翡翠一向是我哋嘅熱店之一。在短短幾年之間，已開咗唔少分店，分佈港九新界，而家仲向屋邨出發。真是勁！

因為太鐘意佢哋嘅拉麵同小籠包，有新店開業我哋都嘗試去試下。睇下可唔可以保持水準

今日選了這間。1：50pm 嚟到，不用等位。仲認得出樓面經理在其它分店做過。姖非常有禮貌地請我入坐。見我大肚便便，馬上將枱上已擺好的熱茶換成水

我哋二人叫咗：
雞絲粉皮$48
蔥油干撈拉麵$38
大湯黃魚$68
醬燒牛展夾餅$58
百頁結烤肉$65冷盤先上。雞絲粉皮，好多時都叫。雞絲，青瓜絲同花生麻醬的比例剛好。粉皮夠滑。味道好。不過好似唔夠凍。只係室溫。

之後送上老公的首選，蔥油干撈拉麵。蔥油份量剛好。因為有時會唔夠油，令到啲面太干。干蔥，即炸干了的蔥非常香口，拌面一流。拉面夠al dente. 今次非常滿意。可惜唔記得影相。黃魚湯，比想象中多。是用拉麵碗送上的。而餐牌相中只是用一隻西餐碟上。足夠四人份量。入面有兩條黃魚同類似雪菜的甜菜粒。都幾好味。略嫌太咸。魚肉依然嫩滑。我哋結果食咗1條。而醬燒牛展夾餅係我的至愛。牛展夠淋又有口感。用開邊蒸包夾住食另有一番風味。不過要提下醬汁。係花生醬加蔥。一向都只係微辣。但今次就好辣。見到好多辣椒粒。結果我要將啲辣椒粒全部挑出嚟先食到。食咗以上4樣已經好飽。所以只係食咗一件烤肉。其實係五花腩。炆得入味且夠淋。但我哋只食痩肉部分，肥嘅就舍棄

真係好滿足！新店開張仍能保持水準。可惜今次無試到小籠包。下次有機會再試啦

民華一向是我哋嘅早餐首選之一。但從未為佢寫過食評。襯今日呢個＂特別＂日子，我決定為佢寫第一次食評。

10號風球雖然已解除，但8號仍然生效。家附近的餐廳好多都無開，於是打電話到民華碰碰運氣。結果係照常營業 真係感謝這些小店在惡劣的天氣情況下依然為巿民服務！雖然落住大雨，我同老公還是決定開車向民華出發！

餐廳附近一向難找到車位。今日終於有例外，竟然有幾個咪表位！

入到餐廳，明顯比平時少了很多人。4人卡位任選。坐下後馬上照舊：一個早餐$28（牛油多，火腿拼炒蛋，蕃茄牛肉米粉，熱奶茶）另加一份蛋治烘底$13+1 （其實可以一人一份早餐。但我就一向細食。如果食曬食份早餐就一定食唔落午餐。所以唔記得幾時開始，我哋就慣咗share一個早餐另加一份a la carte, 如蛋治，西多等。都好飽𠺢）

熱奶茶先上。茶味濃郁。加上花奶撞得夠滑。都幾ok𠺢！不過要提下，呢度冷氣十足。熱飲好快變凍飲。如果你想餐後慢慢亨受呢杯熱奶茶就最好叫後上嘞。茄牛米隨後奉上。今日嘅湯底非常淍。有濃濃的鮮茄加牛肉味。蕃茄粒同牛肉的份量不少。睇落已非常豐富。食落當然係十分美味啦之後送上牛油多跟火腿炒蛋。呢個係厚多。兩邊都烘到金黃色。每塊都涂上牛油。食落又脆又有牛油香，一個字，正！

炒蛋亦夠滑。不過火腿無煎過。我哋通常都將佢浸入啲湯米度食。最後就係我份蛋治。跟上面寫的一樣。厚多烘得脆脆的。中間夾住煎蛋。不過今日啲蛋明顯細份咗。平時足足有成一寸厚！不過，都整得很滑。都好滿足。希望今次只係single case,下次會＂正常＂番啦。

唔洗半個鐘，已經完成一餐。因為冷氣太大，唔食快啲，啲嘢好快凍曬。

離開餐廳時已停雨。街上依然很清靜。真係同平時好唔同。我哋開開心心回家去了。多謝你嘞，民華！

剛剛先食完crepe, 但又想食雪糕。既然專程嚟到元朗當然要盡興啦

店員好熱心叫我試食。於是試咗芒果，荔枝同紅豆味。結果選了後二者。跟住店員問我要咩size。啉住同老公share1個cone。所以要咗large. 店員又話加$（聽唔清加幾多$）可upgrade to extra large. 我見好多人等緊，就話ok.

