好耐無來了~ 從娘家搬走了,便好小來九龍城區吃東西.....
昨天回家幫媽媽去銀行做了東西~ 一定要去九龍城醫肚, 老公唔肚餓都唔理了....hahaha

bowlchopstick 豬雜粘 + 他們自家製的辣椒油.........( smile豬粉腸好焾&粉....讚! 其他都一樣好焾的....不過本人特別喜好豬粉腸) ( smile 湯底係偏重味....又不叫做咸.....我都可以唔飲野的.....) ( tongue 自家製辣椒油, 真係好香....想起小時候...後行炒辣椒渣的味道tongue )

呢間自助餐廳, 如果不是有小朋友, 真係唔需要入來囉....

魚生都 ok 既..... (唔使整嘛)
咖哩都有幾款, 比唔同人既口味 (但食咖哩又點會去自助餐呢shocked)
所謂香檳蟹腳.....難食到爆, 用鹽水浸, 扮新鮮....咸到死呀!!!!
安格斯牛~ 質感同香口膠咁囉 (無論中間定邊邊都一樣)......反而牛肋骨既肉可以囉~
諗住食飯,飽肚算.....個糙米炒飯....硬過我條命...仲要無味!!!!

都唔知佢地想點, 蟹腳就咸死, 但飯又無味, 食左兩碟野, 都無晒胃口啦~ 同小朋友玩算
仲有, 我未去過一間酒店, 食野食到好似去左 restaurant city 咁....d 人行來行去, 超鬥快攞野食 =.='

這裡不是第一次吃的, 但見朋友問了我好多次, 又好耐無入來....."的"起心肝再寫食評啦....
我們本身是荃灣人, 整個荃灣區都吃均~ 老實講, 一想到打邊爐, 都會來 "鮮煱".........
"鮮煱"有樣好~ 可以用碳爐 & 電磁爐....不過碳爐要訂的!!! 另有室外坐位, 食煙者至愛.

今天我們點了泥王, "海" 泥王....... "海"肉質是彈的, 咬落去好豐富, 魚味中廷啦.....~ 當你吃完刺身, 骨頭腩可以椒鹽及粥底....每次我都是椒鹽...粥底就要下次先比評語啦~ hahatongue

好耐無見既朋友, 佢地話要食中菜.....當然要顧全到佢地食煙既關係........就來呢個洪慶啦tongue
朋友早到.....我去到時已經係坐緊街邊喇. 佢地係都要等埋我先叫菜...真比面喇

是日點了.....

bowlchopstick1. 豉椒花甲 -- 本人無試過既關係, 不便評味道, 但朋友話 ok or 幾好..至於我見既外相, 花甲有 2/3 都唔係全開口, 好似唔新鮮..食都好麻煩....下下用手打開先得.

bowlchopstick2. 燒肉 -- 肉質都幾好, 凍冰冰, 但都幾好..唔會"鞋"...個皮就慘喇....斬到分開晒...又唔夠脆.....(你地可唔可以放入焗爐焗一陣呢)

bowlchopstick3. 琵琶豆腐 -- 超正, 夠滑...最欣賞佢地個茨分開上..唔會整到個炸皮淋晒....炸皮又簿....真係好味... smile

bowlchopstick4. 梅菜扣肉 -- 唔覺得係肥.....肥肉位有咬口....真係好正....個汁又無肥油~~好耐無試過無肥糕既梅菜扣肉

bowlchopstick5. 焗魚腸 -- 一樣啦...我無食...只係試左個面既油炸鬼 (超脆啊) smile ... 上一次吃的時候....好記得佢凍左都唔腥 good~

bowlchopstick6. 上湯莧菜 -- 因為無波菜, 我改左做莧菜..一樣咁正

bowlchopstick7. 蝦餃 -- 我地坐到 22:30 , 聞到有點心味...忍唔住叫左兩籠....因為我只吃皮...個皮太爛....太粉

老公生日, 本來想自己整蛋糕的....因為我年年都係自己整......今年發現有好多蛋糕都好靚, 於是周圍 8 下先整啦.......朋友都介紹左好多間....我見到 patisserie tony wong 就一見鍾情....一於比個驚喜老公先

好在我預早左搵 & 訂, 呢個 * rose chocolate mousse cake* 要預早一星期訂.

當晚本來有 13 人, 但突如其來有 20 人 shocked 無辦法, 已經訂左啦.....

食完飯我叫人攞個蛋糕出來, 一開個盒既反應好好..."嘩.....嘩...嘩..." 連個侍應都唔識 service 我, 佢都係咁影相, 笑死我

bowlchopstick 個黑朱古力, 夠濃, 我好鍾意, 又不太苦......我無估錯, 餅底係用消化餅 (因為我只有丁丁細塊, 實在太多人喇, 唔夠分)..&個蛋糕切落去散曬晒, 因為d花瓣4散....朋友一個個咁用手拿來吃, 不顧儀態了...哈哈.....
最可惜..我無將個蛋糕從雪櫃出來放一陣..個 mousse 都仲好硬囉....

個蛋糕令到老公好深刻, 佢好少會隔左幾日都問返......呵呵, 太開心了
