友人生日,訂了檯在場主打食他最愛既PIZZAtongue
叫了三個'大'PIZZA 都不差 脆口多料 而'新奧爾良''味道最為出色lol
另外也點了薯皮 食落普通 無特別
叫了數碟意粉 麵條都算爽彈 味道也調配惹味smile 略嫌獻汁'稀'欠JUICYsad
飲品,甜品 味道也算可以..
留意到其他客仔較喜歡點BURGER 幾大件幾吸引lol 留待下次一試//

1.地方淺窄,座位不多,多人來訂定位較方便

恭喜恭喜!!好不容易才有點時間寫到第200個食評lol
順祝各人'蛇'年好口福tongue 肚皮夠滿足lol
今回約了油塘友在此店食年飯 地方夠大又舒適 服務OK 算不錯//
茶$4位是熱騰騰既玄米茶smile 前菜$5碟夠爽脆既酸菜smile
兩人點了鵝片$88 份量足,鵝片軟滑,豉油未調得剛好lol
潮州炒麵 麵底足,料就略少,味道尚且不錯smile
蠔仔粥 蠔仔夠肥美,粥底濃味 OK,之後就勁口渴shocked
反沙芋$32 有6件,芋頭食落香甜鬆化,滿口椰香smile但糖面一咬就散落碟上shocked

味道可接受,製作技巧上可以有進步既空間..

第199個食評 今回也是寫新場'大本型' 眼見大食代也營業了 根本不愁地方開餐tongue
是日又約好油塘友去試下'和平飯店'chopstick
時間為平日2點45 門外比之前冷清了 即時有位 似乎FOODCOURT吸了不少客仔lol
這時段消費仍是午市價格 為新張期$8一籠小籠包作招來smile
看看點心紙 點了幾款食品~
當然必叫招牌小籠包 但極失望..送來不是熱係冷sad 已經扣晒分..
眼看都皮已硬又厚sad 咬下又無什肉汁mad 而肉餡硬實實又唔鮮味又咸madmad $8都唔值huffy
担担麵(細碗X2) 湯底較稠身 但味道唔夠濃郁 而麵質偏淋sad
生煎包 似蒸包多點 唔熱唔鬆脆 又無肉汁 肉餡又細mad
上海春卷 係熱且夠脆 不過食落淡而無味shocked
尾聲送來鮮肉鍋貼 反而較好 雖然微暖 但咬下皮薄餡正 終於稍為似樣smile
總括:味道及份量都不佳 暫且不來..

1)店子裝修雅致,而坐位鬆動
2)服務尚算殷勤,但落單埋單等待比較耐
3)食物水準不敢恭維,短暫時間內也不會再來(除了見好評如潮..I WILL BE BACK
4)點心紙上寫明收加一但並無提及收$5茶位,要收取不是問題,但請老實列出當眼處吧!!

近日有時間就獨自去大帽山操山 四點完成tongue
走到眾安街一帶搵食先回府..
轉了一圈 見太興,陳記,銀龍茶記都食了不少次 把心一橫走去食台灣野lol
入內店子空空 有不好食既預感shocked 想來也可能是時間問題..
叫下午茶牌上既豆腐肉燥飯$26 轉凍奶茶加$3
豆腐肉燥飯 賣相很差 是我近來所見最劣的madmadmad
肉燥色澤偏黃 不是常見既棕啡色 食落又淡口又稀 肉燥極少 只可以汁撈飯sad
豆腐 三小件 加埋半隻烚蛋 根本伴不到飯shocked 失敗之作huffy
可幸凍奶茶夠凍 而茶不削 奶又幾香滑smile
 
Supplementary Information:
1)凍奶茶為其加分,由喊變OK
2)主打台式食物極差,如何吸引食客?
3)店內陳設舒適,是傾計及開飯既好選擇

今日放閒日 約了住油塘既友人飲午茶tongue
大本型還在試業當中 觀乎開業既店舖只有六七成
其實'客家好棧'分店處處 沒什麼吸引 問題是新商場內唯一酒樓之選shocked
點三左右 店外企了十多組客等位 而等位已改用自助取票方法輪侯smile
我地兩條友 等了10分鐘搭位檯 比想像快lol
看看點心紙 點了六個點心~
(小$15/中$18/大$21,全日無收茶芥及加一)
叉燒腸 唔熱又少餡,厚粉又淋巴巴sad
炸蝦春卷 有四條 切有八小粒 夠熱又脆,蝦肉勁彈牙lol
煎釀茄子 茄子鮮甜,魚肉又彈smile
雞扎,牛肉球,燒賣 味道就較為一般

 
Supplementary Information:
1)酒樓不是想像中大,而且坐位很擠迫
2)天花既花花牆紙顏色鮮艷奪目,LIKE
3)食物熱度不足,水準未能掌握好
4)侍應姐姐是否新手?要求多隻碗用,也會如朋友般回應(大大聲"仲乜野")..倒米的
