We went in the resturant becaue they have several shops on the same street. With the expectation mindset, we left the resturant unhappily finally with the comments as follows.

1/ Bad food: the food was cold, does not taste good at all
2/ Long trun around time: We waited 40 minutes to have the first dish, but the food was cold. We finished 6 dished in one and half hours.
3/ Poor service quality: the waiter & waitness are rude, not helpful
4/ Environment is poor: dirty, untidy & crowded
