從旺角火車站走到花園街
發現弼街新開了一家小吃店,主打是曾經很紅的旋轉薯塔!
朋友忍不住買一支胡椒鹽口味的來回味一下
 
龍捲風薯片(HKD20)油亮亮的
撕一片下來,一邊微酥,另一邊卻是一點都不脆
而且沒有馬鈴薯的香氣
跟之前在台灣大溪吃到的差十萬八千里
大溪的旋轉薯塔炸沒有泛油
拎上手也不會有油膩感
吃下去卡滋卡滋的,又酥又香,薯味十足的

吃幾片再也受不了
轉而買一杯低脂乳酪希望能替他挽回一點信心

低脂乳酪也是以稱重的方式算費
HKD15 / 100克
只提供兩種口味:原味跟荔枝
買了一杯荔枝口味的
非常的冰霜感,完全沒有冰淇淋的結實質感
乳酸味很淡,完全不及我的要求

原來潮食坊就是在長洲賣龍捲風薯片賣到大排長龍的小店的分店
可惜以這等味道及價位開在潮流先鋒及租金貴翻天的旺角
希望它能撐到過年。。。

忽然很想吃蝦餃
很想很想
一個人又不會去飲茶
剛好想起厚褔街有一間點心店
就來嚐新吧~

點了店家也推介的蝦餃,再來一個鳯爪排骨飯

店裏桌位不多
大約只能容納20人左右
店員有三個,其實足夠應付客人所需
偏偏給點心紙要等,熱茶也要等
招待有欠周到

蝦餃(HKD19)皮不夠Q,不如名字的"晶瑩通透"
內餡蝦子也不夠爽脆
加了點辣椒油增香,算好入口一點
個人對蝦餃有一定要求,這家的評價只能說普普

鳯爪排骨飯(HKD22)的鳯爪正常,但排骨不夠鬆軟也不入味
蒸飯柔軟度剛好,吃起來不軟不硬的很合個人口味
可惜沾飯醬油不鹹不甜的,整體評分也只能是soso

埋單連HKD2茶芥總共HKD43
不會再有下一次嚕sad

一直很喜歡吃吞拿魚飽
加上珍貴的黑松露,當然要試看看!

 


麵包一拿出來就有一股"膠香"
像小時候那種小盒子裝的圓球口香糖的那種很artificial的膠味
麵包分開一半後的"中空"狀態早是意料中事
所以把整個麵包KO也不會覺得有飽足感
黑松露是何味道?照道理是像香菇那股菌味?
但這股"膠"味,完完全全的掩蓋吞拿魚醬的魚味
閉著眼睛吃的話,真的吃不出來是吞拿魚醬…
只能說,一點都不好吃

還是傳統的吞拿魚飽最好
首推凱施及我家附近的三田!

10.07.10 五榖無花果金提包試吃@東海堂

曾經東海堂有推出過纖果物語麵包系列
當時的紅莓提子糙米包、蕎麥提子包及種子小麥包清新又好吃
可惜只出現過一陣子就沒有再賣了
最近新推出了兩款五穀包
今天先嚐一下五榖無花果金提包

先來一口
麵包體不夠綿密,空氣感很重
有麥味但不夠濃香
無花果只有那麼一點點
葡萄乾稍為比無花果多一點點,但還是少得可憐(芭比巳經沒有很喜歡吃葡萄乾了哦)
吃了兩三口
巳經沒有再吃下去的動力
HKD7一個簡直是坑錢!huffy
好懷念那些曾經的好味道唷~

只能寄望另一款五穀芝士包會是另一番滋味

今早坐8點的船到蓮花山參加廣交會
午餐不知道什麼時候才有得吃,早餐當然要來的豐盛點
本來打算去中港城的大家樂
中途經過澳門茶餐廳
平常難得吃到他們家的早餐
就來拜訪一下

早餐由HKD22起跳,價格高檔但內容也跟其他茶記差不多
一大早不會想吃豬排包
就點了E餐:火腿鮑魚絲公仔麵 + 火腿煎蛋 + 奶油厚吐司配熱鴛鴦少奶(HKD26)

熱鴛鴦先上
有點苦澀,香濃細滑從缺

奶油吐司烤的外脆內軟,很是好吃
煎蛋是太陽蛋,用叉子一戳蛋汁洶湧而出
一口吸下去非常過癮~
火腿只有半片,而且滲滿黃油
很明顯用了奶油去煎
怕肥膩的我當然拿紙巾把油吸走點…

巳經很久沒有吃過公仔麵
自然滿心期待
可惜的是,公仔麵沒彈性,湯頭過鹹
火腿鮑魚絲是滿清新的,但也只有那麼幾條
還是得加個兩塊錢換成出前一丁才像樣
茶記如果沒有用上頂好大光麵,通常都不會是一碗好麵

整個早餐,只有火腿煎蛋及厚吐司比較對味
熱鴛鴦也是缺了那醒人的香氣
原來還是連鎖快餐店的划算又對胃