結果係...好大個雪糕 可惜唔記得影相。

講番味道，荔枝味夠清甜但唔夠濃。紅豆味都ok, 不過顏色偏紫，有啲似香芋。

至於個cone 太甜。食到尾已要放棄。下次都係要杯裝算嘞。

$18.5 都算抵死。不過都係gelato 好味啲。

Knowing Kitchen M has opened up a cafe just at the lower level from Openrice, we decided to give it a try on a sunny Sat.

Went into the shop, and realized it's a pay first type express cafe. I first grabbed a menu and sat down because I needed to wait for my hubby. They only offer coffee, tea, juice, smoothie, soup (only soup of the day), salad, and sandwich. I thought they also offer pasta according to the comments on Openrice I asked the lady if they offer pasta for dinner. But she said all are listed on the menu and no others, like pasta or pizza, except for the daily special, which is lobster sandwich set for now. I was a little disappointed. But she was nicely to offer a cup of water while I was still checking the menu. She also recommended the lobster sandwich, which there were only 2 left. So I asked her to reserved 1 for me

We finally ordered the lobster set $169, cesar salad $38, grilled chicken panini $48.Cesar salad came first. It's very fresh and tasted good! But the dried bacon bites were too dried and not crispy at all making them hard to chew.My lobster set finally came, which included lobster soup, potato wedges, and a lobster sandwich. The soup was very rich. And there were lobster meat in it!! The potato wedge was hot but not crispy enough. And it's a bit too salty. Interesting enough, instead of ketchup, mayo dressing was provided as dipping sauce for the wedges.

It's time for my lobster sandwich There's quite a lot of lobster meat! And very chunky too The toast was cruchy. Its actually sweet bread that was toasted. But I think baguette is a better choice. Overall, it's is good!Later the grilled chicken panini was served. It's just warm. We prefer hot sandwich. So it'll be better if it could be toasted longer. The chicken was ok. But the yogurt sauce was not too outstanding. The set included a drink, coffee or tea. I ordered a cappuccino for my hubby. It smells ok. Tasted a tea spoon. It's not too strong, which was what my hubby preferred.

$260 for two at K11 is ok. We like the environment! It's recommended for having a drink or casual meal with friends.

Had a small group (7 people) gathering at King Ludwig on a weekday. Advanced booked was made in that morning. The reservation was made at 6 pm. But they said we needed to return the table by 8:15 pm Sounds like a busy restaurant.

Most of us have been here before except for me. so I had a high expectation on the Pork Knuckle & Sausage

Each of us ordered a drink while waiting for one more person. Some ordered beer. Some had non alcoholic drinks, like, OJ, iced coffee. I had OJ. But it didn't taste like to fresh OJ I should have tried the smoothie, where I saw most other tables ordered.

For the food, we ordered the following:
1. Pork Knuckle
2. Sausage Sampler
3. Farmer Bread
4. Shell Pasta
5. Green Salad
6. Tomato & Cheese
7. Potato Salad

In about 10 minutes, the dishes were served. I meant they were all served at the same time! I was expecting the breads and the salad to come first.So I had to start with the hot food. The sausages were good. I like the cheese sausage (the longest one) the most. Because they were so flavorful & salty, I started to understand why it's better to pair with beer The Pork Knuckle was good. We all like the crispy skin!! It's not fatty and very salty! I guess that's its style. We ended up making one more order The pasta was just ok. It's not the al dente style. The sauce was good though, not too heavy.After a series of strong tasting food, needed to have some refreshing salad. I like the beets very much. But I didn't get a chance to taste the tomato with cheese. They were out so quickly. It's definitely not enough for 7 people

Lastly, the breads were great! I tasted them all. I like the pretzel and the farmer bread (the round one) the most. It came with the cheese butter and liver paste. To me, the liver paste is just so so. I prefer the butter spread better.

All in all, it's nice place to hang out. There's live band show at 8 pm every night. Some of us had a bad experience of having trouble chatting because of the live music was too loud. Luckily, it's not bad that night. We even "complained" that it's a little too soft
