i have been hearing about this ice-cream place for several months already
but this was the first time that i tried it
i ordered a Green Tea Ice-cream with 白玉 and 綠茶粒粒爽
the ice-cream itself was so delicious
the green tea flavour was very rich
and i love the bitterness
actually tasted like the green tea ice-cream that i once tried in hokkaido
the 白玉 and 綠茶粒粒爽 was just alright
nothing special about those
i guess i would just have a plain ice-cream with the scone next time
i would love to try the milky flavour as well!

one last thing is that the staff was quite rude
i hope they could improve on that

i went to elements for a movie last week
just thought that i should grab something to eat before going into the cinema
there were like "mini burger sets"
i ordered a beef burger set...which cost around $50
the set comes with fries and a drink
i want to try out the green tea milkshake...which i need to pay an extra $28
the set came...the burger was unbelievably mini
it was even smaller than my palm
i could finish the whole burger in one bite
well...it tasted alright
but i think it was simply overpriced
i mean i would accept that price if it was a decent restaurant
but Chips Republic was just like a fast food shop
the milkshake wasn't too good either
a bit too sweet
i hope they could either adjust the price or the portion of the food

last week i went to cyyberport for work
and when i was done with my work it was around 1130 pm
so i decided to have lunch in cyberport before heading back home
i searched openrice with my phone and this teppanyaki restaurant came first in the list
so i decided to give it a try

my friend and i decided to order 2 lunch sets
i had beef and my friend had lamb rack
the lunch sets cost $95 per set
at first i thought it was a bit expensive
but then i totally changed my mind after enjoying my meal

first they served salmon sashimi as appetizer
then came the main dish
the beef melted in my mouth
the lamb rack was just equally tasty
the set also came with fried rice fried vegetables and an ice cream mochi as dessert
and it was really enjoyable watching the chef "performing" in front of you
it was like watching a show

overall i must say that i enjoyed having lunch at this restaurant a lot

the first time i tried this store was at jordon
i just knew that they had this new shop at tsuen wan!
we came here after dinner for dessert
the shop was fully filled with teenagers
i ordered 幻彩明珠
the fruits was really fresh
the other toppings like the 明珠 was really QQ
and the portion was very generous
and they just charged you $18 for the 幻彩明珠
unlike 許留山...where they charged you $30 for a dessert served with a tiny little bowl with the most sour mango on earth
my friend ordered mango明珠
because he only likes to eat mango but not the other fruits
i think he liked it as much as i did
a lot of people nearby was having those "chinese type" of dessert
which looks really delicious too
like the 湯丸 and the xx露
would love to go and try those next time!

i personally love eating burgers
and when i saw the $1 poutine coupon
i just couldn't resist to come and try the burgers out

i orderd "the big bite"....which cost $42
the beef was really juicy and was just so perfectly cooked
i hate it when the beef is overcooked
the sauce that they put with the burger was also great
it's like a mixture of mayonnaise and thousand island
i think the burger was reasonably priced for it's quality and i just totally love it

the person next to us ordered a CBC (crispy bacon cheese burger)
and he seemed to enjoy his burger as much as i did

the poutine was not bad at all
i love the cheese and the gravy sauce that they put on top of the fries
it's just that the chips was not too crispy
probably because it was all covered up by the sauce

the only bad thing is that they do not have lots of seats for their customers to dine in
the few chairs that were available were those wooden ones
which was quite uncomfortable
i hope they could improve on that

atmosphere was romantic...quite suitable for dates for couples
my frd and i ordered 2 dinner sets
appetitizer was nice
smoked salmon was delicious
i also like the mushroom soup
but main dish was just okay
the dishes were like half chinese half western style
isn't really my type
and there were only 3 main dishes to choose from
way too little choice
maybe i will try a la carte next time

among all the froyo that i've tried
this is the best
it's neither too sweet nor too sour...totally love the exact balance
it also didn't melt too quickly...like in some froyo shops
the froyo was quite milky and creamy as well
definitely my all time favourite
i ordered the original flavour with mango strawberry and granula as toppings
and my frd orderd oringal flavour too with strawberry and oatmeal
they were pretty genersous with the toppings as well
the fruits was really fresh!
high recommended
unfortunately it's a bit faraway from my home
otherwise i would come here everyday for a nice cup of froyo!

really love the atmosphere and decorations in this restaurant
we had a sofa seat table which was really comfortable
apparently food was really tasty too
i had monster beef burger
the meat was so juicy
everything was out of my expectation
definitely going to come again

went to isquare for lunch with my frd
my frd recommended this restaurant
we arrived at the restaurant at around 1pm
the restaurant was half filled with people
we were given a table just next to the window
the sea view was really nice
and here comes the menu
there were plenty of choices ranging from $80-$150
i ordered Assorted Sashimi Rice and my frd ordered Silver Cord Teriyaki
my sashimi was really fresh...i enjoyed it a lot
the steamed egg came with the set and was really good as well!
definitely would like to come here for lunch again
