Hard for me to describe this restaurant as I had been coming here for probably the last 10 years. Since I moved back to Hong Kong I had become a regular here to the point that the boss recognize my daughter. Everything here is authentic, my favorite dishes here are the curry crab with garlic bread, the grilled snapper, grilled pork neck. I tried a few different Thai restaurants in Kowloon City and i have say this is the best one. Only thing I have to pick on this restarant is they don't sevre beef and their skillet is not as good as some others in Kowloon City.

I had become big fan of Kaya Butter Toast since having them in "Foo Yuen" in Sabah, Malaysia. In search of a substitute I decided to try Toast Box first. Unfortunately, their Kaya Butter Toast is disappointing, tastes like the canned stuff from the supermarket. At least their coffee taste authentic and service is excellent. Also the patio area is nice and quiet to hang out, make you feel like you are not even in Mong Kok. Maybe I will give it another chance and order a hot dish next time.

由第一次見飲食男女介紹呢間非常有性格,冇display products, 只得三種味道選擇,仲要不可以散買,原個蛋榚買的店的時侯我已經很想try。今次終於有機會,買左個原味朱古力蛋榚。果然非同帆响!朱古力味濃但不甜, 蛋糕鬆化同濕潤, 朱古力醬配合得天衣無逢。名不虛傳,must try!

聞名已久的豬潤麵,我終於有機會一試。 其實我不太喜歡食豬潤,不過首本名菜一定要叫所以我叫左潤牛麵。 麵係公仔麵,不過個湯底就令人喜出望外。淥豬潤時令泡沬浮在湯上,但湯底濃巳不膩,非常鮮味亦不囗渴。淨係飲湯都值回票價。主角豬潤鮮甜唔會有內臟異味,煮的時間亦準不會過老。唯一可惜牛肉偏chewy同欠肉味,但點可取過用大量髹肉粉。份量亦多,我本來想加咖央多但最後連個麵都吃不完,扺食!

去Janet Jackson concert 早左少少到灣仔,唔想食麥記但係大家樂要等位,所以去左呢間潮記。叫左牛什河同干炒牛河,牛什河湯底偏咸,牛肚多個其他部位加起來,唔知牛肚來貨係唔係平D呢? 牛什入味不過牛肚太過咸,要加甜醬先食到,不過河粉都算滑。碟乾炒牛河就唔得啦。炒得超多油。
