懷舊廣東菜

一直沒有機會去食鏞記, 只知道燒鵝好出名。友人說正值七十週年有特別的菜式限時推出, 於是就決定一齊去試下。

翻開8月份的精選菜牌, 不是昴貴的鮑蔘翅肚, 而是精緻考功夫的菜式, 有驚喜喎!

 
 
金牌燒鵝
 
黎到鏞記又點可以唔食燒鵝呢, 上枱個樣已經好吸引, 仲有一邊鵝脾添, 最怕食燒鵝好多肥膏, 呢度唔會有一大層肥膏痴住層皮, 肉質嫰滑, 層皮亦好香脆, 伴的酸梅醬係自家調配, 讚!

蜜汁吊燒鵝掌紮
 
呢個係八月份其中一款特選菜式, 睇個樣已經好好味咁, 食落好香, 雖然有臘腸, 但係因為用蜜汁燒, 所以唔會好咸咁。睇番個介紹, 係用鵝腸包住去骨鵝掌肉, 再包住臘腸, 叉燒, 鵝肝, 鵝胸, 用炭爐吊燒的, 聽落已經覺得好考功夫, 係心機菜, 好有特色, 強烈推介!

椒鹽海參扣
 
跟住食呢個好特別, 友人之前食過話要再試的, 佢話係用海蔘同珊瑚蚌中間嗰層肉, 再用椒鹽整, 食落好爽, 唔會好似椒鹽魷魚咁油”利”, 口感好特別, 值得一試。

鮮蝦錦鹵炸雲吞
 
 
重點當然係個錦鹵汁啦, 就咁睇已經見到有大蝦, 魷魚, 紅椒, 青椒, 非常足料!食炸雲吞前, 先試試個汁, 甜酸味調教得洽度好處, 惹味開胃, 非常適合夏天吃。炸雲吞亦炸得香脆, 沒有很油很肥的感覺, 配以錦鹵汁食, 讚!

花雕蛋清炊紅蟹
 
之前喺其它地方都食過呢個菜式, 但呢度所用的花蟹很肥美, 啖啖肉, 所用的花雕亦很香醇濃郁, 至於看似配角的蛋白其實是精華所在, 因蛋白完全吸收了蟹的鮮甜味, 亦有濃郁的花雕味, 而家火喉剛好, 蛋白嫰滑好吃, 送飯最啱。

冰糖燉鮮奶花膠
 
一睇已經覺得係必吃, 因為花膠係女士的恩物, 仲係用鮮奶燉, 養顏必吃。呢度用o既花膠係細的花膠筒, 一口一隻剛好, 而經過燉煮, 鮮奶吸收左花膠o既膠質, 非常香濃, 甜度亦調教得剛好, 好吃。

富貴蓮蓉杜丹酥
 
呢個甜品係見到隔離桌有點, 馬上俾個賣相吸引, 忍唔住叫左。 外型係好靚o既橙黃色杜丹花型, 一層一層o既酥皮非常鬆脆, 內裡包住不會過甜o既蓮蓉, 單係造型已經要俾個讚佢了!

平時同友人食飯甚少食中菜, 間中食下中菜都係不錯o既選擇, 呢度o既裝修保留了老酒家的特色, 服務員的招呼亦不錯, 都有KEEP住加茶及換碟, 亦耐心介紹菜式, 服務員說在七十周年推廣期間, 連續七個月都會推出十款精選菜式, 今日試完, 真係覺得呢D懷舊菜式值得保留呀!

星期放假同男朋友拍拖,去左旺角食飯~唔講都唔覺原來呢度有個地庫有餐廳架喎!見佢個menu好似都幾正咁就走左入去試~tongue
 
可能時間都仲早,唔算好多人~入面個格局又幾好feel喎!
 
