是九大簋主題,有大蝦海鮮拼盤,蝦餅,白酒煮青口,扇貝(幾好味),奶油蟹(咸左少少)
未試過的有....摩洛醬炒螺+焗爐魚+鮑魚雞粥, 原果是補充得不夠快

生果火煱, 牛奶公司雪糕有雲尼那, 朱古力,芒果,士多啤呢,只試過朱古力+芒果,但芒果唔好食

其餘..刺生,壽司,沙律都是指定動作,都ok

有頗多甜品而且款式不停轉對,大致都是不錯的

但人好迫, 今晚全場差不多滿座, 台與台之間放得很近, 有些食物要排隊, 但唔知是否太多人關係,要主動問侍應才有一杯飲品送, 而且不是所有食物都refill 得咁快, refill 得最快,最密是刺生,有四送一都幾抵

今次是第二次幫趁了,上一次是去年10月($248有七折),今次$268中銀卡有六折,主題是海鮮。但可加$24有任飲啤、沙冰,罐裝飲品之類。但buffet 本身有餐飲一杯送的

覺得2次質素都可以,除左機場富豪未試過,所有富豪都試勻了。沙田食到柯(是在有新聞報導有大批人出事前幾個月的事…所以永遠都不會再去),銅鑼灣食物不新鮮,雖然是2前年的事,可能己改進了,但我也沒有再到過了。

今次的甜品不錯,除左timamisu太甜了,其他如芒果批,慕絲cake,rasberry choc cake都很正;雪糕方面有紅豆,莫卡,vanila 都不錯,但紅豆雪糕本身是偏甜的品種。

熱盤有很多如差燒、豬頸肉、炒面、中西湯、chili 炒蟹、羊,牛扒類不能盡錄,平均可以。只記得海鮮炒飯中的蝦有些梅,口水雞但一般,當然是冰鮮雞冇味啦;沙律有頗多選擇;刺生有基本三文魚、吞那魚,八爪魚,壽司;即席網燒魷魚、蠔,魔鬼魚(但唔好食)。
下次轉主題都會再試

但最欣賞是用來放''but雪糕'' 的容器是有running water 設計, 所以不會出現個桶好污濁的情況

同其他網友意見差不多, 有換款,refill 也密, 湯有中西2款,是否合你口味見人見智, 沙律醬汁有2種,好似是醋和千島,如果多番一種就更perfect, 只有煙三文魚,冇刺生三文魚, 有扒類,但己經好飽, 連中式甜品都沒食到而且紅肉少食為妙

其實整體真的不錯,有些款式我想拿己經沒有,侍應有禮貎,$158 又有15% off, 比我上次在尖沙嘴海景嘉福也不失禮,但價錢是一半, 海景以後都唔會去, 個場好細, 雖然有些食矜貴食物,但與cafe muse 相比,就貴得不值


裝修清雅,但可惜入面太密封,好多網絡都收唔到(令到環境扣分了

拼盆的其中薯皮,炸芝士好吃

叫了海鮮闊麵也有水準

而每點一個主菜便可加48有一個自助沙律吧, 提供款式比pizza hut少,但醬汁款式就有醋,蛋汁,千島,白汁

另叫了一個主菜, 再order 飲品,便可無限refill, 但一定要同款,第一次是凍咖啡, 第二杯都要是''凍''咖啡

墨西哥烤薄餅-雞肉(帶黑椒味

露比燒排骨..(蜜糖燒) 好好味, 好淋, 如果只憑嗅覺,我以為是中菜'菠蘿咕嚕肉''

甜品叫了芝士蛋糕可加stewberry 醬汁, 芝士沒有new york 芝士cake咁實, 都ok

服務一流, 佢地好nice

六個人折左後$800(己包加一但有六折), 如果唔係真是很貴...

其實我是在十一月時試的,可能真的太大期望
當晚記得最深刻是macaroon 有朱古力,士多啤梨,開心果,薰衣草...他的外形似雞肉仔
但真的好甜,好甜,太難接受,
最失望是當晚竟然沒有new york cheese cake,我是我最愛的一種cheese cake

聽講那段時間是由一個總餅廚chef gottfried schuetzenberge 來自奧地利和餐廳廚師合作
而法式macaroon / 奧地利經典甜品(apple 酥餅)如果真是因他才有,,就不太合我

但當然環境一流,服務一流, 如果將來甜品和上次我食的有分別,我真的很like desert, 會try again

因當晚口味唔太合自己心意,所以taste 只有3分
