想食蠔 + 想食BUFFET + 想食宵夜 = 2+2 CAFE

主要係為咗任食生蠔,即開美國蠔,不過好細隻,開完會用水沖走蠔殼碎,蠔味唔濃~
排隊每人每次限拎三隻,開蠔GE師傅一直碎碎念,話"食自助餐梗係樣樣都食D, 都唔明D人點解剩係食生蠔, 食夠20隻都食滯你啦..."
我唔肯定以上所粒粒字都正確複述,但好肯定師傅係呢個意思囉...
熱盤唔多,款式普通~ 沙律凍肉等都係正常~
壽司刺身麻麻地,但係一出都好快俾人掃晒~
青口凍蝦係今日推介,青口好甜,蝦爽口~
蛋糕甜品冇乜特別,最開心係有HAAGEN DAZS~

平平地二百幾蚊過吓口癮,宵夜BUFFET泥講都算可以~

同朋友行街街,由旺角中心一出去,就望見對面開左間新野~
埋去睇吓餐牌發現新張期內有PROMOTION,一於試試~

WOW, 好抵啊,"和牛三人盛優惠",原價780,而家半價390!!
首先燒薄切牛舌,輕輕燒一面然後反轉,再放上蔥蓉去燒,友人話好好味~
我唔食蔥,所以只係燒牛舌,好快熟好爽口~ 點D檸檬汁~ 正~!
和牛排肉、和牛肩脊肉、熟成胸外腹,全部都好正,脂肪分佈好平均,入口好JUICY~
重點係霜降和牛﹗250G!好大塊!
慢慢燒,半熟GE時候剪開一塊塊,方便入口~
和牛肉質柔軟鮮嫩,油花加埋肉汁,食落真係好甘香~
燒肉醬汁同燒肉好夾~
三人盛,我地只有兩個人去食,所以超超超飽~
加個涼拌(唔記得個名),等個口清爽吓,最鍾意醃菜心,清甜~

侍應哥哥話試業中,結帳未收得CREDIT CARD住~
日本餐廳SERVICE真係好好,個個都好有禮貌,笑容可掬~
在坐好多日本人,又有日本電視台拍攝實況,好得意,好似去咗日本旅行咁~

原本係去紅磡搵蠔食, 然後忽然俾"牛角"個招牌吸引咗~~~~~
啊, 分店開到去黃埔了~ 友人立即放棄食蠔GE計劃, 轉投牛角懷抱~
牛角同牛涮鍋共用同一個RECEIPTION?
WAITRESS姐姐劃位都幾混亂, 成日問客人"你地係唔係緊排隊?"同埋"你地邊個泥先?"
新開張所以比較亂?
入座坐定定就ORDER野食喇~

chopstick牛角沙律︰洋蔥薯泥沙律配生菜青瓜蕃茄粟米粒紅椒同旦, 因為我唔食洋蔥, 所以剩係食咗蔬菜, 幾新鮮~
chopstick厚燒牛舌(鹽醬)︰1CM厚GE牛舌, 爽口, 小心唔好燒過火啊~
chopstick上級牛肋肉(鹽醬)︰醬汁幾入味, 牛肋肉幾香幾嫩, 好味~
chopstick腹胸肉(燒肉汁)︰呢個部位好似有D韌, 點燒都韌, 味道OK GE...
chopstick野菜盛合︰燒粟米好好食, 好新鮮好甜, 燒南瓜麻麻地...乾...好似食紙皮咁..., 燒菇同蘆筍幾香~ 唔食洋蔥...冇試~

人手唔夠, 杯茶飲晒好耐都冇人加水, 要叫先加...
WALKIN有位, 我比較早到(6點幾), 唔洗等~
食飽走人GE時候個場都未FULL過~ 想食牛角又唔想等幾個月, 不防試吓去黃埔新店~

成日聽人講,終於可以試到啦~

81層的麵包,層數多,應該要落好多油去壓,先做到多層效果~
bowl旦沙律三文治︰麵包烘過,食落唔油膩,旦沙律冇乜特別~
bowl吉列豬扒三文治︰我好鍾意日式吉列豬扒,配埋菜絲醬汁,無敵呀~
黎呢到,要行一條大斜路,運動完先食三文治,特別滋味~ 呵呵~

小小店坐位不多,假日太多人唔可以慢慢坐,如果可以選擇WEEKDAY黎坐吓慢慢嘆就更加好~

本來想點鹽酥雞,點知姐姐仔聽錯咗,幫我落咗鹽酥菇....

即炸,要等,成間舖都好多人等緊...
初初諗『炸菇?梗係又油又冇味啦...』
打開個紙袋,一陣熱氣湧出黎~
好多菇喎!咪住先~仲有幾條炸青豆喎!好新奇~
鮮冬菇好滑~
雞脾菇好多汁~
金針菇最正,菇身好嫩滑,一支支的菇炸到脆晒,好似食薯片咁~
炸菇全部都有脆漿,薄薄一層,香脆唔油膩,加埋椒鹽,好香口~
炸青豆冇脆漿GE,幾清新~

食得肉多,可以轉轉口味試吓鹽酥菇GA!