同男朋友坐低左,就叫左2杯野飲~我果杯係Rock and Roll($48)-熱情果汁,檸檬汁加可樂~驟眼睇以為佢送錯杯凍檸茶比我=P可樂味既野都唔會唔好飲既~

男朋友叫左個Lazy in the afternoon($48),成杯野好pinky好唔襯佢!!XD

跟住上左D小食,我叫左雞翼拼盤($78)~因為我同男朋友都最鍾意食雞翼!!>w<
雞翼拼盤有3隻味:蜜糖,柚子蜜同水牛城
個人覺得柚子蜜最好食!特別得黎唔會太怪異~Good ar!lol
 
之後叫左個佢地既招牌菜:卡邦尼意粉($88)
 
個味道其實OK,尤其是我鍾意食白汁既意粉~不過個意粉如果再多汁D會更加好味!
男朋友驚唔夠飽,叫多個pasta-黑松靈醬海鮮意粉($108)
 
海鮮係幾新鮮幾好食,但我呢種一定要撈汁食飯既人就唔係好啱食…=[
見到隔離枱叫左個鐵板既朱古力蛋糕,我地2個又貪得意叫返個!
原來佢叫做Live House冰火朱古力軟餅($68)
 
佢用個鐵板裝住個朱古力蛋糕,上面有個雪糕球,上到黎既時候先淋D朱古力醬上去,D朱古力味離遠都聞到!!真係好香!!!
成個dessert既朱古力味都好濃,我唔好甜,所以比男朋友包底~~XP佢話好好食喎!
食飽飽,打算走,先發現原來呢度閒日夜晚會有Live Band!!可惜我地當日太早去,同Live Band緣慳一面了…=[
下次都係等閒日大家得閒果陣再去~

已經係前2個月既事,要搵返D相先記得寫~

5月某日,我地為左慶祝小花既生日,特登book左枱去洪水橋呢間King Ludwig Beerhall
之前曾經聽朋友講過話可以任坐唔嬲先book呢間,點知我一打到去,佢話6點攞枱只可以坐到8點3!!算!2個幾鐘都算夠既,咁就book左4位枱~

去到坐低~都幾舒服,有分露天同室內,我地班女仔咁怕熱梗係要室內!XD

叫左個農夫包,德國腸拼盤同埋芝士火腿拼盤做starter~
 
農夫包好食!!仲有2個醬~深色果個係牛肝醬,淺色果個唔記得左係咩~不過牛肝醬真係好好味呀!!之後仲比我用黎送其他野食~~XD
跟住上左個芝士火腿拼盤
 
有2款芝士同2款火腿~薄既火腿好好食~唔會太鹹~加埋塊包勁正!但一粒粒果隻就硬左D,同埋比較鹹~
芝士白色果隻比較冧,我自己鍾意紅色果隻,有D咬口~XD
順帶一提,佢伴碟既醃菜都好好食!!
跟住上左個德國腸拼盤
 
我呢種肉食性動物啱曬!!記得之前有朋友去德國買左D腸返黎比我做手信,D味同尼度呢D都係差唔多架!!證明佢夠曬地道!!
到主菜啦!因為小花話驚食唔曬豬手,所以我地無叫到,同埋咁heavy,我地個個都話要減肥…費事啦…所以叫左個烤羊架~
 

4個人食好似少左D,同埋記得個價錢好似都唔平…好在佢煮得幾好食,唔會太鞋同埋太羶~都可以既~
食食下佢地話要飲啤酒…但我唔好啤酒,唯有叫返杯無酒精既cocktail黎飲~

麻麻地,餡好少,亦都無乜特別…早知叫個意粉算了…=[
4個人食左700幾800蚊…要請埋小花,每人都200幾…好貴!
不過D野食都幾好食,同埋最緊要壽星女開心就得啦~~XD

岩岩將部Cam d相入反laptop先記得有日去鑽石山睇戲係mtr買左個飯團食
幾年前風摩過下既飯團 原來重有係度 就買左個食啦 $ 18個呀 都幾貴其實

我今次試冰胡野米 6樣料 要左 蕃薯 皇帝菜 青瓜 海台肉鬆 栗米 冰糖魯肉

雖然我覺得貴左dd 但真係好正!! 幾好味!!
