難得一家四口可以聚首一堂食飯,我地都好想搵個唔錯既地方享受一晚。於是我呢個為食怪獸就上黎物色一下邊度食日式放題而又唔錯既食店。尖沙咀金田係眾所周知的高質素,但我地似乎遲左少少去訂檯,我地又從接線生得悉灣仔都有間新開冇耐既分店,所以就在巧合底下同灣仔既金田過招!mad

我地去到,見到門面非常簇新而且光猛,沿樓梯既玻璃鏡冇花亦好乾淨!上到去waiter即幫我地添水,飲完一杯即添!印象分滿分!

我地坐低冇耐就點了好多好多野食,個waitress收單時開玩笑咁講:「哈哈食唔食得晒架你地!」我就答佢ok!咁都可以睇到我地點既種類同份量都唔細tongue

最remarkable既食物有......

刺身:三文魚非常甜美,脂肪比例適中,是魚腩部分!
   甜蝦非常好!連平時唔食甜蝦既媽媽都食左十幾隻!
   鳥貝、北寄貝同埋x貝(tongue)算係唔錯,但係唔好叫赤貝,因為有少少腥味...
   其他刺身都係中規中矩,不過吞拿魚係咁多款刺身之中最難食的一種...

羊架、芝士蠔、忌廉煙肉青口、串燒牛舌、薄燒牛肉、蒜香牛肉粒:呢d燒物當中最好既幾款,其他就普普通通。響度提提大家,我響度題過既食物都係必食之選!尤其薄燒牛肉同串燒牛舌!

炸物:基本上款款都食過,但雞軟骨、腐皮蝦卷同tampura炸蝦比較突出!

以上既食物我地點左3輪,另外追加冷麫、kimchi鍋等等~~~
值得一讚既係漏單情況甚少,只出現一次!

咦! 等等!為甚麼有這麼多劣評?!

為了驗證其真偽,我今日又和女友造訪了isquare的monster sushi!(哈哈雖然公信力欠奉tongue)

我們等了8張票,大約是10分鐘吧,就可以入座!
眼見菜單,我們毫不猶豫就點了......

三文魚刺身:三文魚美味鮮甜,魚肉和脂肪分佈尚算均勻。每片三文魚均有相約厚度,平均厚度比板前板長更甚,令我們都有種滿足的感覺。不錯不錯!

三文魚壽司、cream cheese salmon sushi:這裏採用的三文魚當然沒有sashimi那些質素啦,不過都不過不失。令我有少少驚喜的是三文魚都是長身的,認真是monster size的sushi!(不像「大」壽司的「大」飯球tongue

燒三文魚鰭:我覺得是日最抵吃的非這味莫屬!只要$18就可品嘗到三件肥美的三文魚鰭!用料質素乃是上品!而且燒焦程度適中!算是不錯!mad

MONSTER的帆立貝:這個認真monster!monster size with monster taste!完全適合喜愛鮮味香甜帶creamy食物的我們!本人在此極力...極力...極力推介!mad

炸豚肉:這個肉食我覺得是可以的。裏面的那球豚肉帶點油脂,並已塗上了香濃日本甜醬油才炸香。

三文魚唔知乜卷:這個算是頗失敗呢...cream cheese不出眾,三文魚又非常少,每吃一塊都有種「到喉唔到肺」的感覺!

雪糕:一般吧!還不是外來貨...哈哈!不過值得一讚的是那個紅豆魚,紅豆蓉不太爛,每咬一口都有原顆紅豆粒!

其實我們還點了其他食物,不過都忘了tongue

雖然遲了一點寫食評,但我覺得有補上的必須!!!mad

我和女朋友識在微時,到26/12/09終於是我們拍拖5週年紀念日。lol 為此,我們當然隆重其事,到JW Marriott慶祝!!!

我們去到其實有點尷尬,老實的說我們還是學生嘛...那有一對學生情侶會如此誇張?!tongue 但我們僵持的心態很快就被美食的吸引力溶化了!

Califonia的主菜全都是made to order,而冷盤甜品都是不斷供應的,令到食客可以品嘗得到最新鮮的美食!!!

