同夫人去睇"Nine",見仲有少少時間就去試下呢間「共和國」。其實間舖嘅位置都幾遠,係死角位,見到MENU又好多唔同組合,原本想試Fish & Chips但最後就咁叫左份Mozzarella Gravy + 藍莓Milk Shake。

直入正題,好味過NY Fries,但係同瘋薯仲係差啲。鍾意薯條粗幼適中,Gravy唔會太咸~

不過杯Milk Shake 呢..我唔鍾意佢哋用太多雪糕搞到太「杰」!!huffy 令到杯Milk Shake其實係藍莓味!!

但係,以上嘅意見其實好小事因為味道唔差要返轉頭好易~~不過麻煩老闆提下同事做嘢可唔可以爽手啲? 就算有禮貌但係得一個ORDER嘅情況下要等5分鐘先有杯Milke Shake,作為香港人嘅我真係不能接受...

吖,最後...太貴,唔認同一盒薯條+一杯無Blueberry 味嘅藍莓奶昔值$63...暫時仲係瘋薯最吸引。

係新記食完車仔麵行咗去隔離嘅Crumbs,其實佢哋賣嘅嘢好簡單就係Scone同埋Yogurt。

叫咗兩件芝士味+一件提子味Scone

芝士味食落口比較稔身不過咸咸嘅味道感覺新鮮

傳統嘅提子味咬落去好鬆軟,提子原粒焗製而且牛油唔會太多更加欣賞。

英式傳純小食搖身一變成為街頭小食,利害~不過希望老闆有機會加多啲味道吖,Cranberry, Fig, Pumpkin 係我嘅最愛!!等你~~

另一邊廂我哋都唔好忘記咗Yogurt,夫人加咗佢最愛嘅藍莓同Oreo~佢哋仲免費加咗crunch
呢到嘅Yogurt texture 好好,至少唔會好似早幾日係銅鑼灣另一間六味乳酪咁快溶。雖然Toppings選擇依舊唔多但係夠大粒,食落感覺好爽!

銅鑼灣區呢期最有Potential大熱嘅小食店,非佢莫屬。加油 lol

食完渝酸辣粉,下一站向YOGO出發。smile
到步後見到有六款唔同味揀 ﹣ 士多啤梨、綠茶、香蕉、杧果、荔枝同原味。香蕉味係其他YOGURT店未試過,所以同夫人決定要個香蕉 X 原味。
TOPPINGS呢,唔夠YO MAMA多~最後揀咗士多啤梨、椰果、哈蜜瓜、OREO、CORN FLAKES。
價錢方面$15/100g,我地杯YOGURT磅出嚟要$49.2 同其他YOGURT店差唔多。
味道方面香蕉味恰當不過溶得好快,而且texture感覺上YO MAMA嚟得實在。
如果TOPPINGS可以多啲OPTIONS同埋解決埋溶得快嘅問題就VERY GOOD。
近日YOGURT店開始越開越多,無DIFFERENTIATION嘅話真係無得做。遲嚟真係未必先上岸特別係連後起嘅都KO唔到師兄就更加要留要喇~lol

睇完最新一期「男女」,見到耀華街多左間餐廳插旗而且愛上老闆選用「渝」字比起血淋淋嘅重慶XXX多一份感覺。好奇心驅使下同夫人一心去試試!

