We arrived close to 9 p.m. so no need to worry about waiting for a table. We ordered the recommended dishes: Chicken, lotus leaf rice, Gai Lan (Veggies), Deep Fried Ngou To Fish, Eel in hot pot. Each dish was greeted with good comments from my family but the music was WAAAAY TOOO LOUD! Asked if they could lower the volume but was told by one of the waiters that it is the wish of the owner to turn the music on so loud. OMG, if you go there everyday, I guarantee you will become deaf in no time. Will probably go back again because of the great food but hopefully the owner accepts critiques to lower the level of his music.

Tried it for the first time this morning. Arrived at 11:40 a.m. The moment we arrived, the lady who recepted us told us that 40% discount will be granted if we leave before 12:30 p.m. The place was basically empty. Even though the place was empty, they placed us at a table right by the loading area. Then the waitress repeated the same discount information to us, took our order quickly but keep on suggesting the more expensive items on the menu. We asked for fried noodles but specified that we want the crispy kind, the waitress confirmed that it will be the crispy kind, so we ordered. When the noodles arrived, it was not the crispy noodles we ordered. The waitress agreed that there was some misunderstanding and agreed to replace the dish with the kind we like. But then, the person who seemed to be the manager told the waitress that she should not have replaced the dish because crispy noodles are not on the menu. The man kept nagging the waitress but we wonder if he was trying to let us hear him. Obvious bad management skills and does not know how to make customers feel welcomed. Why can't he do it privately? It really made us feel as if it was our fault. Then close to 12:20, we were finishing the last bit of our food (which will not take longer than 5 minutes to finish) so we ask for the bill. The waitress said that, in order to get the discount, we must leave at the same time when we make our payment, so we told her that we will definitely leave before 12:30. I can understand it if there were line ups and that all the tables are filled that they want us to leave right away. In reality, they only have 3 tables (including us) and they are not even willing to be a little more flexible with their 12:30 timeline. Not that it will take us more than 5 minutes to finish the food, but even if we stay a few minutes longer - can't they be a little more gracious??? When we paid the bill, we can hear that manager again from afar, telling the waitress "they are not leaving yet why did you allow them to pay?" Very very bad attitude.

Overall rating: Food is average. over $50 per person for dim sum (after 40% discount)

Based on their poor services, average decor, average food quality and price - I WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS.
