上網見到這間有團購,於是入Openrice睇下大家對佢的食評,大致上都唔差,對心太軟的食評不俗,故購買了幾張團購,相約友人前往品嚐。

店內面積不算大,兩幅牆掛滿油畫,每張枱上放了一小束新鮮丁香花,感覺很舒適。先來黑松露炒蛋拌法式薄脆多士,蛋不會炒得過老,拌着黑松露一起食,味道會升到另一層次。
 
至於心太軟拌云哩嗱雪糕,心太軟外層帶點脆,輕切一刀,內裏的朱古力醬不停湧出,75%的朱古力濃度需不算太甜,但拌云哩嗱雪糕食會冇咁膩。
 
一杯熱的意大利即磨咖啡看似普普通通,亦沒有香味,但喝一口後你會推番這感覺,它的咖啡香氣在口腔內久久不散,很濃很滑,沒有酸瀝味。
 
整體都令人好滿意:環境舒適,食物質素及服務態度,並不會因為團購而將貨就價。我會再去光顧的。

終於去了位於荔枝角吉之島內的Co Co 壹番屋。記得上次經過店舖門口時已被它的Menu吸引,它的咖喱食品圖片令人食慾大增。我十分欣賞它的彈性選擇:加錢可選配湯/沙律/飲品/雪糕,又可按自己的食量增加/減少白飯,價錢亦會相應調整配,另可選擇咖喱的辣度。

我哋點選咖喱吉列豬扒奄列飯及咖喱牛肉奄列飯,另加$15配蕃茄雜菜湯及雪糕。湯有一隻大蝴蝶粉,需然碗湯的顏色看似很淡味,但原來味道又不太差。咖喱飯的蛋奄列煮得好嫩滑,小辣的咖喱配白飯好惹味,但吉列豬扒炸得太乾有點硬,牛肉是四四方方的,都夠腍。食埋兩球雪糕,這餐食得好滿足。

今次已是第二次入西貢買許姑娘茶粿,上次因睇完一本飲食雜誌的介紹後,覺得好吸引,故在某星期六入西貢行一趟。

許姑娘的茶粿款色多過5款,每盒都係$10/2個,當天去到茶粿店已4點,可能已晏了,所以只賣剩兩、三款茶粿,我買了南瓜紅豆及眉豆茶粿一試。橙黃色的南瓜皮包著紅豆餡,首先不要期望會食到南瓜味,但它的顏色已增加了食慾,粿皮煙靭,豆沙餡的份量亦相當足夠。

之後第二次入去,又買了蘿蔔餡、綠茶紅豆及客家糯米糍。我較為鍾意蘿蔔餡,餡多,蘿蔔味濃。至於糯米糍係新鮮出爐$10/3個,內裏有磨碎了的芝麻、花生、黃糖,食落脆脆地,值得一試。有好多顧客會即買即食,食過後會再買多幾盒㖭。

已好耐沒有到西貢了,今天特意去行一行。沿著海濱走廊,全是海鮮菜館,在市中心內漫無目的地行,市內有着不同國家的美食,有意式、泰式、印度薄餅、乳酪、港式甜品。。。當中卻被Mushroom Bakery店名吸引。

店內找不到mushroom類的包,卻有很多不同款式的:菠菜卷、咖哩雞角、芝士條、鬆餅...右面有一個大雪櫃,裏面有兩款蘋果批、朱古力旦糕、芝士旦糕等等...左面的架上放了純味的,如香草包、意大利軟包、法包。除此之外,亦有麵粉售賣。這裏的種類較一般的麵包店多,價錢又相宜,今次先試其中幾款。

蘋果批裏的餡很多,食落好juicy,因肉桂味不太濃,我較能接受。幼幼的一條芝士條及朱古力條,質地似麻糬,唔錯的小食。至於咖哩雞角就略欠咖哩味。這的價錢唔貴,合理得有點抵食。

雖然,並沒有買上有關蘑菇類的包點,但卻帶來另一番的驚喜!我會繼續嘗試其餘的包點。

出到太子,又打算食餃子,上次去咗街尾的一間,今次試埋街頭的阿純山東餃子。

店內有幾張卡位,另有4張圓枱,地方尚算寬敞,有一部電視。不算有特別裝修,但地方算乾淨。餐牌上亦有部份食物相片,除了方便食客點選食物外,亦能引起食慾。沿住牆邊亦貼出不同的菜式,其中一幅牆掛著製造水餃皮的介紹,圖文並茂,令大家對水餃多點認識。

店內提供的茶是嶗山綠茶,我哋點選了以下:

chopstick 芥香云耳 聞落好有芥茉味,還以為會好攻鼻,但食入口又會辣,好味
 
chopstick 蔥油餅 唔會油膩,賣相吸引
 
chopstick 山東燒雞 招牌菜,當然要識下
 
chopstick 白菜煎餃、西洋菜餃 一碟有十隻,因人手搓水餃皮,食落有彈性,皮唔厚,西洋菜餡值得一試
 
 
chopstick 炸醬麵 份量都足夠
 
chopstick 拔絲淮山、地瓜 在你面前即製拔絲。個人幾欣賞拔絲淮山,但拔絲地瓜則令人失望,又硬又冇南瓜味,下次要試拔絲蘋果、香蕉
