家姐生日﹐話係公仔箱見到介紹沙田18。我之前係都食過executive lunch﹐唔錯﹐但填鴨未食過﹐一於再續前緣。
 
必叫填鴨 - 我唔係一個好食得油野既人﹐填鴨平時一般。$500 幾蚊 for 4-6 位﹐要早訂。

去到問﹐原來可以做三食 - 湯﹐齌片皮﹐齌鴨肉
 
依個就係齌皮喇﹗喜歡食香口野既人一定鍾意﹐片得好薄﹐好脆﹐入口即溶﹐唔算多油。
係清得好快既一碟。
 
齌鴨肉 - 齌食悶d﹐但係用依個夾薄餅好﹐唔太肥膩﹐可以食多幾件。
 
依個係皮加肉﹐係唔係serve 得好好呢? 可以件件都唔同選擇。同埋一望就知d 師傅刀功好先可以片得甘好 smile

食左填鴨﹐一定要食d 清d 既野﹐我叫左北京水餃﹐味道一般﹐得6 隻﹐北京樓抵好多﹐同埋多d 款揀﹗
 
臘味煎魚餅
煎得好香口﹐魚餅打得夠彈。好食。
 
排骨陳川粉
蒸得唔會一pat pat﹐唔錯﹐但係可能天氣凍﹐上臺好快凍。但係d 排骨好入味。

大坑已經轉型成為新一代食街﹐相信無人不知﹐最令人開心係多小店﹐重成日有d 驚喜。
放假經過大坑橫街﹐依間拉麵未試過窩﹐重細細間幾有風味甘﹐一於試試。

 

出名依個芝士煎蛋卷,個蛋煎得幾好﹐唔太乾又唔老﹐幾滑﹐但係d 蛋味痲痲﹐芝士唔夠香。

 

汁燒牛肉飯 + 溫泉蛋
牛肉飯個汁真係幾香﹐牛肉都煮得幾好﹐用料唔錯﹐唔太肥。溫泉蛋ok﹐PASS!

同行叫左個推介豬軟骨拉麵﹐講真﹐唔好食。個拉麵唔夠嚼感﹐唔夠彈。個湯底唔儂﹐好普通。
我相信依間小店係有誠意既﹐同埋都幾多野食下。但係如果打正旗號賣拉麵既話﹐出面街果間真係好食d﹐加油加油﹗

放假出動郊遊﹐由於夜晚會食海鮮﹐所以順理成章早d 去西貢行下。
海鮮街行得多﹐附近既細街反而唔多行。
原來唔同左好多﹐開左好多cafe﹐見依間幾舒服﹐去試下﹐抖下。
人都幾多﹐我地等左幾分鐘先坐低。

 

同行叫左egg salad 牛角飽﹐飽身幾鬆﹐幾軟﹐同蛋沙拉好襯。

 

我好肚餓﹐本來想食 Big Breakfast Brunch﹐ 但係太晚無啦﹐所以叫左個麵餐﹕咸豬手公仔麵。
好食tongue

 

我唔飲咖啡既﹐花茶就岩o西我﹗加honey 飲﹐舒服悠閒地過一個下午。

有時午飯個人都想抖下﹐除左食飽個肚外﹐靜靜甘慢慢嘆下個lunch。
荃灣食飯時間都幾多人﹐茶記果d 食得勁急﹐有時都幾攞命。

依間日本野就係我食午飯既一個綠州啦﹐細細地﹐唔太多人﹐唔逼人﹐可以靜靜甘食下飯﹐玩下手機。

 

門面唔太起眼﹐但係幾乾淨企理。

 

依個係我幾鍾意既吉烈豬定食﹐around $40﹐ 個烏冬幾大﹐個豬扒幾脆﹐可以入味多dd。 個伴既壽司都幾有誠意。

我之前試過個甜湯牛肉窩都好正﹐湯好甜﹐好豐富架﹗

禮拜六晚食飯真係幾痲煩﹐唔早早訂位真係邊度都無位。
好彩六點幾打左幾個電話﹐話即時到都重有位﹐依間野唔係好出名﹐見無喊面﹐姑且一試。
 

因為媽媽怕熱氣﹐湯底叫左雜菌茶樹菇湯 ($68)﹐幾特別。湯底幾膿﹐幾香。但係滾落有d 苦﹐如果怕药材味唔好叫。同埋唔係同所有料都夾到。
 

墨魚滑係openrice 個個講到必食甘﹐都唔錯﹐算彈牙﹐但係可以入味dd。
 

依個魚皮見枱枱都叫﹐真係幾好食。同出面果d 唔同。係用麵粉炸﹐點salad 醬食﹐特別﹐勁香口。shocked
 

牛肉唔錯﹐見好似好肥但係食落唔油﹐有肉味。

野食算唔錯﹐但係d 單有d 亂﹐牛肉叫好耐先到﹐跟住我地條活魚骨催左幾百次﹐最後都係去左人地張枱﹐比人食左。。。。。。。。。huffy
