We got there 10 mins early but still had to wait until 8:15pm till we sat down. The waiter told us we had 90 mins for the buffet dinner and OF COURSE the time started when we sat down, but we had no pot and no food.
As soon as the soup came, so did the beef and pork. Honestly, the beef is quite good for this price, very tender and juicy. The pork was good also, but really fatty so we didn't order a second round. There is an array of vegetables, a lot of different kind of mushrooms, green veggies like lettuce, leeks, sai yeung choi and green peppers. There is tofu, vermicelli noodles, egg noodles, udon and rice noodles. Also included were a lot of chinese hot pot items like cocktail sausages, chicken weiners, pork and fish balls, and a variation of those fish ball items. I was very impressed with the spread but the best part for me was the sauces. I don't like the traditional soy sauce and opted for the sesame sauce and another bowl of the sour sauce. I was in heaven.
