What a memorable evening with a fantastic environment!

My boy friend arranged everything this time, the room and the x'mas candle light dinner. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from the Lamma Island pier, but the location is so beautiful because it faces the beach!

The whole meal is yummy and the staff are very friendly.

Will definitely visit again.

Welcome cocktail and snacks - they are free but suprisingly tasty.

scallop salad - good! very special with some spicy herbs.

Rib eye steak - Juicy.

Prawn linquine - prawn is fresh. linquine is chewy. good.

Ginger bread cookie & dumpling - creative and perfect for a x'mas eve dinner in a cold winter!

Twyst is my all time favourite restaurant which I go almost 2 times a month!
They never disappoint me in terms of food quality and standards!

Last night I went again, appreciate their introduction of the Waynu dish!
The beef is so tender and juicy!

Dessert gave me a little sweet surprise of the pear sorbet. The taste is so natural, just like having real pear!

Wow~ worth going again~

The cake design worths to give a "Wow!" ~ Elegant and impressive outlook, with rich chocolate taste.
The chocolate is very rich hence each person can only afford a small piece!

Service - is just soso, without superlong queue and the only payment method is by cash.

Logistics - in addition to the remote location, need to spare additional time when do the pick up due to long queue.
