星期四和星期五兩天中午都和不同的朋友到此吃自助餐,
反應不一.所以抵吃或不抵吃真的是意見紛陣.
我自己就認為中規中矩啦!
$118(未計加一)成人
$88(11歲小童)
好評的朋友:有大隻龍蝦拑和蟹拑,任食是超值.
小朋友:三文魚壽司不新鮮,一入口即吐出來,然後話點解有陣怪味?
如果喜歡吃魚生的人會感到失望,因為我也覺得這裡並非刺身勝地,只能吃些普通壽司點心和甜品而已.要吃飽不難,食物味道中等水平,價錢合理,故多人光顧.
只要不存大期望,則可以吃得滿足的地方.

三番日本料理  (Chai Wan)

平日都會叫這間三文魚刺身,吞拿魚則欠鮮味,故少叫.
他們的天婦羅定食都不錯,不會太油,中上水平.
因為在巴士站旁,非常方便.
可惜他們供應的飯不是真正的日本米,煮得不好.
炒飯也不行,欠鑊氣.
以前有蟹粥,味道都幾好呀!
我隔幾日就買魚生,一磅三文魚生,才58元,抵吃.
我見過他們在後門的送貨車,是很專業的冷凍車.
所以相信他們的魚生真的不錯.故一直是我的晚飯食堂之一.

星期二26/6到此頂一遊,叫了他們的光明頂套餐.本想可以大快朵頤.可惜......
蔬菜沙拉,一般水準.
頭盤:
肉好像是煮過湯的肉,夠靭呀!少點牙力都會吃不下.
主菜:
牛膝雖然夠冧,但沒有入味.
餐酒是一枝紅酒,味酸,個人不合口味.

套餐價錢:$427
用這價錢在銅纙灣有許多好吃的選擇,下次不會再來此間
外觀靚,食物不能吃的光明頂.

我們必叫是流沙包,女孩子們都愛它的滑流口感.
侍應中有一位大叔很好人,招呼周到.
如果禁煙實行後環境會更佳!

我每次去食都感到非常好!比X綠和黑X都好!
所以我到奧海城一定首選元氣,無位才會考慮其他食店.
食到肚唔舒服可能是食得太多了!
真不幸!
我和朋友們都喜歡他們的芝士魚小卷,軟殼蟹卷,
再另叫三文魚刺身.
