There were very few patrons at this time so it was very easy to get a table.
The selection were not as extensive as the larger Tai Hing Restaurant and mainly consisted of roast selections.
I ordered the Char Siu Rice as this was one of their signature dishes and was prepared in 5 minutes which was very good, and complimented with a cup of hot Horlicks.
The hot Horlicks was given first and was relatively hot and not too sweet.
The char siu was very tender and tasty and provided in a large portion. They were sliced thinly and served with little fat. The dish was supplemented with choi sum and a large quantity of rice with soy sauce.
Receipt Bill
The final bill came out to HK$41 which is a reasonable value for money.
Overall the flavour was delicious and fulfilling. I give this meal a thumbs up and rate it 8 out of 10. The last 2 points I feel could be made by adding oyster sauce options of the choi sum.
