曾幾何時晚上日本燒配啤酒是消夜必然正選,因串燒物只加簡單的醬油和粗鹽放上爐邊猛火燒,概保留肉汁又有微微燒焦的香味,同時肉質的天然味道亦得以加強,再一口冰凍的啤酒和三五知己笑看江湖,好得很

以前晚上到過尖沙咀的南亭進餐,不錯,今天午膳時間走過銅鑼灣店,於是便進內,可惜失望而回

串燒牛肉定食,先來沙律一客,只有生菜及蕃茄和丁點千島醬,蔬菜鮮甜,作為開胃小吃算合格

面豉湯,不渴也罷

小小定食但物料豐富,燒冬菇不錯,咬下去仍有菇菌的香味,露笋豬肉卷,露笋新鮮,“無渣”,但豬肉偏鹹,豬肉串,燒過火,串上的第一塊只是炭焦,味道一般,主菜牛肉串,沒有牛味,肉質又太沒咬勁,失敗sad

午餐時間竟然只得5枱客人,可能日與夜是不能相提並論吧

到商場逛街會發現其實所有的食店都似曾相識,可能正如電視節目所講小商家跟本沒有本錢在大型商場開業,商場租務部亦不會冒險出租給一家很有心但無背景的創業者吧……

走進夏面館,連鎖經營的確有優勢,地方寛敞,坐位舒適,衛生良好,服務員衣著整齊有禮,剛剛坐下已送上開水及熱情招待,對白雖機械化但態度親切,但因不是太餓只叫了小籠包及紅燒牛肉面

小籠包即叫即蒸,等了一會便上枱,皮薄肉滑,入口熱騰騰,但肉質沒有很新鮮香濃的感覺,不過不失

紅燒牛肉面,大大碗,湯底太清,但正好把汁濃味重的牛肉突出,面質有咬口,$55元算合格

可能胃口開了,再多來紅油抄手,大小剛好,一口一件,不太辣,帶點甜味,不錯

棒棒雞?跟雞絲粉皮好像無什分別,不過那個芝麻醬實在太香,連粉皮一起入口感覺超滑溜

總結是一客上海粗炒,傳統炒法,油多味濃配料少,但那個面好像太淋,不過這個價錢在圓方晚膳還是可接受

要在銅鑼灣吃一碗面一點也不平宜,平均要三十塊錢,但南記真的是大眾化價錢,中上的口味

魚肉春卷魚旦牛丸河,水準保持一貫,魚肉春卷是招牌菜,彈牙魚味濃,魚旦也不錯,有咬勁,牛丸只是一般,因是牛肉丸不是牛根丸,味道及口感都不太出色,但二十元一碗的湯河粉在租金如今的情況下已算高水平

冬菜是必然配料,多放一點也無妨,始終是粉面店,飲料不要存太大寄望,那凍奶茶真的一般

三層樓面位置很多,今天竟然可以坐到近窗前的廂坐,可惜清潔人員不多,總予人不衛生的感覺

已試過樂富很多不同的餐廳,但總是提不起興趣到Menu一坐,因每次走過都見到人流比其他店舖少很多,民間智慧使我假設這家不好吃,但今早還是想試點新事物

早餐時候入座率也有七成,找位置坐下後到收銀台前落單,價錢較貴,叫了一個芝士火腿牛角酥早餐,餐飲點了熱朱古力,店員接著說特飲加6元,第一個反應想走,但已坐下便由他吧

十五鐘後店員送來芝士火腿牛角酥早餐,芝士連牛角包放入爐微焗,芝士融化但牛角包又同時保持香軟,熱騰騰很好吃,但那杯加6元的朱古力真的出色,顏色是朱古力,但味道淡而無味﹝正確是有丁點甜味﹞huffy

往後開始聽到有投訴的聲音從四方八面傳來,其中一人正是我們,十時二十分落單,等了三十分鐘還未有,很欣賞那女店員說對不起的能力,因真的跟她無關,那店長就像一個機械人一樣,不斷面無表情地說“等等”,最後等了四十二分鐘才上枱

煙肉火腿炒蛋加雜菜湯長通粉,味道其實還可以,特別是那雜菜湯通粉,用雜菜湯做湯底比清湯通粉更配合更有特色,長通粉彈牙有咬口,不會太稔,但表面油膩了點,可用吸油紙處理再上碟會好些

等四十二分鐘的早餐,相信這是本人最後一次光顧了

影完相朋友請我到上環吃有名的豬扒飯,因已過了二時半,肚子餓得快死了,吃什麼都可以,要點是快

店舖是老店,應該已經很多年歷史,過了午膳時間仍人潮湧湧,但兩人位置還是有的,最有名的金牌豬扒飯,份量挺多,豬扒也是鋪滿白飯上,賣相真一般,油太多,一口咬下感覺太油膩,但味道不錯,肉質腍軟不過亦保持咬勁,醃得非常入味,白飯伴以甜豉油,可惜真的太入味,個人應為味道太濃,相比荃灣的“鱻”水準尚有距離

奶茶有點失望,明白每間餐廳應有自己的特性,但好茶的基本要求不外乎,茶味香,入口滑溜,水要鮮,奶味適中,可惜科記的茶有點苦澀,味道亦不見香濃,可惜可惜……

舊枱、舊椅子,舊式佈局,不計衛生情況﹝不是太好,但就不算差﹞,我一定會再來,畢竟比較集團餐廳,這樣有特色的懷舊餐廳顯得很有性格