其實大家都知該處地舖餐廳一向做唔起,不過今次老闆選址近街口希望幫到忙。閒話少說,3時多入座,大概3 ﹣ 4檯入座率。夫人點咗碗牛肉麵,滷水雞翼,麻辣青瓜~

而當我決定叫碗燃燒麵嘅時候,落單嘅姨姨就煞有介事咁提咗我一句︰「你食唔食得辣?好辣㗎喎」。本死無大礙,去馬!!不過都叫定杯凍檸茶看門口...tongue

麻辣青瓜先上,好味!比起坊間嘅青瓜製小食少咗麻油多咗麻辣味。

滷水雞翼就唔係太入味,不過我寧可淡味都唔要咸到死嘅滷水味。但係份量嫌多,兩人食六隻雞翼有啲不知所措。老闆如果可以考慮變返四隻平返十元八塊就更好,諗諗計。

主角兩碗麵送到檯面,一股麻辣香開始飄到去我個鼻。最後,我做錯決定先食燃燒麵!mad 點解?因為將蔥絲、辣椒絲、肉碎同麵混和後放入口,真係好辣!lol 但係我更愛佢辣得嚟唔辛苦,只要慢慢食其實還可以。不過我真係一邊食一邊流汗,唔太食得辣嘅朋友真係要小心。

不過我好似仲未講點解唔食牛肉麵先係錯嘅決定係因為食完燃燒麵再食其他嘢基本上都唔知咩味喇。好彩,牛肉嘅質感我仲食得到~

所以大家記得如果要試燃燒麵真係要放到最後先,唔係其他食物會試唔到味。

最後想讚下杯凍檸茶,出奇地好香紅茶味!驚喜 smile

係耀華街食嘢多咗一份休閒感,唔駛好似其他嘅餐廳趕頭趕命。大家可以襯佢地未有太多人去食嘅時候一試。

09年嘅下半年真係好忙,好耐都無打到食評,呢段時間真係要多謝夫人嘅相助貢獻不少!!

2009年最後一次同屋企人嘅飯局,夫人就提議去呢到試下。呢到係我第一次嚟食,到步後發現自己張檯安排係門口...shocked 無計,真係好多人,唔訂檯WALK IN 基本上佢都係得兩個答案 ﹣ 等得就等 / 無位。

點都好,今晚餐飯由夫人話事,5人食飯叫咗以下咁多嘢:

1.(雜綿)拼盤
2. 賽螃蟹
3. 火腿津白
4. 京燒羊肉
5. 片皮鴨
6. 叉子燒餅
7. 蒸餃
8. 拔絲蘋果

(雜綿)拼盤
由海蜇、牛𦟌、豆干、西芹、豬肉、荀拼出嚟嘅組合,穩陣之作。
海蜇爽口,豆干、牛、豬當作前菜味道恰當,唔會一開飯就食到咁濃味,否則之後啲餸都唔知點算。

賽螃蟹
蛋白夠多,炒得夠滑唔會老,好味!因為坊間好多炒蛋白真係揸流灘㗎,炒完出嚟一條條柴咁。而且都欣賞醋嘅味道唔太濃~

火腿津白
正常無特別,間間差唔多~唯一係稍嫌金華火腿唔算太夠味

京燒羊肉
各位有機會真係要試試呢款餸,夠稔唔會太乾,適當騷味。有准鹽同自家調配醬汁揀,個人選擇就咁食!

片皮鴨
呢到嘅片皮鴨呢...師父片埋好多肉,唔知係因為太多人師父以快打快片成咁,定係無咩客兩食打算俾多啲肉我哋食,又抑或呢款片皮鴨先係正宗食法?? 我自己就麻麻地太多肉,本身啲皮已經多油夠哂膩,包皮又係麵粉。真係食兩舊就收咗皮~

講穿咗即係炸菜肉鬆夾麵包,飽肚嘢。芝麻夠香~除此之外都無咩特別。

唔講,另一飽肚嘢因為皮夠厚!

拔絲蘋果
好味唔太甜,出面食到嘅舖越嚟越少~嚟到記得一試。

其實呢到係咪特別好食呢,唔算。
不過呢類飯店香港真係買少見少所以值得支持下嘅,而且埋單一計$900有找算係咁。但係我發現到一個現象就係部長特別對遊客好,佢地好好發揮咗好客精神會幫遊客留位。本地人就一律「無位!無位喎!無位呀!」

如果大家真係想試就一定要訂檯又或者去到同部長講句「すみません」
