佳文魚生店自第一店近於南洋酒店已惠顧

直到現在,已搬遷到第三次還繼續經營,實在令人佩服及尊敬, 特地於世界國採購優質食材, 除了因為經營店舖,他對食品品質監控,主要是希望將美食帶到市民身上,這種熱誠從沒減退lol

新鮮海膽~ 點了兩板, 有點像加拿大或智利海謄, 太新鮮, 每片份量十足,每片長2吋多, 口感實在, 入口即溶,最重要沒有重重的防腐制味,另附飯及紫菜自制海膽壽司卷物, 有新意.

三文魚腩及劍魚腩~ 很喜歡厚切咬口有口感,魚油留於口腔中, 見魚紋清晰, 顏色新明....mad

新鮮貨燒油金魚頭~ 外面將貨就價,為了成本,想真正吃原個半個魚頭已少之有少, 外面只有例牌等等, 魚頭油份十足,滿口膠質,所燒既時間非常拾當, 魚頭皮外脆乾身, 鎖著魚頭肉質水份,只加點檸檬汁, 已極度鮮味shocked

毛蟹粥 ~老闆對顧客很細心, 吃了很多的刺身等等, 最後一個毛蟹粥, 可以暖暖胃, 毛蟹腳邊已剪開, 是為了煲粥時將鮮蟹鮮甜味帶出來, 食也容易又方便,

另外,點了一支 上善如水 價錢亦很口理....

避風塘茄子尤魚- 間直不錯的佐酒小吃, 蒜頭炒得很乾身香口,茄子細細粒入口香脆,但裹面仍然juicymad

豉油王煎大蝦- 火喉夠, 生熟情度剛好, 蝦身彈牙, 味道調得濃宜不咸,lol

舗頭不算太大, 晚飯時間滿座,,,,,,,下次要再試其他.....^^

一間上環隱藏小吃店, 一直覺得太多好多人成日只會寫大眾化食店, 但其實好多食店真係好有heart, 可能店鋪自己既, 不用因為租金成本影響食品質素,實在難得

豬潤米- 維記食到街知巷聞, 這間有驚喜, 新鮮豬潤厚切有口感, 用了花調酒漹過, 沒有豬醒味, 加上還用了薑絲一起煮出來, 豬潤水喝清

鹵水雞翼 - 很入味, 但肉質較鞋口

煎豬扒- 比較薄身尚算juicy ,味道有像香矛味

新店地址比舊址坐的舒適, 還境寬敞, 餐牌依舊

刺身+toro碎飯定食 $280- 水準依舊,牡丹蝦大隻有5吋長,肉質實淨, 蝦頭榚鮮黃色新鮮,今次海謄放在青瓜上,少兩片鱆紅魚卷著sad, 三文魚大件肥美,用上的吞拿刺身位置較一般, toro 飯一樣保持份量入口即溶~~~tongue

魚生飯定食$180- 用上不同魚生,另有赤貝邊位,外間未必加上赤貝邊位爽口新鮮,油金魚及三文魚亦用上很多腩位,面上三文魚子圓潤飽滿卜卜脆

咖啡jelly -沒有奶的咖啡jelly 咖啡味超濃,不太甜mad

北海道鮟鱇魚肝蛋黃醋醬- 鮟鱇魚肝口感如絲細滑,入口即溶,味道濃郁,配蛋黃醋醬令成個感覺更加開胃mad

鮑魚熒光尤魚- 鮑魚甜比較煙韌,熒光尤魚新鮮肉質飽滿,還拌著怕羞草做配菜清新爽口

龍蝦蘋果jelly,鰹魚,海膽鮮尤魚刺身- 龍蝦配蘋果jelly都係第一次試,感覺很匹配,將鮮甜清新融為一體,鰹魚魚身很重魚油,皮輕輕一燒有點香口,鮮尤魚眼見直身條紋,超彈牙

脆煎米金目鯛配薑芒果- 金目鯛外脆內生,將金目鯛做到口感味道去到最完美效果

黑毛和牛西冷Sukiyaki溫泉蛋-Sukiyaki汁偏濃及偏咸, 和牛牛味重,口感嫩滑肥美

櫻花蝦配櫻花茶米飯- 他們介紹新潟米於進口後才磨細,工序如此多都是想保存新潟米新鮮原庄感覺,還將新潟米用櫻花茶浸上10多小時才使用,已經超有誠意,配上季節性櫻花蝦,每口的櫻花蝦鮮香味真令我捨不得吞下去

-196'c士多啤利糖配+99'c士多啤利醬- 上枱賣上漂亮, 介紹以氮化用作將士多啤利肉形成粉末,外面士多啤利糖由人手像吹玻璃吹成,打碎後將自家製士多啤利醬加入來吃, 完全像吃緊士多啤利粉糖一樣

Sake 梳乎厘配香蕉雪糕- Sake 梳乎厘第一次試唔在講, 很重Sake味,底部加有香蕉片,不過有點偏甜,香蕉雪糕像雪芭一樣, 不能想像甜品也如此出色

最後一柸濃濃抺茶,將今晚成為句號........^^

* 超滿足shocked, 食物等如藝術般尊重,很有heart, 每件食材也如此演繹得珍貴, $1980 試到10道如此用心藝術菜式..... 只有一句~值得來形容
