯 2西蘭花忌簾湯. 前者太古怪,飲咗後者.有我喜愛的黑芝麻餐飽,仲有個旋轉烤爐整熱食,good. 湯的味道一般,賣相麻麻.

但係後來侍應送上的蒜蓉多士十分好味,可能因為新鮮造.

呢個餐包3杯drinks,第一杯可飲酒.我倆都要了杯白酒.唔識品酒但覺好順喉.二人浪漫時刻有杯酒在手特別lum呀smile

侍應好細心教我地點燒,仲有一條好認真嘅圍裙比的地,令我呢個一向無飯嘅主婦都認真下廚嘞.估唔倒塊石頭真係幾熱wor,影幾張相姐,件羊就由6成熟變8成熟嘞,好在都十分好味.我的咀尖老公大讚食材好新鮮,唔落調味都好鮮味.

不過我好鍾意濃味野.餐廳有個自製嘅"賓尼醬"(香草牛油蛋黃醬)好香好好味.不過同龍蝦唔夾,同牛就好d.除此之外,仲可去buffet枱取其他汁,如黑椒,雜菌,黑車厘,茄汁......,我覺得雜菌汁最正啊.

主菜後叫第二杯drink,竟然有鮮窄雪梨汁.goodmad
試吓熱暈但冇咩食,試吓有個雜菜千層,又有驚喜wor! 有d白烚蔬菜,適合我愛健康的口味,蔬菜本身都好甜.老公就no comment嘞.
 
最後係甜品,都算多款,但味道一般.較鍾意芒果moouse cake及cheese cake.
 
最後飲杯餐茶,個肚完全fill up 嘞.
今次主要想食石頭燒,食材優質,以呢個價錢係ok嘅.

最近愛上high tea,因為夠嘆,又唔會好似食buffet咁難為自己個胃.難得有機會同摯友慶生,所以諗住試試呢間高評價d嘅酒店.冇得book枱係我覺得最唔似樣嘅地方.5星酒店,點可以要客人排隊攞位咁肉酸shocked好在我去果日係閒日,所以2:30去到大把位,亦冇咩遊客,所以十分清靜smile
座位非常寛敞,一個人可以坐張3人大梳化,真係梳乎到我想瞓落去.惟一唔好係冇cushion,條腰冇咁舒服.但一望眼前無敵大維港的景色,就真係賞心悅目.

有靚景當然要配美食啦.我地2人就要咗個tea set for 2 persons. 飲品我點了法國茶Marco Polo.原以為是清茶,但原來跟奶的.先喝口清茶,一股barries的香味使我醉心了--是女孩子的茶.smile試加奶喝,還是不加的好,因茶味較淡所以只喝到奶味.

chopstick火腿芝士三文治 - 一般啦,好難會唔好食嘅.

甜點:
chopstick檸檬tart - 皮好薄,好脆,涵幾酸,如留在最後食會好d
chopstick栗子蛋糕 - 不太甜,重栗子味,好鍾意
chopstick榛子朱古力truffle - 嘩!好好味呀!!香濃朱古力中有濃郁榛子味,加上一層薄脆.....好想買個大蛋糕!
chopstick:士多啤梨蛋糕 - 係慕士蛋糕,個底竟有d芝麻,甜中帶香十分夾,有新意又好味.
chopstick 鳳梨puff - 個cream好清新,好味
chopstick earl grey jelly 芝士杯 - 好滑溜,好香芝士味,like爆!
chopstick scone - 太飽,只食咗牛油味.strawberry jam不太特別,呢樣覺得文華嘅rose strawberry jam好d

總括而言呢度嘅食物水準,服務及環境好令人滿意,價錢當然唔係平,但如你有三兩知己一齊邊食邊談心幾個鐘,咁就十分抵喇smile

慶祝紀念日,當然要搵間舒適的餐廳慢慢嘆啦!所以我地搵咗呢間出名嘅大酒店試試佢出名嘅High Tea. 第一次去Clipper Lounge,有d詫異佢個位置---其實係走廊通道擺d枱,果然係Lounge.好在係閒日而我地又預早2星期book枱,所以有窗邊位,氣氛好好多smile

叫咗個High Tea for 2 Persons.
 
chopstick最上層係三文治: 火腿2款,煙三文魚,Cream Cheese 青瓜 ----都算好味道,但唔覺好特別.
chopstick中層係酥皮鹹點: 貝殼形椰絲酥餅,煙肉蛋撻,菠菜酥,香腸酥皮卷---都係一般,菠菜酥最鬆化,
chopstick下層係甜點: 朱古力蛋糕,覆盆子吉士撻,檸檬cream牛油cup cake,招牌American Cheese Cake---吉士撻及cup cake一般,但真係好鍾意香濃的朱古力蛋糕配趣米餅底.文華芝士餅亦名不虛傳.稍軟身但有香濃芝士味的蛋糕配藍莓醬,一流.
 
另外送上的鬆餅配Clotted Cream及Rose Strawberry Jam---嘩!好好味.tongue 鬆餅微暖,jam帶著甜甜花香,好吃到已飽著肚亦唔忍心剩底佢.不過真係幾大個,我老公食飽午飯就食唔晒.tongue

其實仲另上兩件雲石蛋糕但就好實嘅,得個甜字唔好食.

