見伊呂波近排響Openrice咁紅,終於忍唔住同個 Lf 去試吓tongue

入到去個環境已經好正,一睇就知係高檔日本餐廳o既格局 smile 我地冇訂枱所以坐唔到d特色位sad

叫左兩個Set,分別是「上牛排肉定食」及「上等胸外膜定食」。小弟之前成日強調「牛肉平價冇好」,今次雖然唔平但係都唔係特別好食sad
勉強OK啦~

以經去日本聽D師傅講,燒牛肉厚切唔好郁來郁去。即燒完一邊再燒第二邊。今日自己落手終於可以「力行」~

初時當D牛係貴價貪咁炮製,故將肉條狀ge上牛排肉燒至半生熟,入口雖然牛味香濃,但有D韌。跟住唯有改變食法,燒熟至Well Done~ 肉味不失之餘,口感更佳smile

由於「胸外膜」係薄切,一燒即熟,故水準比較正路。

其他跟ge野都幾「骨止」吓,OK啦~

Overall, 依度都有番咁上下ge。 不過以此索價,食材質素似乎未符合預期啦~

有朋自遠方來,在下與之入長洲食海鮮,順遊。 飯畢,店鋪多已打佯。乃漫步於小灘堤上、賞星雲、聽浪濤聲,談心永夜,已夠遊侶無枉
此行。

甫出碼頭,橫步過北社海傍路,海鮮食肆已不勝數。聊看餐牌,各店之菜式、索價均相若。食肆本店海鮮以廉價海鮮居多,五菜套餐僅索價$168。我嫌菜薄,乃到附近海鮮,購來本地龍蝦一隻,略盡地主之誼。

套餐取材普通、然貨真價實,絕不損量就價。芸芸眾鮮,以當自攜龍蝦為最。我選蒜蓉蒸,是為保原味原味也。蝦身不大,然肉鮮嫩彈牙; 蒜香淡淡,正好配襯。套餐中,椒鹽鮮魷、薑蔥斑塊,份量甚多,且選料新鮮,亦孚所望。至於其他,普普通通。友人朵頤已快,所幸瑕不掩瑜。

我觀長洲海鮮,是味遜西貢、鯉魚門者。然以此索價,足飽餐海鮮一頓,又享漁港風情及遊覽之趣,其意義實逾飯局自身內容也。

沉日Lunch在九龍灣覓食。自以為九龍淨係得Megabox 同德福有好野食,原來國際交易中心依頭新開左幾間有特色嘅餐廳shocked

第一次幫襯Bistro Bistro,試左佢地個Set Lunch「紅酒繪牛柳」,配薯菜同南瓜湯。我一見到份餐,就確得佢個賣想好吸引。比起同樣target 白領嘅Carteen快餐可謂有過之而無不及。再者,Bistro Bistro 專做西餐,感覺比較pro了!

主菜: 牛肉應該是腩位,燴得一都唔韌。所以縱使堆頭十足,我都一樣「實食冇痴牙」。薯條大大條,令人想佢嘅「洋名」– French Fire。外國嘅就係咁款。因為炸面較少,仲冇噤熱氣tim tongue

餐湯: 依碗南瓜湯又係水準之作smile 南瓜夠蓉使其入口有質感,而且飲唔到有味精。正!

醬料: 可以自製「混醬」,與炸物正是絕配。除左茄汁、美式熱狗醬、千島沙律醬,仲有款叫「法汁」嘅shocked 味道唔錯,大家不妨試吓丫tongue

總結,Bistro Bistro 食物有酒店西餐水準,但係就以快餐店嘅模式經營。加上索價合理、環境OK,係白領ge開飯之選!lol

今日上深圳出差,舟車停頓,所以打算搵間好ge「犒賞」吓自己tongue

依間「大阪」個格局真係好正,無論裝潢、陳設同都拍得住香港ge高級日式餐廳。經理不是日本人,但服務亦算殷勤。雖然今日食左「刺身定食」有少少失望,不過亦算OK。以下有兩個少少建議,希望餐廳可以改進吓: 

1.  個「定食」份量太少。縱使相中碟數繁多(仲有後上西瓜冇影),但係唔足以滿足一個正常男仔ge食量lawsad

2. 食物味道還可以。但係同個格局比,一般質素係唔夠ge。仲有,刺身一定要完全解凍先好上枱。解唔切可以同個客講番,叫佢食過第二樣。

總結,依間野如果可以提升吓食物質素(收貴d亦無妨,反正流high-end),咁就有笑臉了。

好耐冇寫食評,今次趁老媽子餐生日飯整番篇。

先講吓環境同服務。可能係因為地處工業區,依間陶源既裝潢都同一般酒家差唔多,星期日晚半滿左右。服務方面,殷勤有餘但過份「hardsale」。好似佢地當晚左摘煮蘇眉,唔同既人sale 左成四五次,加埋sale月餅同較貴既套餐,全晚一共有成10次「推介」之多shocked

我地叫左個四人餐加一個餸:

宗谷淮杞燉響螺(餐+100) ------ 因餐湯賣晒,加左一舊水轉響螺湯。初時覺得有d貴,好左貨真價實,響螺夠呎料夠鮮甜,湯水仲係六人份量添。

黑松露炒元貝螺片(餐) ------ 黑松露雖有香味,但同其他材料唔多夾味。元貝同螺片都冇咩味,炒功雖然還可以,但整體一般般~

清蒸沙巴蘇鼠斑(餐) ------ 喜出望多之作! 蘇鼠斑本來就唔係度度有得食,肉質鮮嫩,比起老虎斑絕對有過之而冇不及。依條估計有斤四兩,好食夾大件!

脆皮農家雞半隻(餐) ------ 水準之作。雖說同一般炸子雞冇分別,但炸功火喉一泡,既能留住肉汁又做到脆皮效果。咸味適中,食唔晒建議打包tongue

濃湯粒粒田園蔬(餐) ------ 擺明係「陪襯品」sad冇料到之餘又冇特色。「粒粒」係南瓜同芋頭之餘,菜係莧菜,仲要用清湯煮,除了冇味,還是冇味mad

家常蝦球遼參煲(散) ------ 個味基本上係唔錯既。但係材料太少,成煲得果少少野食,索價過百蚊,太貴了sad

Overall黎講,依間陶源既廚師係有大酒家功架既smile 事實上,我地亦冇叫到d貴野,所以好難評價係未物有所值。集團係中餐館之都算係高檔,我地叫左個「抵食海鮮餐」加一個餸要成二三百per person亦在情理之中。 但係以食材既級數,索價就偏貴啦~
