每年做冬都成廿人食飯, 如果煮飯就好辛苦, 如果出街食就好貴又難BOOK位, 所以決定訂盆菜

上年訂過呢間的盆菜覺得唔錯, 今年再訂過...

預早一個星期訂左兩個大的海味盆菜, 外賣自取一去到就有得攞, 大的海味盆菜一個要$930(外賣自取有10%off)

車到返去用GAS爐番熱一陣就食得...

有好多材料: 大蝦, 海參, 蠔豉, 大魚旦, 豬皮, 芋頭同冬菇.....etc

我最鍾意就係蠔豉, 芋頭同埋爆魚肚, 蠔豉甘香, 芋頭夠粉夠入味, 爆魚肚個樣同豬皮有D似, 不過滑好多...
阿妹就最愛佢D南乳腩肉, 夠淋夠入味, 又唔太咸, 好味~

兩大盆夠曬食.....不過今年好似無上年咁出色, D 大魚旦唔夠上年咁彈, 冬菇又無咁厚肉....

掛住食忘記影相...真失敗...tongue

VIP生日當然要D花心思啦! 集合各方意見後決定到赤柱美利樓呢間德國餐廳!
講到美利樓的環境當然相當唔錯啦!~由於一早BOOK左枱加上係平日的關係, 我同VIP就坐左露台無咁多人的一面...
由於小的未食過德國菜, 都唔知食乜好...於是叫左個SET DINNER FOR TWO加多一杯麥啤
特別推介:
農夫包: 配香草芝士醬及牛肝菌醬, 個人鍾意牛肝菌醬多D, 真係好濃味
德國咸豬手: 餐廳可以幫你切埋, 外脆內多汁, 好好味, 不過咸左D, 配德國麥啤來食就剛剛好別喇!

最後有個甜品拼盤, 駐場歌手唱生日歌, 生日禮物...完美的結束這一餐~

肉鬆冬甩: 原本是咸的冬甩, 表面占滿肉鬆, 款式幾特別, 都幾好食, 但又好似好普通...

胡椒餅: 同台灣的胡椒餅唔同, 呢個厚d, d有似雞批, 好多餡料, 好多菜, 好多胡椒, 好香,辣辣地好惹味...個人認為好食過台灣的胡椒餅

放假唔知去邊好~無無聊聊走左去旺角行街...

行到餓餓地又係掃街的時候...成日過呢間燒餅店的時候都已經掃飽左, 今次一定要試下...

原來有好多款式, 今次試下武大郎啦~老闆話係豬肉燒餅, 一於試試...

一個武大郎都成塊面咁大...d有擔心食唔曬...但一咬落去就知唔洗擔心...

個燒餅的皮好鬆軟, 一d都唔油膩, d肉餡好多汁好好味...其實一個人食曬都唔係好過分...

下次要試下其他款式

一入店內第一個感覺...好逼...好多人...

的確食物的份量真...大...尤其是蟹籽沙律...特大...

蟹籽沙律: 椰菜取代青瓜絲, 味道還好, 但個人比較喜歡青瓜絲
炸蝦火龍卷: 炸蝦好脆, 蟹籽好多, 好味
壽司: (鰻魚) -- 好長, 幾好味
(三文魚) -- 好長, 不過不失
(帶子) -- 普通
(櫻花尤魚) (芥辣八爪魚) --- 好咸

見到隔離枱叫左一客9片的三文魚刺身...樣子不錯大大件...下一次可以試下~
