我們兩人, 原本想去附近的鳥良 Toriyoi 食日本菜, 但大排長龍, 唯有轉移陣地!

走到季季紅, 見到有位, 看了一下門口的餐牌, 好似都幾多選擇, 於是姑且一試.

蓮藕餅拼黃金蝦 $58 - 蓮藕餅香口好味, 但那黃金蝦就非常難食, 蝦是雪蝦, 仲要系雪到無晒味, 死死木木咁, 食左一件就怕怕.
 
炸大腸併菜心 $58 - 超細碟 (見圖), 炸大腸有"押" 味, 而且好硬, 放左入口都要吐返出來, 即系唔入得口! 所以$58 淨系食到幾條菜心!!!!
 
季季紅乳豬 - 成晚這碟算是最好的一味了, 但跟喜萬年和小杬宮都沒法相比!

農曆年尾照例一家人要聚集一起食番餐飯團年, 今次選址小杬宮皆因其位處上環地鐵站, 交通方便.

炸鯪魚球 - 好味彈牙, 但略鹹.
 
手抓豬 - 不愧為招牌菜式, 一如既講往, 皮脆肉能嫩, 必食之選.
 
豉油皇煎大蝦 - 50元一隻, 係雪藏貨色, 而且竟然全部都無去蝦腸, 好核突, 認真敗筆, 奉勸各位唔好點呢味.
 
企鵝雞 - 招牌菜式之一, 食味有店像百佳的冰鮮雞貨色, 尚算入味, 而且肉質頗為鮮嫩.
 
青蒸沙巴龍躉 - 味道有點像青斑, 有草味, 所以應該係養魚, 唔會係海魚, 而且完全唔熟, 拎去返蒸都唔熟, 不過無所謂啦, 都唔好食.
 
豉汁帶子蒸豆腐 - 豆腐就好滑, 帶子亦新鮮甜美, 而且火候剛好, 但上面放了一 "PAT" 像是李減錦記蒜蓉豆豉醬的物體就真係無必要, 又鹹, 又重味, 完全蓋過帶子的鮮味, 要刮走匹 "PAT" 醬先入得口.
 
單尾有 生炒糯米飯, 水餃麵, 紅豆沙湯丸 - 一般貨色, 收貨啦.
 
在此之前都來小杬宮食過晚飯, 但唔同菜色, 除手抓豬和企鵝雞食過番尋味之外, 其他菜色都是新嘗試.
成餐飯最好味就係隻乳豬, 至於其他則有待改進.

環境相當舒適, 餐廳分戶外和室內兩部分, 檯與檯之間均保持距離.
午市 Power lunch buffet 相當抵食, 但只在星期一至星期五供應.

Power lunch buffet $128包 湯, Italian Antipasti (即自助沙律bar); Coffee (可選 cappuccino or latte).
加配 Pasta 或 Pizza 另加 $32
加配 Fish 或 Meat 另加 $45

我們3人, 選了 3 份 Power lunch buffet, 另加 2 份主菜 : 白汁蘑姑雞肉長通粉和魚, 長通粉非常好味彈牙, 但魚就唔得, 太鹹和質數太差, 感覺像越南的平價鯰魚. 所以下次一定要選 Pizza 和 Pasta 穩陣的.

當日有洋蔥湯;

Italian Antipasti (即自助沙律bar) 有薄燒牛肉, 巴馬火腿/金瓜, 煙三文魚, salami 和 雜肉片
有我最喜愛的火箭菜, 還有羅馬生菜, 鮮蕃茄, 薯仔沙律, 鮮露荀... 等等.....
食材好新鮮, 是上等貨色, 而且一直有補充.

就連單尾的咖啡也不欺場, 並可選意大利泡沫咖啡或鮮奶咖啡.
Divino 的午市套餐可說物有所值, 值得推薦.

今天去沙田探朋友, 到了晚飯時候, 就順便在這區"搵食", 由於人生路不熟, 所以 click 上 "openrice" 個沙田專頁, 餐廳排行榜 (沙田) 最近90日, 看看有什麼訊選擇, 最後鎖定了 剛開業不久的 Parma Restaurant.
餐廳分實室內和室外兩部份, 而廚房就在隔鄰的鋪位, 是開放式設計, 並附設外買甜品的玻璃飾櫃, 堂食同外買價錢一樣不設加一.

我門一行三人食物4款, 甜品2款, 埋單 $317, 即人均消費 $105, 相當划算, 而且用料上乘, 份量足, 味道好, 價錢公道, 值得一再光顧.

白酒煮藍青口 Blue mussels in white wine sauce $88 - 藍青口新鮮肥美, 用洋蔥, 白酒, 香草, 煙肉同煮, 非常惹味.

焗釀原條茄子 Stuffed eggplant with Bolognese $32 - 茄子釀入鮮茄肉醬, 鋪上mozorella cheese, 茄子焗到軟綿綿, 吸收了鮮茄肉醬的味道, 醒胃!

海鮮薄餅 Nepolentana seafood pizza $62 - 海鮮係用鮮蝦, 帶子, 意大利鹹魚 (anchovy), 再加 mozorella cheese, 食得出是新鮮而唔係雪藏貨色.

辣椒仔牛尾意大利飯 Chilli ox-tail ragu risotto $68 - 落單時, 侍應特別提醒, 他們的 risotto是用意大利傳統做法, 飯是半生熟的, 是牛尾已拆肉, 所以唔使食骨, 果然又係佳作!

甜品 我們選了 Chocolate truffle 和 Tiramisu, Chocolate truffle 有濃郁的朱古力味, 但又唔太甜, 頂好味, Tiramisu 都唔錯, 但就略嫌不夠酒味.

久聞昌記盛名, 但就是怕熟食中心會有陣街市味而不敢謬然行事. 但今日真的很想喝一杯有水準的奶茶和厚多, 所以都唔介意得咁多. 但出乎意料, 竟然沒有我先前所想像的那股可怕氣味, 而且地方都尚算整潔, 服務亦週周到. 夥計見我這生客入來, 便用溫和的語氣為我推介他們的下午茶套餐, 但我始終都是按原定計劃, 要了一客奶油厚多和茶走 (即奶茶不加砂糖,而改用煉奶).

奶油厚多
果然不同凡嚮, 超厚身多士, 牛油和練奶的份量恰到好處, 一開四切件, 方便進食, 而且脆爆好味, 食到最後都依然脆口, 堪稱稱全港第一, 果然名不虛傳. 奶茶清香而不澀, 是上品, 但太甜, 次落單時切記要少甜.
