差不多接近5年沒上OR寫食評,和跟食家聚會了,大家好嗎?5年前,自從我和P開了自己的店,就一直忙着。開業首年,吃外賣味精飯盒多過返屋企食飯,現在回想起來,確實百般滋味在心頭。可幸的是,在幸運之神卷顧下,我倆的主意漸上軌道,私人時間亦多了,也想重新在OR記下我倆的食記。

結緍一週年於SANTOSA慶祝,今年為了我倆的BB小狗「松松」,决定留港,晚飯地店由Mr. P安排。我倆因公作忙碌,直至2012年10月23日之前都未去過1881 Heritage,每次駕車經過,我都會跟P說 HERITAGE很靚,於是他便選了St. George跟我慶祝。
 
首先講環境,入門口那條長樓梯樓紅色燈裝飾在晚上看很有Halloween feel,室內環境卻不錯,很有貴族氣派。服務整體上也殷勤到位。我倆都點了$699的set dinner,先要讚這裡的麵包,好香好香的麵粉及牛油味,口感亦十分鬆軟。餐前小食最喜歡那栗子湯,有粒粒栗子及用了Bacon Foam添加咸香,PJ都十分喜歡。

P的鵝肝Pate他十分滿意,尤其欣賞那個伴吃toast,鬆都不得了。我的青瓜蟹肉卷賣相好靚,清得嚟有味道,和魚子混着吃令菜式格外討好。
 
主菜我倆一致認為沒前菜出色,我的慢煮三文魚texture其實好好,可惜調味過咸;P的鹿肉都OK,比在旁的白鴿矮瓜卷好。甜品有點失望,那個無花果tart賣相很Halloween,味度很一般,感覺有點hea。

整體上是滿意的,PJ結緍兩週年快樂!

契哥每年都替他的爸媽於New Year’s Eve搞wedding anniversary晚宴,今年選了來花盃,包了間房。替我們處理食物的,剛好是以往於松菱學師的學徒,現今成熟了,成了師傅,自信地為我們處理食物,還笑說我和妹都長大了,不再是穿校服裙的小妹妹。

是晚吃得非常豐富,魚生沒點,專攻鐵板燒。
- 澳洲鲍魚:要求了薄切,很爽,此终不是日本鲍魚,鮮味不足
- 珍寶蠔:師傅極有耐性將蠔燒至外層香脆,中和了珍寶蠔的creamy
- 雪蟹:花盃的招牌菜,很鲜,肉不算實,最正的是蟹膏,混了清酒成醬,用來點麵包一流
- 薄燒美國牛肉:不油不膩,吃得輕盈利落,秘决在於炒得香脆的蒜片

Uncle和Auntie是我見過最善良的couple,且剛抱了兩名孫女,實在可喜可賀。

難得放假,來整理一吓pending已久的食評。已不能像以往般什麼都寫,索性選些有紀念價值的寫吧!

我倆都喜歡於X’Mas選些「身在香港,感覺世外」的餐廳慶祝,今年也不例外,千挑萬選決定來GoldCoast吃自助餐。其實我一向都不好貴多不貴精的自助餐,诀定來這裡,為的並非食物,而是黃金海岸酒店的燈飾佈置,南瓜車、歐陸式教堂長廊,非常浪漫。

講番食,我倆被安排在望向泳池的餐枱,感覺很Bali,美中不足是鄰坐的仔妹吧,異常嘈吵。食物極多選擇,露天位置的食物最有睇頭:有大量大閘蟹(雖然细隻,但有膏啊!)、即燒乳豬(香脆!)及乳鴒(啖啖肉!),是很有誠意的了。冷盤、熱盤有燒肉是很大路的平價貨色,值得一提的只有…er…其實沒有…

8pm開始有liveband show,唱得唔錯,不刺耳。聖誕來GoldCoast整體上是一個很明智的決擇。

每年小熊熊的生日都是熊家族上上下下最重視的日子,今年,小熊熊指定要去Gaddis,因為她十分喜歡半島於聖誕時節所擺放的燈飾。

Gaddis亦應節地在場內添置了聖誕樹,令帶有歐陸色彩的Gaddis變得十分shimmering,我不太欣賞,不過小熊熊就十分興奮。講番食物,整體上是不錯的,爸爸的balik salmon口感很黏,有魚味卻绝不fishy;我的lobster ravioli非常出色,雲吞皮是少有的軟熟,伴碟的汁味道很濃,像在喝龍蝦湯,推介!媽和小熊熊的煎鵝肝沒太大驚喜,不過份量都幾多,有兩大塊。男友點了一個很特別的mix pate,有豬肉pate、鵝肝pate,雞湯凍,全部被類似豬網油的東西精緻地裹成一塊,一格格不同颜色,賣相靚,味道都唔錯。

爸要了豆蓉湯,試了一啖,覺得鹹鹹的,沒其他味道,爸卻什為欣賞,但最令人摸不着同腦的是在湯上放了一塊超大鵝肝,有點格格不入。小熊熊的磨菇湯帶有非常濃的菌香,不錯,但亦和豆蓉湯一樣無拿拿整舊超大鵝肝係面。同意對下食家所提及的duplicate鵝肝事件,這裡很多菜式都鍾意搭鵝肝,order時記緊問清楚,免得浪費金錢。

到主菜,我和男友share了一份for 2的烤鴨胸,侍應將原整的半隻鴨胸由廚房推近我們的table,即席表現起肉絕技。鴨胸肉質算嫩,不過始终不及上回在caprice嗜到的驚喜。另外值得一提的有爸爸的白松虂linguine,由法藉女侍應即場烹調,她先用truffle oil將意粉炒香,然後再下芝士,最後刨了些白松虂係面。整碟pasta充滿着松虂香,美中不足是下了芝士,令意粉不夠乾爽。

甜品無特別,都是令人留不下印象的水準。不過Live Band和侍應都十分識做,遞上甜品時為小熊熊即場演奏一曲,什有氣氛。

寫OR寫了2年多,講真,自問不能像其他食家般常試新食店,但仍堅持keep住寫,因為已當OR是我的diary,重要的節日都能在食評中回味。

買Robuchon為家人慶祝生日已成了指定動作,貪其好吃兼细細個,容易食。白朱古力熱情果依然是我的至愛,熱情果的酸跟白朱古力的甜極度匹配,慕司亦滑一滑,是百吃不厭的味道。

妹,生日快樂!要身體健康呀!