我們點了:
三文魚帆立貝刺身
刺身美味非常。三文魚油脂分佈均勻,色澤亮麗,入口溶化,是為上品。帆立貝肉雖不厚,味道卻異常甜美,刺激味蕾!!!
和牛
和牛雖然不厚,但脂肪的分佈和肉質的鬆軟度適中,不太油膩而肉感亦不太過分。和牛放在口中有種溶化的感覺,這當然不是因為鬆肉粉作祟,而是肉塊上的脂肪在口中像方糖般溶掉。另外配上英國芥末忌廉汁,那醬汁的甜味將和牛的肉味變得更加突出!lol
鱸魚
從表面看,這鱸魚似乎非常乾身,但當我們用fork準備將它解體時,魚油突然沿著fork流出!!!魚本應是雪藏的,但其味道和質感令我覺得有種新鮮的感覺。此道菜以日式醬汁烹調,面豉的淡香完完全全的將主體突出!!!
芝士焗扇貝
味道不錯但過分濃郁,令我要以紅酒調節其味~
各類凍海鮮
從waiter口中得知這些都是每天由澳洲運抵,然後即日烹製雪凍,難怪有著那麼甜美的味道,差點兒比我女朋友笑容的甜美更有吸引力!!!tongue
其他
其他的菜式都是非常有水準的,惟tempura炸粉太硬太脆。

順帶一提,這裏的酒類和果汁都是免費供應,紅酒和白酒各有4款選擇~~~

從openrice得知荷里活道有間只得一個劣評的科記。

科記的地標不算難找,大概是在荷里活道尾內街近西環的位置,對面有間temple。
我和女朋友到達時間大約是10:15,我就先問問伙計:「有豬扒飯嗎? 咁早!」,他笑了笑說:「嘻! 梗係有啦!」...tongue
我們就點了兩客豬扒飯餐,配上凍奶茶和熱駌鴦。

真難想像我們將要在未來5分鐘內,即10:20,品嘗科記的金牌豬扒飯!

伙計先拿來飲品~
奶茶不苦且香滑,確是有水準之作!
駌鴦有奶茶香味襯托,又有香濃咖啡的映襯,兩種味道混合歸一,令駌鴦都可以自然的結合! 不錯! 不錯!lol

突然,我們嗅到炒豉油的香味,那種香味雖然不濃,但在清淡中卻帶點動物油脂的香氣,令店裏的食客(即我們tongue)精神為之一振。幾秒後,伙計拿來鎮店之寶金牌豬扒飯!mad
碟上煎得金黃色的豬扒拼上沾上炒豉油的白飯,就經已令我們食慾頓然大增。

金牌豬扒飯豬扒份量多,不乾身,有嚼勁,配上香炒豉油味道更佳! 但白飯略為過弱,絕對不適合我這類君子tongue(女朋友說沒有問題!!)

價錢為$36(如果沒有記錯的話),以這樣的質素來說算是不錯,至少食物質素和價錢是正比的哈哈tongue

今日又同女友四處覓食,得知中環勝香園好評如潮,正如滔滔江水咁連綿不絕,我地都心郁郁同名店切磋較量一番!

我地去到見到人數眾多,大多數都係後生仔女(其實我地都係!!!mad)就可以知道名老店唔只吸引一眾上年紀人士,仲吸引地我地呢d好食之客!而且攝友每台都比比皆是,我地就知道其實大家都係慕名而來,打算一睹勝香園如何勝香!

我地點了...
蕃茄牛肉公仔麵:味道非常一般,牛肉質感滑但口感略為鬆散,似乎落得太多鬆肉粉。湯底以香濃蕃茄湯作招徠,但我地就覺得蕃茄味道略淡...會唔會係落得太多原味湯底?我們交戰到此刻似乎未見勝香園真章sad

凍奶茶:茶味尚算濃郁,但奶味有少少蓋過左茶味,味道不夠好。仲有,奶茶口感不夠爽滑,失去左飲奶茶原有的樂趣!sad

檸蜜脆脆:非常強勁!有純利並不回吐!豬仔包好香脆,我地響姐姐未拎黎之前都聞到隔離d包包香味!此包配上檸蜜汁,非常合味道!仲有!佢只係賣$8!係$8!!!mad

雖然前兩味都較為遜色,但有脆脆拉分,咁我地都唔可以唔俾下面勝香園既,但係亦唔可以埋沒我地既良心......tongue
