得一個人食dinner, 又餓到死所以便入呢間位置隔涉左少少,但又唔係無客人的上海店。

蘿蔔絲餅: 個酥皮夠鬆化,蘿蔔乾絲又有少少甜味。我故入秋後蘿蔔當做會更好味。油唔算多,It is important to me!!

小籠包: OK! 肉汁夠多,肉餡夠鮮味但不老,蒸得剛好。

豆漿: 有口感, OK

可能連中午都無食的關係,也可能係無期望的關係,算中規中矩。

也可能係waitress 姐姐好warm隻!

$60落樓,可以一試!

乳豬脾的外形好似小雞脾,要用手喳住食,大口大口照落去,有食近串燒同用手食甜排骨的感覺。這個很高分!
湯底夠濃,很香很香,我估是椰奶加喇沙葉,只是少少辣,但一都唔覺得淡。好好ok!
待應話香港人多數吃零級,吉隆坡街邊最少係二級。以我就要了一級。我亦相信係即叫即住,因為D fan零級的出得最快,我碗等了一陣,然後到家姐三級碗。

其他人吃了以下東西:

二人肉骨茶$53
一大盤,有二件超大隻冬姑,藥材味都夠。所以末飲完已經有點熱。

太爺鳳爪$20
因為無骨的係,又少有無骨鳳爪做熱食的,所以是清得最快的一碟。

蟶子喇沙$52
這個配搭比較適合女仔,清d, 但蟶子煮得無咁熟就perferto 喇!!!

西瓜冰$15
大杯,柢!!!


p.s.
知道舊店末開番,新店也時時見有人在門外等位,唔知解之前的comment咁唔Liki呢間。問心句,我覺得幾OK!
又,呢間沒有加一,也有冷熱水俾客人的。

1. 炸腸:份量好足,價錢相宜,可惜唔夠脆。

2. 炒麵:普普通通,唔係好油都ok。

3. 碗皮蛋瘦肉粥就勁多味精。唔惦!

4. 南瓜肉碎粥: $13。好油膩,水汪汪,味道唔鹹唔淡;豬肉不是碎的,而是塊狀、又少。沒有想像般好味。

5. 但衛生和服務真係無得彈!

大集團真係大集團。

非常美味

I had been in this restaurant serveral times but only during dinner time.

蜜瓜parma ham - excellent (still miss it)

Linguine - 比一般食到o既煙韌有咬口,原來單單用tomato煮都可以咁好味o嫁o播!

燒牛仔扒配淡水蝦及燒白露筍–幾様都是當晚的特別介紹,有骨牛仔扒用炭火燒很有肉味, 肉質鮮嫩,淡水蝦的肉質很鮮嫩,蝦羔味道濃郁!非常美味!

依度個三人live band好掂, 高中低三人合唱, 從未聽過咁好聽, 唱Despardo好掂, 佢地好風趣,最適合情侶o黎食飯!

Service真係冇得彈,非常滿意!當晚Sabatini係full house,但service依然好好,而上菜亦會因應客人情況加快或減慢;上每一道菜o既時候亦會對所配o既酒略作介紹,manager亦會間唔中問下我地comment~fine dining莫過於此。

個日行過天后,才知道有間咁星級的喇沙小店。

原來吳彥祖係此店常客,還有Lisa S,2R,張堅庭,林一峰,吳嘉麗及林智賢。

舖面真係好細,但個胡子老細就好warm個隻,怪不得到咁多星人捧場!

我們三個人,食到捧著個肚走:


--牛仔扒喇沙$46

大碗得來係二人份量!好香夠濃又不多油。比我”裝”到,每個湯底係即叫即做,不單夠熱,味道也很正!
點解這裏的喇沙可以咁香?!因為個open kitchen,又比我”裝”到!原來加了5至10片喇沙葉!幾乎好味過上次在擯城和星加坡吃的!!吃完也不會口渴!
唔知香港頌有邊處,有咁正宗的喇沙呢?? (有的請通知小妹!)
牛仔扒雖然係配角,但都沒有欺場!!大件、入味、多汁又易食、頌可以有其他要!


--肉骨茶配飯$38

係正宗金沙骨有三大件,大冬姑有如手掌咁大隻,D藥材味好正但又有少少甜!
算是超新發現,比起楊氏真係win成條街,可惜沒有肉骨茶米線。


--馬來咖喱雙併飯$40

雙併係雞同牛腩: 眾人至愛竟是D薯仔!薯仔唔知點解咁好味!?當然D汁送飯又係一流啦!好清冇太多油但又夠香!


--銀菊露$8

好Home Style,勁有菊味!

每人才$47有找!超正超值!這裏的味道是令你會再次光臨的!但唯一要彈就係地方太細,想開聚會一定唔掂!

這麼有心,又底食的細餐廳,係應該多多支持!
