前幾日看到雜誌介紹這間新舖, 於是訂左枱同幾位朋友一起食飯.

晚上7:30, 因為一早BOOK了位, 所以即刻有得入座. 環顧四周, 近入口處皆是卡位, 每個可坐4人; 店舖中間是可隨意組合的長枱(方形枱組成), 靠牆的是梳化, 外邊是可移動的椅子(我地一行五人就係坐這裡); 再往內看就是幾張圓枱, 各可坐6人左右; 而旁邊好像有間PRIVATE ROOM(因為最後見到有人從裡面出來). 我覺得這店的裝修同陳設較傳統的烤鴨店TRENDY(當然, 現在北京很多烤鴨店的裝潢已較以前漂亮多了, 例如: 大董), 但如果係4人以上用餐, 我覺得還是圓枱較方枱適宜, 比較易於用餐及傾偈. smile

唔想諗太多, 於是叫了一個4人的淮揚晚市套餐($688), 內容係~

1) 四個涼菜~ 名叫淮揚四秀, 包括醬油蘑菇, 醬蘿蔔, 水晶肴肉, 同埋一個用魚肉整的水晶肉(註: 忘了名字! ). 四個涼菜中, 除了水昌肴肉較常吃到外, 其他三個都幾特別, 尤其是醬油蘑菇, 一上枱時我地仲以為為雞鴨的腎或肝, 嘻嘻! 而醬蘿蔔就辣辣地, 很開胃. 最後的魚肉水晶肉則很清新.

2) 應該是最後上菜的點心"上官花素蒸餃"竟然隨四個涼菜之後上枱! shocked 但因為我地都有點餓了, 所以都唔計較啦 ~ 速速terminate佢! 也忘了拍照!

3) 金肘花膠燉津白, 即係金華火腿燉花膠及津白的湯. 位上. 每盅都有一件魚膠, 雖然燉得唔夠淋, 但都算抵食. (又唔記影相呀!)

4) 大都烤鴨半隻 ~ 幾好味, 不油膩, 除左脆脆的外皮外, 塾底的是一塊塊的鴨肉. 我覺得這道菜很接近我以前在北京吃過的烤鴨, 即係身型不大, 細過一張A4 紙 (你知啦, 香港整的烤鴨通常較大隻!), 而且又唔羶. 配合附上的青瓜絲, 紫蘿蔔絲, 蔥絲, 哈密瓜絲及海鮮醬, 以餅皮包裹著, 幾啖就KO左佢, tongue

5) 靈芝菇炒尖魚球 ~ 濃味的烤鴨後, 就上這道教清淡的菜, 可以中和下. 友人點出這道菜的魚片很特別, 看來係由很細小的魚仔片出來的魚柳, 很精緻!

6) 大紅三杯烤鴨架 ~ 即係以類似三杯雞的方式去燒鴨件, 以沙煲上. 較惹味的一道菜!

另外加了兩個餸~

1) 龍井玫瑰蝦仁(好似係$12x) ~ 味道OK, 但以價錢來看, 它的份量也著實小了一點!
2) 蝴蝶餅京烤肉($80幾蚊) ~ 中間的烤肉好似係薄薄的腩片, 味道不錯, 只是有點乾. 配上蝴蝶餅同吃.

甜品叫了一道"驢打滾", 賣相OK, 味道也只是OK而已.

總結而言, 我認為此處的烤鴨味道不錯, 可以一試再試; 其他的菜色也頗精緻及特別, 只是散叫的菜的份量較小, 較適合三數知己共嘗, 否則就要叫多幾個餸了. 而服務方面, 侍應的態度是有禮及OK的, 只是侍應的人數不多, 很多時我地要等一陣才有人幫我地加茶水.

最後, 用了FB的九折後(即變相免加一), 埋單為$992.

To celebrate my hubby's birthday, we went to Caprice for lunch on that day. We ordered the weeked lunch set (3 courses for around $550):

Appetiser~
1. Green pea soup (my hubby said it's quite creamy)
2. Foie gras panna with strawberry & salad (highly recommend it to foie gras' lovers)smile

Main Dish~
1. Pork shoulder with veggie (the pork shoulder is pretty tender)smile
2. Veal (unexpectedly, the side dish was better than the veal. the veal was a bit tough)

Dessert~
Dessert tray (6 styles) - Among the 6 desserts, we prefer the yuzi macaroon and the blueberry tart.tongue

With two complimentary wines (we chose one red, one white), one bottle of San Pellegrino ($95), petti four, one cappucino & one Earl Grey tea.

Decor of the restaurant was nice, but their service was just fine (compared to the service of other fine dinning restaurants, like Petrus & Gaddis). Frankly speaking, I think it's a casual dinning restaurant more than a fine dinning restaurant, because the open kitchen made a lot of noise and the waiters were not careful enough (ie. they didn't mention the name of the dish before they put the dish on the table, and they put too much attention to their "old customers"). And their food was fine but not surprising. However, it is worth you to give it a try (if you haven't dined there before) as their lunch is not very expensive.

因為要趕住o係文化中心睇7:30的show, 只有一個鐘食晚餐,於是又去最就腳的Deli and Wine。第二次來Deli and Wine, 一樣係咁多人。

晚上六點半到達,一樣見到好多學生在做功課同埋Hea,等左15分鐘左右終於有位。兩個人叫左2杯凍檸茶,一個fish burger,一碟茄汁蝦意粉。兩樣野o既味道都OK, 係文化中心睇show前速戰速決的最佳選擇(但係要預時間等位)!

The restaurant was too dark, my friend could hardly read the menu, haha. And I couldn't take any nice picture.

We ordered the following dishes for 3 of us:

Antipasto~
1. Bruschetta (tomato, garlic & herbs on toasted bread) $52
2. Italian meatballs $48
3. An-tico's wing bites (chicken drumsticks with rosemary) $52

Main~
1. Pepperoni pizza $88
2. Tagliatelle with shrimp & scallop $128

Plus 2 free Bellini (sparkling wine + peach puree), cos I got the coupons.

The portion of their antipasto was quite small (for example, there were only 3 pcs of small meatballs in Italian Meatballs) but the size of their pizza is quite ok (1 pizza can serve 3 adults). General speaking, their food are okay.

星期五晚, 同朋友食完飯想搵個地方飲下野, 吹下水. 本來想去THE ONE上面間BAR, 點知FULL哂, 朋友話哩間都唔錯, 於是我地轉移陣地....

我地叫左一枝德國的白酒, 飲完再叫一枝阿根廷的紅酒, 朋友另外叫了一杯COCKTAIL. 整體而言, 哩度D環境真的不錯, 人也不多 (但係到左11點左右, 突然間多左好多人, 原來係捧隊LIVE BAND場!). 招呼也不錯, 我地飲左3個鐘, 叫左侍應RE-FILL D 花生小食 4,5次, 佢地照做, 抵讚!

唯一挑剔的, 係佢地個WINE LIST 上面的資料同事實的不符, 我地叫的兩枝酒, 生產年份同WINE LIST上面寫的有出入, 每次枝酒黎到, 我地都同侍應講"年份唔啱喎", 佢地竟然答"無問題, 係同一間酒莊生產的". shocked 我想像唔到,一間五星級酒店, 對於哩樣野會咁求其囉! 我唔係好識飲酒都知道酒的年份係幾重要, 就算相差一年, 同一間酒莊的酒都會唔同味, 價錢也可以有差別. 在此希望哩間BAR的負責人, 看到此文後, UPDATE下個WINE LIST 啦!
