朋友仔生日,想訂蛋糕,所以在openrice 查下有咩特別的蛋糕店,想訂訂蛋糕及試下新口味。
看見這間店是新開的,看見其他食家的食評原來這間店是Awfully Chocolate 的人開的,都覺得不錯,應該都有些信心保證!!

他不是有很多味道選擇,所以就選了比較大路d的 Kyoto White ,前一日在在電話落單時已說明要生日牌的!!

當日去到取蛋糕時,職員立刻為我包上蛋糕,我發現沒有生日牌的,就跟她們說我要生日牌的,她就說生日牌已沒有了!! 我說昨天訂蛋糕時已說我需要一個生日牌的。她就說唔好意思,生日牌已沒有了,我說我一定需要個生日牌的,後來他們就比在支朱古力筆我要我自己寫,最後都解決了這事!!

講返個蛋糕,賣相十分簡潔,沒有什麼裝飾,是這間店的style,但味道真是很一般很普通的一個蛋糕,只是吃到很少少的芝士味,如果喜歡吃濃濃的芝士蛋糕,這不是一個好的選擇,但蛋糕是較滑的。

一個6吋的蛋糕要$216,一點都不值及較貴,味道及價錢不能成正比!! 我想這$216有一半都落在他們的蛋糕盒、包裝、租金及名氣上,落在食材上我覺得只是佔得不多部份!!

今天與朋友想找間餐廳坐下食少少野,飲下野,坐低傾計!!
看見這店食客不是很多,環境尚算清靜及坐得幾舒服,就諗住入去Hea下
依間店咩到有得食,點心、粥粉麵飯、甜品咩都有!!

我見叫了薑汁燉奶及擋沙湯丸,看見擋沙湯丸的賣相也不錯

本人一口將整粒擋沙湯丸放入口時,咬了幾啖,發覺為什麼沒有餡的,難道他把糖不甩弄錯了,我的朋友立刻將擋沙湯丸咬開一半,發現裡面的餡是花生來的mad,頓時真的呆咗,我立刻找侍應問清潔他們的擋沙湯丸一直都是用花生餡嗎﹖他說是,我地餐廳的擋沙湯丸一直都會用花生餡的。他說完後,我真的無話可說,這粒花生餡的擋沙湯丸,破壞了擋沙湯丸應有的口味及這些甜品應有的口味及味道,一d都唔好食,皮有比較厚,花生餡已和外面的粉會混食一體,好像食緊糖不甩一樣,完全唔掂呀,破壞了擋沙湯丸在我心見中的形象!!huffy

每次想食雲吞時,都會來成仔記,因為雲吞出名大大粒,原隻鮮蝦在內!!
因工作十分煩忙,很久也沒有吃了,今天與嫂嫂一起品嚐大大粒雲吞。
當雲吞擺在我面前,發覺雲吞細粒左,當咬下去時,完全食唔到蝦在那裡!! 簡直係失水準,不好吃!!

去澳門旅行,其中一個目的是品嚐好吃的萄國菜及慶祝朋友生日,我們去到官也街,本來想食山度士,點知佢逢星期二休息,我們再看旅遊書,說這間公雞都不錯,書上寫30年傳統正宗萄國菜,還說要等位,最好book定位,但我們去到門口,內裡員有一枱客。
環境都幾有萄國特色,放滿萄國的吉祥第公雞擺設。

我們點了:1)葡式炒蜆 2)馬介休球 3)燒乳豬(好似係咁既名)
我們的菜不到5分鐘到就來到(除了燒乳豬外)
我想咁怏就上菜,一定是煮定的
1) 葡式炒蜆:味道都幾濃,d汁都幾好食,都ok的!! smile
2)馬介休球:好似食咁薯蓉咁,無咩味,又食唔到馬介休的香和咸味 mad
3)燒乳豬:個皮一d都唔脆,個皮硬到咬唔到咁,食完都會"銀"住個胃,完全唔掂!!huffy

 


本來是慶祝朋友的生日飯,但這間公雞令我們的旅程沾上污點!!! 真的好令人失望

今天開完OT ,約朋友回大埔一起晚飯,MY FD 話食PIZZA HUT,我就話不如去大尾督(Luca)食啦!! 因為我覺得比貴少少不如食d質數好d的!!

我們點了個 $4x
芝士墨西哥簿脆 (配3款醬料 1. sour cream 2. 類似帶酸的蕃茄醬 3. 香草醬)
味道一般,沒有什麼特別,勝在夠熱

薯仔粉伴火箭菜芝十汁 $98
(落單時,待應都好細心講解個汁會係好濃的芝士味,他怕客人吃不到的)
味道都不錯,粉可能真係用薯仔整,都比較有咬感,但可能芝士味太濃吃不到薯仔味,但濃列的芝士味正合我何車!!但我的朋友就不太喜歡了!但份量真的很少

辣肉腸pizza(細siza) $98
外表是相當吸引的,它是特簿的餅底,咬下去可能芝士醬太多,食落個餅底一d都唔脆,我都喜歡吃厚批多d,但味道是ok的話!

心太軟 $4x
外表睇見到好想食,但食落切開,個心一d都唔流,不太討好!!味道一般,不太出色!!

p.s. 如果要食pizza 我會選擇 芝脆雞 (大埔大元邨,不是有很多分店)我覺得佢比pizza hut 仲好食,價錢仲平過pizza hut ,如果$98的價錢,我會選c字頭個間pizza!!

食心太軟,我會選擇大埔墟的森泰軟,價錢差不多,但一定會流心,外表也不會太硬!!軟硬適中!!