一邊食一邊飲花茶真係好嘆!我點了Taste of Legend係文華的house tea,帶著很清的花香,我十分喜歡,但老公試咗啖就話啱女仔口味.佢叫咗regular coffee,我唔識飲咖啡但覺得好香亦順喉.最開心係不斷有侍應refill.smile

服務方面,侍應都有禮貌,經常會主動refill茶水,都有番高級酒店嘅風範.不過令我最唔鍾意係呢個for two嘅tea只有方飽三文治有兩份,其他都係一款一份,想樣樣試就要自己切開share,顯得好小家.其實如能每樣兩件,慳皮可細件d,咁至似樣.(如果唔係同老公/close friend食,我真係唔好意思件件砌一半.整體而言係ok質素,我會鍾意Ritz Carlton的high tea 多d.

睇倒咁多好評,而我同老公都鍾意食海鮮except生蠔,於是就試吓呢度嘅buffet啦!

環境方面, 大廳正中嘅花園式設計好有睇頭,加上一大棵聖誕樹吊起高空,的確幾靚.可惜全場滿座好鬼嘈,d座位之間都好窄,張椅又唔夠大,實在冇酒店吃飯嘅舒適.放食物的地方亦好細,d野擺得好密,d客攞食物就成日迫埋一齊,好多時要排隊.

講番食物啦.

第一輪: 餐湯 smile
chopstick周打海鮮湯: 味道跟一般的忌簾湯差不多,但有好多海鮮,如蜆肉,蝦,魚肉,唔錯
chopstick鯊魚骨豬骨燉湯: 好香,有鯊魚骨味,好好飲

第二輪: 凍海鮮 sad
呢一round相當失望,因海鮮用料麻麻,又不太新鮮
chopstick麵包蟹: 食咗一啖,好勁雪味,加上d肉好鞋,放棄...
chopstick長腳蟹: 肉質尚可,算新鮮但太細隻,食到我好冇瘾,好在honey幫我去殼我先有一條肉食.
chopstick青口: 第一次攞就新鮮,第二次就唔得
chopstick凍蝦: d肉林林地,食咗兩隻就收手
chopstick凍三點蟹: 鮮甜d但又係好細隻

第三輪: 熱食smile
其實都有好多款但我冇試晒,以下係我試咗嘅
bowl串燒: 牛脷好林好味, 蕃茄好鮮甜
bowl燒牛肉: 好重牛味但肉質有d鞋,7成熟,我鍾意
bowl荷葉蟹飯: : 呢個好驚喜,d蟹好鮮味又大隻d,飯都好香荷葉味.
bowl石斑: 有點蒸過火,不算好滑,只算ok
bowl即煎鵝肝: 外脆內軟滑,伴有多士及藍梅/柚子醋汁,能解油膩感覺,好味
其他食物如咖哩,燒味,海南雞....冇試,要留肚.

第四輪: 刺身shocked
chopstick刺身: 三文魚切到一舊舊, 又有d凍得濟d肉冇咗鮮味, 吞拿魚又係咁, 吞拿魚腩有好多筋, 好在都算香, 冇再添食
chopstick火灼壽司: 要咗三文魚 & 玻璃蝦,後者好好味,蝦肉彈牙,配少少沙律醬好好味.

第五輪: 烚海鮮smile
有喇沙 或 魚湯, 我要咗魚湯. 海鮮我選扇貝,貴妃蜆,蟹, 以為會用魚湯滾我d海鮮,但原來係用滾水烚完海鮮後加魚湯,有d失望,雖然海鮮同湯都好鮮甜,但兩樣野好似各自精彩咁.如果一齊煮肯定超好味.

第六輪: 甜品 tongue
此店甜品享負盛名,我亦是Tony Wong Fans.主廚雖往矣,但甜品仍不失所望.
chopstickBlueberry Cheesecake: 芝士味適中,好滑,blueberry不太甜,好配合的味道
chopstickChocolate Truffle Cake: 我的最愛.非常香濃朱古力味,mousse好滑,不太甜,(但我更愛Tony Wong的黑朱古力味mad)
chopstick焦糖吉士布甸: 稍甜但有焦糖及旦香,好ok
chopstickTiramisu: 好滑,但較多旦糕而太少酒味, 一般而已
chopstick黑森李旦糕: 好好味,小小一件都食倒大粒車厘子,仲好有rum酒味,我好鍾意
chopstick芒果mousse cake: 呢個一般
chopstickMacaroon: 個餅有少少杏仁味但不同顏色都一樣味
chopstick斑蘭味pancake: 我配菠蘿及h牌芒果雪芭及士多啤梨雪糕, 又冷又熱咁非常好味

最後一杯熱檸茶作結.

呢間食店的侍應都算殷勤,不過客人多佢地就手忙腳亂咁,最差係食物唔會成日refill,例如烚海鮮到8點幾已有晒,我老公都有烚蟹食lu.果汁汽水任飲要加$30又冇一早講,我攞果汁時根本睇唔倒佢個花呢碌嘅指示牌,番埋位飲咗啖至黎話我知,想唔加錢都唔得啦.好在有信用卡8折咋.總括而言,佢嘅食物係ok level,甜品幫咗佢唔少,但整體服務真係唔似大酒店.
