同朋友聚舊,因大家第二朝都番早,所以揀咗間近近哋嘅「本地」(即荃灣)西餐廳。

不過真係唔係好掂。

開支加洲赤霞珠,開嗰個女經理(?)連基本開酒俾客人試酒嘅步驟都唔曉,喳一聲斟半杯出唻,完全冇西菜嘅manner訓練。講番支酒,唔得,好dry,攤好耐都唔滑,有D難飲。

湯:唔熱兼冇驚喜,完全冇印象。

牛扒:冇肉味,唔juicy,快餐店鐵板餐都好過佢。

蜆肉寬條麵:冇汁、冇味,唔知食緊乜咁。

焗魚柳:唯一一道有D味道嘅菜色。

唔會再幫襯。

$188 二人餐有肉骨茶,招牌雞,油炸鬼,炒通菜及兩碗米線,兩杯飲品。

菜:香氣夠,但唔夠味,淡嘅。

肉骨茶:好多肉但唔肥,女待應話要用肉骨茶湯做米線湯底,但唔單止毫冇肉骨茶香,連味道都冇,完全淡茂茂!

雞:食唔出點解係招牌嘢,同燒味檔油雞有咩分別呢?完全分唔到,可能咁就係特色啩!

最正係油炸鬼及咸檸七。

我諗我唔會再去。

今日(星期日中午)本來建議去石硤尾食魚旦粉,但朋友反建議去呢間麵店試吓,又好,就佢一次。

點知領嘢。

十二點九去到已經有+幾人係門外候位。攞住張飛,61號,都知道要等吓。本來已經望見家鄉嗌到58號,點知叫冧巴嗰位小姐突然話要翻轉頭由49號再叫過,結果......

由冇雨等到大雨,由大雨等到細雨,好狼狽。

乜唔係過籌要再排過嘅咩?如果係咁,嗰位小姐一聲令下翻轉頭由尋日38號開始叫過咪出年都排唔到!?

算!諗住D嘢好食就放過佢,點知......

九州拉麵D海帶好腥,搞到成碗麵都好腥。

香蔥拉麵醬油味湯底唔夠濃,麵身一般,唔係好似食評講咁彈牙。

連清酒都冇其他行家咁有酒味......

麵身及湯底都係中環札幌較好。

兩間都係舊區僅有嘅西菜,兩間都係以「廚」出名,等我試吓做個比較。

先講價錢:普羅旺斯(普)唔賣酒,三道菜,唔計自來酒,每人$375;新馬鞍(新)賣紅白酒,全部$190,開咗一支,連食物,三道菜,每人$335。單計食物,新平足30%。

頭盤:普哋沙律成舊水,但真係俾足料,有新鮮沙律菜,黑醋及莎樂美腸;新就比較普通咗D,問佢攞黑醋,係甜中帶微酸,可能我唔曉,似老抽多D。

湯:普嘅湯係熱嘅;新嘅湯好耐都唔上,要加錢嘅龍蝦湯唔係咁熱,味道似罐頭嘢。龍蝦湯似乎都係Jimmy’s Kitchen好D。

麵包:普嘅係法式蒜蓉飽;新嘅飽樣樣有D,有送鵝肝醬,朋友話以前尖沙咀諾曼第嘅鵝肝醬好好多。

主菜:普嘅魚及牛扒都係一絕,雖然兩個主菜相距差不多一個鐘而我只用咗三分鐘食個扒;新嘅黑豚肉係好腍,但係凍嘅!而且無味!!個海鮮天使麵都係好淡,真係無味,落埋鹽都唔掂。

仲有一個新自行介紹嘅花甲,嘩!好腥!食唔到!新好好人,主動換咗個炸煙肉條俾我送酒,但連天使麵裡面嘅花甲、青口都係好腥,講真,有D想嘔。

甜品:普嘅甜品要付款,法式燉蛋,幾好吖;新嘅係連餐嘅,西瓜加朱古力粉,結果去小店食多餐。

紅酒:普嘅係係新蒲崗買嘅,half bottle,所以因食物唻得遲而好快飲哂;新嘅係house wine,紅白都係$190,揀咗西班牙,唔錯,真係幾易入口。

如果你時間多,又願意俾多一二百,普羅旺斯真係好好多,不過記住帶兩支紅酒去或帶一支Magnum,否則真係等到吽。

想食意菜,見呢間食評唔錯,去試吓。

環境真係黑孖孖,相當逼,典型小餐廳(bistro)格局。

叫咗porcini risotto,蜆意粉及盲鰽,甜品係意式燉奶。

三個主菜中只有盲鰽okay,porcini risotto含太多芝士,超「漏」,兩啖後唔想食。個意粉好淡口,冇乜酒香,而且有d蜆成口沙。個甜品則正常。

張檯極細,但餐廳會用好大好大嘅碟,一次過唻晒三碟,但餐廳似乎「無動於衷」,擺低就想走,冇乜「意欲」幫你諗點解決–一張細檯三個大碟,係咪鼓勵食客唔好叫咁多呢?lolsmile
