but i know some ppl reserved seats even earlier... cuz when i requested a private room, the reply was some other ppl had already booked them and all were fullt booked... =(

okay. shud talk about the real evening of the dinner heehee.
we ordered foie gras, sirloin, pasta and carpaccio~~~ the food was nice!!! =) the sirloin was good~

not good, man... Cries Nov 10, 2007

when i look at the comments here again, i really wonder if the one i went to is the same as the one the folks here are talking about...

Food: not bad seriously. but not good either. except the udon. that's quite good.

but for the sushi, that's really very ordinary food.

service: poor knowledge. when we ask about what're in certain dishes, the waitress cannot answer and said she didn't know.
-_______-

env: okay. quite private

if i could choose again, i would have gone to kenjo.

went there for lunch with 2 other ppl.

i dun think the food is worth $100 for a lunch....
(aii...afterall it is a maxim's restaurant only.. branding problem)

the cream soup's okay... but the main courses ( fish pasta, beef and seafood) were so-so.

as for the service... really poor.
but perhaps that's for lunch time. waiters were super busy and forgot our drink order.

had dinner with my parents here this evening~~

choices were not many but the taste was good.
i like the liver paste!
the crepe was good too!
must-try item: the ham

but if you're coming for lots of choices of food, you'll be disappointed.

(but the environment wasn't that good... a bunch of ppl coming together was noisy and laughed loud... -_____________-)
