到馬鞍山想吃米線或車仔麵,過未開鋪,為有到這裡食早歺sad

估吾到人生人海,上次晚市也只有5-6成客,食物又好一般,真係估你吾到tongue

最穩陣就雞翼麵,又估吾到細份量到驚人,由於湯淡,麵冇味,仔仔要我食一半sadsadsad

我就及第粥加蝦腸,份量比麵多少少,同樣料少又淡,蝦腸極乾身,蒸咗好長時間....sadsad

這店長期好評,有食家評這店,如專登山長水遠到來一試就吾多值得,食後有同感smilesmile

這店難找,伙記態度熱情有禮,地方光猛潔淨tonguetonguetongue

過怕血腥就吾好坐近OpenKitchen,大量生魚片在大厨側,單可見大厨功架madmad,生魚片如何壯觀,還帶少少魚血腥味sadsad

爽滑魚皮 - 有少少腥味sad,可能吾夠凍,但仔仔話好好味,大部份由他清理tongue

腸粉 - 已切一碟碟,放入蒸爐保温,較乾水sadsad

及第粥 - 豬雜、肉丸全齊,非常大碗及足料,材料極新鮮madmadmad

魚片牛肉粥 - 雖然魚片在這店是品牌,過我對淡水魚從沒好感,輕微腥味都難接受sadsad牛肉剛熟,非常鮮滑madmad

大厨每天反復煮粥,火喉技巧用懷疑tonguetonguetongue

如果非常非常鐘意吃魚腩魚片粥,專程黎食都OK

和仔仔到韓國街揾食,午市可選擇多,約3-4店開咗门做生意shocked

這店是較人多,味道應會差吧smile

泡菜 - 可能留下印象,味太濃,而醃時間應太久,味道只留在表面sadsad

海鮮辣豆腐湯 - 熱辣辣湯,再加入白飯,非常好味,海鮮用科太多,有蜆、魷、魚...吾多記得,因為同飯拌勻,太辣帶鮮甜smilesmile

燒牛肋骨 - 牛肋骨已醃,所以有少少甜,牛肉味太濃,所以要點少少醬油,牛肉味才可加大發揮tonguetongue

冷麵 - 上枱時...麵已剪開,但都好難處理,似漿糊分吾開,由於仔仔和我也喜歡加醬加湯,同冷麵一同上枱的湯,一直冇用,直置吃了約3份1時,心想着醬味那麼重加糊狀麵,會有人吃吧...再想想日式冷麵,沾凍湯的程况也差多,於是把麵過一過凍湯....果然由地獄變天堂,那湯非常凍又冇加冰塊,似加入梨汁酸中帶甜,湯可把部份醬帶走,而每條麵條散開後,沾上酸甜凍湯madmadmadmad

吃完生記鹵水鵝腸,再加拉麵...然後飲杯嘢..食個撻lollol

單看门面已知"年紀"吾細,依然健在必有個人之處tongue

地方吾算細,沒裝修,奶茶、咖啡必定是店中靈魂shockedshocked

奶茶 - 果然,香濃..飲後帶少少甘香,上等madmadmad

蛋撻 - 老咗少少....可能是昨天出爐,不論賣相和味道都sadsadsad

冰檸茶 - 綠色膠杯...令我想起兒時冰室才用有顏色膠杯...現今多數是透明shocked

仔仔想吃拉麵,於是.....就這间,因為有位shockedshocked

吉列豬扒拉麵 - 看相也看出炸粉薄和乾,所以色澤較瘀而是金黃sad,豬扒也乾和硬sad,唯一可喜是有少少豬肉味smile。拉麵只有極少梘水味...過少少也算失敗,因為拉麵並彈牙sadsad

义燒拉麵 - 义燒只是一般水平,如同超市貨式,日式义燒帶少少甜smile。一般拉麵店已改用温泉蛋,就算還用鹵蛋,賣相也可能是這樣吧sadsad,同樣拉麵並彈牙,又有梘水味sadsad,能算是上等拉麵

舖子細細,廿幾個坐位,加上食物並+分出色,要打出名堂有一定難度sadsad
