Good food, excellent environment.

If there is a next time, I think can try the curry chicken (dried), my favourite dish!

I heard that the cows in the US are feeded with natural food, like grass and so on while cows in Aust. are feeded with 'artificial' corn and so on 'cheaper food' anyway. Thus, the taste should be different. Anyway, I cannot distinguish the taste neither, except Kobe beef from Japan

I think you are not unlucky, but this place's food is just not as good as any other Hotel class Italian food such as Petrus, Tuscana, Grissini..

This place is very expensive, about $600 per head. However, it is still worth the money (probably). The steak is very tender, fresh and juicy (better than those in Ruth Chris). Before you order, you can always take a look at what is being offered. (very much like Lei Yue Mun, but for steak) The restaurant also provide a very good wine list, with selection from mostly Napa Valley. Desert is okay, they have the chocolate flan. but not as good as compared to Chez Roland.
