銀座藏人裝修後價錢比以前貴左($268加一),食物款式同以前差唔多,以刺身為主。
 
刺身:試左三文魚、鱆紅魚、甜蝦、帶子、赤貝、螺肉。
除左赤貝係好孤寒咁切絲之外,其他種類既刺身都算大舊。最中意食甜蝦,隻隻都連頭上好新鮮,亦好大隻,好鮮甜。鱆紅魚幾爽口,帶子好鮮味,赤貝就可能因為切得太細條令到D味好淡, 無咩味道。

壽司:款式大部份都同刺身相同,試左刺身以外o既燒牛肉、火炙三文魚同軟殼蟹卷。
燒牛肉味道一般,無咩驚喜,牛肉太薄同埋有少少過熟,舊飯亦比較大舊,不宜多吃。
火炙三文魚比較淡味,如果加上沙律醬燒或者鹽燒會比較好。

串燒食物:試左鴨舌、牛舌、雞翼同雞軟骨。
串燒應該係即叫即燒,熱辣辣上檯,燒得好香口,肉質亦好嫩滑。
最中意係雞軟骨同鴨舌,配埋醬汁燒唔會燒到好乾,仲保留到肉汁,食落亦卜卜脆。

炸物:試左炸蠔、忌廉薯餅、蝦天婦羅。
炸粉唔會太厚,樣樣都炸到好鬆脆。

舊舖結業之後,隔左好多個月後麻酸樂終於回歸淘大。新舖比以前大,不過座位擺得有D擠迫。

叫左個金銀蛋芫茜湯底米線,配料揀左雞軟骨丸同豚肉。
 
 
米線份量唔少,唔需要加底都好夠食。豚肉有三大片,食落啖啖肉好鮮味。雞軟骨丸有四粒,食落卜卜脆。湯底好清甜,仲有唔少皮蛋同枝竹,好抵食。

(呢篇唔係食評,純粹分享排隊經驗,最後都買唔到曲奇,好可惜mad)

朝早七點幾到達,店內已有職員準備,而店外有幾十人排隊。聽到排頭位o既人話凌晨四點幾已經黎到商場門口排,等到商場開門時就入店舖門口排隊shocked。 排既人有好多都係內地遊客,有D仲帶埋大o急黎掃貨。

店員後來開放店舖隔離o既後樓梯俾人排隊,呢個時候先發現原來有唔止幾十人,係有接近一百人(我一路行一路數住)!由二樓排到一樓,由一樓排到地面,地面環境非常惡劣,後樓梯o既出口係一條充滿垃圾o既後巷,加上當日落雨,垃圾味經過發酵,味道真係好臭,最後排左陣隊都係忍唔住要走,放棄左。

排隊排到落後巷,要聞住垃圾咁排係意料之外o既事,不過相信Jenny Bakery開放後樓梯俾人排隊已經係比較好o既安排吧... 因為如果俾人排o係商場一定會阻住其他店舖做生意。

下次要買都係再早D起身,或者避開新年時間買吧。

見店舖既裝潢都不錯,餐單選擇唔少,野食又o岩食,於是就入左去試下。
叫左個海南雞飯,有雞、菜、油飯,仲有一個湯。
叫得海南少爺,海南雞飯應該係佢既招牌菜,但係一食舊雞,真係好令人失望!
冇咩雞味,完全係雪藏雞,上碟既雞凍之餘,雞皮同雞肉之間仲要有D已雪成o者喱狀既雞汁。
雞既味道亦過咸(無點醬油就咁食已經覺咸),完全唔及格!

另外,呢度收每位茶芥$8,都唔係問題。最大問題係佢D茶一D都唔好飲,好似涼茶咁苦苦地,寧願飲水,感覺好似被屈錢。

第一次o黎隠家拉麵工場,其實呢度食既唔係拉麵,係沾麵。
menu有三個湯底:白、黑、紅。同拉麵唔同, 呢度湯同麵係分開上, 湯底會比較濃, 食法係夾少量麵條點落D湯度, 一啖一啖咁食。店內都會有圖片說明教你點食。

試左白湯, 應該係無咁濃味的一個。(黑湯係黑蒜油, 紅湯係蕃茄辣醬。)
碗湯雖然細細碗,但係好多料:有豚肉、糖心蛋, 筍, 紫菜。
麵條可以用煙煙靭靭黎形容, 軟硬適中, 而且唔會黏埋一起。
湯底好濃好鮮甜, 食完麵之後可以要求加清湯落碗濃湯再直接飲, 不過由於好飽所以無飲到, 同埋飲完應該會幾口渴!

估唔到西九龍中心都有咁高質素, 價錢又相宜既食店, 值得推介!
