Mochi Cafe  (Tsim Sha Tsui)

This is simply the most delicious udon in Hong Kong, if not the world. The soup base was hot and creamy, the pork was succulent, and noodles were soft. Although the line was long, it was worth the wait. The waitstaff were patient and helpful in spite of being extremely busy.
